I finally had my passport request letter yesterday. I submitted my application on 19 June. I applied using the new portal. Since the portal only requested for a copy of my passport, I didn't attach any other supporting documentation (because I have a valid US visa).

WHALES RULE THE CRYPTO INDUSTRY...

The success of a crypto project is always based on three things, and they are Liquidity, Hype and community. The number one determinant is liquidity and whales bring liquidity to project, even if your coin has the best use case in the whole world, without liquidity it is useless. So, i would position myself early in a project likely to be promoted by alameda, 3AC or Black edge ETC compared to ordinary project because they are whales.
EDGE token and ICP token have the same use case, but ICP is currently top 50 while EDGE is discovering oil (Edge is also older than ICP).
I could write a book about how the whale control everything but let's just keep it simple.

DON'T TRADE FUTURES (Do spot instead)
There are one thousand and one ways to make money in the industry futures just happen to be one of them. Don't get me wrong i trade futures too but i use very little percentage of my portfolio except i have received a strong FA (FINANCIAL ANALYSIS).

There are some influencers with large followers, if they post TA (TECHNICAL ANALYSIS), i tend to so futures with the coins they post, not because i believe in their TA but because of SELF FULFILLING PROPHESY. If someone with 500k followers post that Shiba will go up, if 50% of his followers buy into that hype, it is only natural for the coin to go up hence the self-fulfilling prophesy.

Secondly playing futures is like playing the Casino, the house always wins. These exchanges have real time data of long and short, they also have the funds to dictate the market, and they have analyst with years of experience monitoring these data, i don't see how you are getting away with this statistically. And please don't tell me about your friends that became a millionaire through trading futures, there is always an exception to all rules.

INFORMATION AND CONTROL IS VERY IMPORTANT.

With enough information and control you can measure the risk accordingly. I was watching a YouTube video about a retired drug cartel. He said he prefer to sell his drug to UK rather than other countries where the profit is maximum, he knows how the security in the EU works, so he'd rather sell in less risky country and make his profit rather than being greedy.
There is also a time we had a contact that would tell us about token that has been approved to be listed on binance or Huobi, we would pay about 1BeeTeeC per information.
We also have friends who are community manager of various project that would give us information before they are published. when you have access to some information you chance of losing money is really slim.
Real source of information are mostly on telegram, WhatsApp and your friends working for the said project. if an information made it to the social media like twitter, then it's already too late.
Also, the best way to lose your money quickly is to be following twitter calls

If you are new getting into this space, please know this and know peace. 99% of meme token fail after 18 months so the chance of your meme token making you a millionaire is less than one percent. Please and please learn to take profit and leave moon bag, this is supposed to be a marathon not a sprint, there will always be better opportunity as long as you are not lazy.
Most people that made millions with their token are rich before the said token, so if you are just getting into the space the best thing to do is to build liquidity (capital ), continue building capital until you can afford basic amenities even if you lose 90% of your portfolio.

LEARN TO DO SIMPLE DATA ANALYSIS

Please and please learn to calculate simple token metrics, learn how market cap is calculate it will help you a lot in measuring your risk. One guy was telling me SHIBA will enter $1, i told him that would make SHIBA a $1 quadrillion market cap, that is about times 10 of Bitcoin, i asked if that make sense to him, he said no.
If you want to go far in the place learn to do simple research and data analysis on your own, you don't need to become Guru, a simple understanding of coinmarketcap is enough.

YOU CAN MAKE A CAREER OUT OF CRYPTO.

There are many sides to crypto and they are: -
OTC TRADING, Community management, Funds management, Farming , Investing in seed and private sales, Crypto consulting, Meme Maker ( companies would hire you to make meme, NFT flipper, Software Engineer ( of course ) ETC list is endless.

I can't stress this enough, personally i don't buy top 100 coins, let me do an analysis for you. I see a lot of people hyping the SAND token, the token is currently trading at 6 dollars about 6 billion market cap and about 20 billion diluted market cap, if i have 1000 dollars to invest, I’d rather do research on other metaverse projects with very low cap and invest rather than invest in sand because my 1000 will turn 5000 at best which is 5x my capital , but if i use the 1000 to invest in 3 metaverse projects there is high probability that i am doing 100x with them.
Yes the sand token has reputation but as long as sand is pumping other metaverse project will always pump no matter what, if sand dump then other metaverse project will dump along with it, maybe dump harder. If you are working with very low capital, you have no business trading top token, they are for whales

Today I will sharing with you all things to look out for before investing in newly minted coin

There is a lot number of tokens being released every day, lot of them land up on poocoin ape. However, over time, many of them get rugpulled or dumped, even after promising all the safety in their marketing posts or websites. For early investors, it is absolutely critical to do their own research before investing. And yet do it quickly, after all you do want to be an early investor.

