*Time to Put Abia First Is Now* Protocols. After reviewing the progress of Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, over the past 14 months, as well as the activities of the opposition parties during this period, it has become imperative to share our observations and offer recommendations for the continued progress of our beloved Abia State. While we have played a significant role in the emergence of the current administration, we believe this critical milestone calls for an objective assessment. By analyzing the state's progress under Governor Otti's leadership, evaluating the administration's performance, and contributing ideas, we can help accelerate the realization of the New Abia we all envision. Without excessive praise, it is evident that the administration has made strides in moving Abia forward. The New Abia ideology is steadily becoming a tangible reality. This administration has demonstrated that leadership is not rocket science but is rooted in effective visualization, planning, implementation, and monitoring. These four pillars of progress are now in full force in Abia State. One area where the administration has excelled is infrastructural development. The extent of progress has left many people curious about the funding sources. When asked, the governor often responds, “That’s my trade secret.” Aba now resembles a construction site, with areas neglected for over two decades receiving much-needed attention. A visit to Port Harcourt Road, managed by Julius Berger, as well as Ngwa Road, Omuma Road, and other locations, reveals the seriousness of this administration’s commitment to improving Abia. The Umuahia capital city is gradually transforming into the state capital it was meant to be. A visit to the newly commissioned Aguiyi Ironsi Boulevard Road tells a story of a city whose nerve center has been revitalized. You can now drive around Umuahia with ease, thanks to the administration’s efforts to restore the capital’s former glory by fixing internal roads. Should we discuss the remarkable long stretch of road under construction from Umuahia through Uzuakoli in Bende LGA, to Akara in Isuikwuato, passing through Igbere and Abiriba, and ending in Ohafia? It’s also important to mention the Nunya -Eluama- Ogboro Road and the numerous other roads under construction in the state. This government has shown a strong commitment to the health of the people. Tertiary health facilities like the Specialist Hospital in Umuahia, Amachara General Hospital, and Abia State Teaching Hospital in Aba have been revitalized. Plans are also underway to refurbish all general hospitals and primary health centers in the state. This administration is also making strides in education by retrofitting primary and secondary school facilities and upgrading the syllabus to align with modern standards. It would be remiss not to mention the transformation of Abia State Civil Servants’ welfare. Once neglected by previous administrations, they now receive their salaries promptly, promotional exams are ongoing, and the government’s commitment to a wage award of N45,000 is being fulfilled. Backlogs of unpaid salaries are being addressed, and, more importantly, there is hope that the minimum wage will be reviewed, with a committee already established to tackle this issue. Even the pensioners are not left out in the good governance of the present administration. While listing the administration’s achievements across various sectors over the past 14 months would be an enormous task, it is crucial to highlight that the administration recently disbursed N1 billion to small-scale business owners to boost their enterprises and stimulate the state’s economy. One aspect that has been taken for granted is the improved image of Abia State. For over 20 years, the state was plagued by negative media coverage, but that narrative has completely shifted. Since this administration took office, Abia has been trending positively, attracting investors eager to be part of the New Abia reality. While we acknowledge the remarkable progress made by Governor Otti’s administration over the past 14 months, we are equally aware that much more remains to be done. The government can achieve even greater success in areas such as agriculture, youth empowerment, ICT, and entertainment, which require increased attention and support. We have also observed that while the opposition is attempting to play its democratic role, they appear to be doing so misguidedly. Destructive opposition is no longer in vogue; constructive opposition is the way forward. The “pull him down” mentality currently exhibited by the opposition must change. It’s vital for them to recognize that Abia State belongs to all of us, and the state’s progress or failure doesn’t rest solely with the current administration—it’s a collective responsibility. We must all contribute positively to ensure the state’s advancement. As an organization, we urge the opposition to offer solutions when they criticize. They shouldn’t merely sit in judgment; they should also present alternative solutions, policies, and ideologies where they believe the administration is falling short. This approach, known as “Alternative Proposition,” allows the public to assess their capacity for future elections and can also offer valuable ideas that may help the current administration course-correct where necessary. If the opposition’s goal is the state’s progress, then Alternative Proposition is the way to go. In conclusion, Governor Otti’s achievements over the past 14 months are commendable, and the need to support his administration in achieving even more for Abia is a collective task we must all embrace. Now is the time to put Abia first. Thank you. 1. *Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor "De Ultimate Commander"* President General, United Abia Artistes and Patriots Forum (UAAP), 2. *High Chief Raymond Nkemdirim MFR*, (BoT Chairman-UAAP) 3. *Comrade Jason Emenike Iroegbu* (Secretary General).

