Buhari went abroad to save his life and get a good medical care ... shows how precious life is ......so all I pray for is that........ the Army doesn't kill anyone...knowing they way they behave..... because those civilians lives are also precious.... they can bring people to books if they commit crime.

1. Same effects with cigarette.

Shisha smoking produces similar increased blood nicotine levels and heart rate as cigarette use. The inhaled substances trigger chemical reactions in nerve endings, this release dopamine; which is associated with the feeling of pleasure. This seems to play an important role in nicotine addiction. A Shisha smoker is still smoking tobacco and the nicotine in it causes dependence after using it for several times.

5. Charcoal in Shisha increased the risk of diseases.

Unlike cigarettes, Shisha smoke may also contain charcoal or wood cinder combustion products from the heat source used to burn the tobacco, increasing the cancer-causing agents in the smoke. Apart from the harmful effect of the chemical, the end product produced by the charcoal only intensifies the damage it can cause to the body.

Of concern, smokers of water pipes may be exposed to even more smoke than cigarette smokers because water pipe smoking sessions last from 20-80 minutes during which a smoker may inhale as much smoke as that from 100 or more cigarettes. 8. Known by many names.

So be informed to be familiar, Shisha are one name for waterpipes, which is a method of smoking tobacco. Other names include: hookah, boory, goza, narghile, nargile, arghile, and hubble bubble.

9. Shisha has a flavoured tobacco.

The most common form of tobacco smoked in a water pipe is called Maassel, which is sweetened and flavored in such flavors as apple, mint, cappuccino, etc.

10. More rampant in some counties.

I am really going through emotional trauma right now...

I pray you come out of it. It can be difficult to accept that something that was once a really big part of your life is now becoming a memory.

It is very important to grab a tissue and talk about it to people you can confide in...it does help us to heal and ease the burden. ....never ever be ashamed to talk of any emotional trauma.......or isolate yourself.. the whole world goes through it one way or the other....build a social life and do more things with friends...be close to family and friends.....it takes off the worry.......

True ...but....Identifying the difference between love and infatuation can be a good start in sorting out your emotions


If single ...........> They run from one girl to another ... they never build a well rooted relationship with any girl....always infatuated *quickly in love and quickly out of love*.....usually very smart.

Imagine ........you have not even had your first fight lol....you think that the person is perfect.....you have a high expectation of them....and get bored later...then look for another girl .. start another relationship......once it ends..... you start to feel vulnerable again......then you continue cheating ...........by looking for replacement........and turn to a serial cheater. .you keep running back to your girl friends to fill the gap.....till you find another girl.

The cheaters are usually people that cannot sort out their emotions or problems in their lives or relationship.....Instead of addressing the problems in their relationship ......They feel they are lacking something..... and always look for what they feel is missing in their spouses or partner ...in another person as a result becomes infatuated or obsessed and think they are falling in love with that person.....It could be sexual..material...social....looks....status...greed....jealousy etc..... it will be short lived ... and they move on to the next person.......while they still hang on to that spouse or partner..

For example ...if you dont like your partners dressing ..way of life... bedmatics ...address it ... instead of moving on to the next person.....If they are poor or you dont like their looks let them go...

The partner need to let them go...so they could move on too...or keep getting hurt.... the signs are there......
Some will keep doing it and begging ......not realising they have problems. They need help , counselling .....or reality check.

I spent Christmas 1984 in Peking. When we went to an old Church for the festive services there were always Communist Police and Thugs jostling the people as they went in. I started taking photos of them taking photos and they got quite upset. The Church was always packed with people and we Westerners used to form a big wedge as we left so that the local Christians couldn't be attacked as they left. Very brave people in 1984 and thankfully still fighting the good fight.
