What is written in Ephesians obviously goes against Jesus Christ, God's New Covenant Law, when it suggests that women are to submit/worship their husbands proclaiming that husbands are heads, this again against Jesus Christ's own decree, over their wives.

So when a husband and his wife obey what is written in Ephesians, they actually do so against Jesus Christ and so are not of Him.

HSE awareness is becoming increasingly relevant in most industries, so its definitely worth upskilling anyway you can.

I started by doing HSE 1-3 as well, although I was sponsored by my previous firm at the time in 2019, so I'm surprised its at that cost now.

If you are considering practising HSE abroad though, I would consider doing the IOSH Managing Safely Course and/or NEBOSH courses.

These ones are more respected internationally, currently doing the NEBOSH Construction Certification as construction is my industry and is even more specialised with great prospects once you've finished.

I've done NEBOSH IGC. I'm looking for a fairly grounded safety course I can do for construction as I am looking at going back to construction. I currently work with NBC which is more geared towards process safety.
I want to beef up my knowledge of construction safety.
I also heard IOSH has something related to that.