Ikwuano/Umuhia North/Umuahia South, where Is Our Share of The FG Rice Palliative? The House of Representatives Approved President Bola Tinubu’s five hundred billion Naira palliative requests on July 13, 2023, to help cushion the effects of the fuel subsidy removal on Nigerians. The facility is intended to expand coverage of the social safety net support for poor and vulnerable Nigerians across the 360 federal constituencies and 109 senatorial zones. Under this arrangement, every senator was entitled to two hundred million naira worth of rice, while their counterparts in the green chambers were given 100 million naira worth of rice to share with their constituents. For clarity, the Federal Government did not monetize the rice palliative. Instead, the Federal Ministry of Agriculture was given the task of procurement and distribution, with NASS members asked to nominate a contractor to handle the supplies. The contractors were to be paid directly through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. However, due to logistical challenges and bureaucratic processes, some constituencies couldn't receive their palliative until December 2023. Our investigation revealed that many constituencies received 2 trailer loads of grain, while the senatorial zones received 4 trailer loads of 25kg of rice. Sources at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security confirmed that as of December 2023, all 360 federal constituencies and 109 senatorial zones had received their full supplies. However, for Abia's central senatorial zone, we cannot immediately confirm who took delivery because of the court judgment that sacked Senator Nwokocha and replaced him with Senator Austin Akobundu. Our sources confirmed that it was Senator Nwokocha who nominated the contractor. Meanwhile, the contractor who handled that of Aba North/South was nominated by Hon. Nnamani, who was sacked by the appeal courts. While we read from the media about representatives from other states distributing the palliative grains to their constituents, in Abia we witnessed only Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu, Hon. Amobi Ogah, Hon. Ginger Onwusibe, Hon. Nkwonta, and H.E Senator Orji Uzor Kalu distributing rice and other palliatives to their constituents. Arochukwu/Ohafia federal constituency was luckier, as their representative, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa, gave three sticks of one-foot-long cassava stems to 27 constituents, while Obingwa/Ugwunagbor/Osisioma federal constituency elected Hon. Munachim Alozie an internationally certified BENCH WARMER into the National Assembly. Ndi Ikwuano, Umuahia North, and Umauhia South, the question that everybody has been asking, and one I will continue to ask, is what happened to our share of the FG rice palliative? (1) Did the FG exclude Ikwuano/Umuahia from the rice palliative given to all federal constituencies in Nigeria? (2) Was ours stolen, or was it lost in transit? (3) Did the contractor abscond with our money, or was it looted? (4) Did the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security confiscate our share of the palliative? (5) Is Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency not entitled to the FG Palliative grains? If you can't provide answers to these questions will you permit us to believe the trending rumour that the FG Palliative rice meant for distribution to the poorest of the poor in Ikwuano/Umuahia North and Umuahia South was diverted and sold? Please, Hon. Obinna Aguocha, Member Representing Umuahia North, Umuahia South, and Ikwuano we know you are busy with the Mazi Nnamdi Kanu project, but can you take a few minutes and respond to the above questions? Thank you, Uche Aguoru Is A Public Affairs Analyst

The Application Of Brute Force By The Government, To Stop A Protest Is An Insensitive Approach To Take. The People Are Already Enraged, They Have Endured Enough, They Have Crossed The Rubicon By Taken To The Streets. Rather Than Employing Compulsion, Coercion And Brutality To Arrest The Protest, The Government Should Focus On Arresting The Factors Responsible For The Mass Protest. They Should Be Reactionary. Since It Is Conspicuous That The Mass Protest Across The Country, Was Accompanied By Excruciating Hardship, Occasioned By Hyper-Inflation, Insecurity, Unstable Foreign Exchange, Et Al, It Is Imperative For The Government To Quickly Review It's Economic Policies, And Expedite Urgent Actions That Will Give Huge Economic Relief To The Masses. In This Regard, An Immediate And Meaningful Press Release By The Presidency, Bothering On Favourable Economic Policies Should Be Put Up. This Favourable Economic Policies Must Be Accompanied By Prompt Execution As That Will Go A Long Way In Addressing And Assuaging The Feelings Of The Already Infuriated And Determined Masses. Nigeria Can Work Only When We Decide To Face Governance And Jettison Unhealthy Politics, Prebendalism, And Other Self Centered Actions Capable Of Inhibiting Growth And Development. 🖊️ Davidson Chijioke Ogbonna (Mighty-CJ) Is A Political Scientist, Analyst And Leadership Expert.