Strategy: Here are the six key metrics, which I have successfully used in the past to evaluate freshly minted tokens:

1 Token Ownership: Whether there is an owner with special privileges over the token or it has been renounced by assigning contract ownership to a burn address. Keep in mind while renouncing ownership is a good practice, token developers (devs) can still hardcode privileges into their token contract.
2. Token Burn: The percentage reduction in available token supply by transfer to a burn address (typically 0x00..0 or 0x00..dead addresses which have no keys and cannot swap tokens). When devs burn tokens, they reduce their share and minimize the likelihood of a dump. The important thing though is to pay attention to the remaining supply (which is the new 100% or total "tradable" supply) and ensure that a substantial chunk has been added to the liquidity pools (covered in later metric on Liquidity Pool Token allocation)
3. Liquidity Pool Value: The value of liquidity pools (LP) in USD. It is an important metric for a newly released coin. To facilitate trading over an exchange like PancakeSwap, devs have to create a liquidity pool (LP). Since LPs are created by pooling in BNB or other tokens of value, it represents an investment and commitment from the devs. A 100K worth of BNB thrown in to create an LP pool is a good sign. However high LP value alone is not enough, and it is also important to consider LP token allocation and lock time (coming up next).
4.Liquidity Pool Token allocation: The percentage of "tradable" token supply allocated to the liquidity pools. This is easily the most overlooked metric for a new token. After releasing a token, devs own the entire supply. They might burn some, airdrop or presale few. However, they would typically still own most of the "tradable" supply. To improve optics, they may distribute it over multiple wallets with no whale visible in holders list. If a high percentage of "tradable" token supply is allocated to LPs (which should be locked btw, more on that later), devs share is reduced and they cannot benefit from dumping their share. Otherwise, only with a small appreciation in the token price, they can benefit by dumping their share. For an intuitive idea, if devs own 90% "tradable" supply of a token, and have created a high value LP with 10% tokens, when devs dump all their share they will get back 90% (actually more than that) of their LP investments even if no one else ever traded their tokens. And when they manage to get few people to buy and increase the token prices, devs can make hefty profits even with locked LP. For newly released tokens, LP Token allocation percentage should be as high as possible, yes 100% is ideal but a 20ish % number is generally good indicator.
5. Locked Liquidity: The percentage of liquidity locked today so that devs cannot withdraw the liquidity (the famous rugpull which probably needs no further elaboration). Devs would renounce their right to withdraw liquidity by locking their LP tokens in a timed locker. Generally well known third party lockers like DxSale or Cryptex inspire the confidence rather than a custom locker contract.
6. Locked Liquidity Time: The percentage of liquidity locked, one year from now. This is arguably the most important insight. Devs might have locked liquidity for few months, which means they will just need to wait it out, before they can rugpull.

You do not need to be green on all these metrics, but these are some good indicators to vet out new projects.
Be sure to do your own diligence. Assume that every new project you see is a scam/rug/honeypot until proven otherwise. Use tools such as http://www.bscheck.eu/ and https://tokensniffer.com to help you determine if this project is legitimate, but do not solely rely on these tools.

Marketcap should be about $5m now. I think it's in parabolic stage so I'm not selling. Deflationary tokens such as SafeBTC and co quickly moved between $5m and $35m. The TG is growing, Devs have already paid 12 days of Poocoin banners upfront, Coingecko and CoinMarketcap listing is almost guaranteed at this stage which will pump further. None of the top 10 wallets have sold. The top 4 are the devs and marketing wallet and only hold 2% each, and marketcap is too large to rundown to zero at this stage. Between 500 tg users and 2,000, coins tend to go parabolic which is the stage we're at, the contract is unruggable. The marketing wallet is growing as the marketcap keeps rising so more marketing will be done, and I have already done 4 coins with this group of devs and they are trustworthy. The least of them gave me 3x. More importantly, when a coin does $5m mk in just over one day, the FOMO will be huge. My only regret is not doubling my stake to $400 cos these groups of devs are like money in the bank.

Also only Robots are really selling at this stage.

I'm on $11k as it stands. My target is $30-$50k before I consider taking some out.

One tip I'll give newbies is: even if you don't use Twitter, Facebook, or Insta.gram, like me, make sure you follow pages of the top 5 exchanges like Binance, Coi.nbase, Kuc.oin, Gate, etc.

Why? They announce new coins they are about to list on their pages most times. Also, register on Gate "dot" io.

Why? The exchange is cooler than I thought and they have a feature that alerts you of any coin with an unusual movement. It could be a big fall and that is an opportunity for you to jump in.

Also, you can install a free app called Simple Crypto Scanner to help you gain access to a couple of exchanges and search for coins trending there or the ones with less or higher volatility. I use it as a spy tool.

I'm gaining experience daily. Few minutes opened a sell order of Busd on P2p. The buyer transferred the funds and I received but he didn't click transferred on his on end; Binance had to cancel the trade because in their system, he didn't make the payment.
