I think it is high time we verified news before posting them. Now let me summarize what happened in Aguluzigbo today. Two suspected armed robbers were arrested In Igboukwu which is a neighbouring town to Aguluzigbo. But it happened that they robbed and stole some valuables from the house of a certain rich man from Aguluzigbo who is based in Lagos. It was the cable wire they stole from the house that they went to sell at Igboukwu before their local vigilante caught them. After some days in their custody, the Aguluzigbo central Vigilante group had to liaise with the Igboukwu team to hand over the Criminals to them because the robbery happened in their place and they need the Criminals to aid them in their investigation. So on Sunday, those Criminals were handed over to the Aguluzigbo team. Through their confession, two other suspects were arrested. One is their informant in Aguluzigbo that always gives them information on who and where to rob. The second guy is the person that always buy their stolen goods. So today's morning around 10:20am, their fleeing members launched a surprised attack to free their members from the Vigilante cells. They succeeded in killing 2 security operatives by the name Chinonye and the other one named Basil. About 6 other security operatives were hit by bullets and are receiving treatments in the hospital though one of them is in a critical condition. But the good news is that they tried to gain entrance into the cell but could not due to the gallantry displayed by one of the security operatives who fought them fire for fire till they sensed that a reinforcement might be on the way and had to flee.
Secondly, the gunfire only lasted for 5 minutes and never lasted for hours as the Op said here. Please we all should disregard this fake news.