A TRIBUTE TO A DISTINGUISHED IGBO SON Sen. Patrick Ifeanyichukwu Ubah's Death, Heartbreaking... Dr. Uche Ogah.. Oh Death, Where Thy Sting? I'm yet to reconcile the reality of the shocking news that announced the sudden departure of a trailblazer and a shining light both in business and politics, Sen. Patrick Ifeanyichukwu Ubah, the government and the good people of Anambra State and the entire Igbo nation on the demise of a remarkable son. Ubah's legacy as a forward-thinking business-man, politician and a committed public servant will be enduringly celebrated. "Akpabio Has Dragged the 10th Senate to the Mud". -Akpan Jeremiah, Uyo. The 10th Senate, President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio has spoiled the Senate via his lackadaisical attitude as the most drowsy Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria of all time. Since his inception as the Senate President on 13th June, 2024, Akpabio has taken the 10th Senate to the lowest of low via his careless utterances, behavior and several unconstitutional modus operandi which most times goes against Senate Standing Rules and Order. For lack of trust of his colleagues and fear of impeachment, Senator Akpabio via the Senate Leader, Bamidele Opeyemi, changed the Senate Standing Rules, that first time senators were no longer qualified to contest for the seat of the president of the Senate, not minding the number of years the senator has spent in the House of Representative. Ranking and experienced Senators who have been in the Senate for a while, were given mushroom or class D committees, as a witch hunt for not supporting Akpabio during the Senate President tussle. This singular act of Akpabio has disorganized the orderliness and the aged long hierarchical respect that has been the practice of the Senate over the years. Senators he made Chairmen or Chairpersons of Committees, he doesn't give them the free hands to run these committees they way they ought to, rather he runs these committees from behind as his personal business. Being so autocratic and selfish, Akpabio makes sure all the committee Chairmen report to him against their will. All the Senate Committee Retreat, Akpabio mandated they were hosted in Akwa Ibom, else, the money for the retreat and all logistics won't be released for the respective committees. Nigerians both home and abroad are questioning why senators aren't revolting against this tyrannical style of leadership instituted by Akpabio, where he runs a one-man-show. Aware that seventy per cent (70%) of the 10th Senate, are first time senators hence, most of them are still new and are privy of the operations and standing rules of the Senate. They're learning on the job, hence, the moral to bring Akpabio to book hasn't been initiated and achieved. Calls across board have confirmed that Akpabio has failed and isn't capable of leading the hallowed Red Chamber as the president. Recently, Social Media on X went ablaze for the derogatory statement made on the person of Senator Natasha Akpoti, where Akpabio said, "Senators aren't allowed to stand or speak, until they're recognized by the presiding officer, the Senate isn't a night club." This inflammatory comments from Akpabio raised heated inferno and severe criticisms on the internet, where people said Akpabio doesn't respect his female colleagues. So many Civil Society Organizations, Women and Civil Rights groups led the campaign on X mounting pressure on Akpabio to publicly apologize to Senator Natasha, else he should step aside as the president of the Senate. This led to the publication of Akpabio, his wife, his side chicks, Nnadi Shontel and Calabar Snatcher numbers on X. People on X were told to occupy and inundate them with plethora of calls. It was revealed by Gistlover that Akpabio has so many concubines he spends lavishly on with public funds. Gistlover blog trended that so many celebrities and actresses like Ini Edo, Nancy Isime, Dakore Egbuson, Guiness Book of Record Winner chef Hilda Baci, Nwanneka, etc were also Akpabio's side chicks. "it's a very long list. Mr Akpabio doesn't like to use protections, so he has a special doctor he sends his new recruits to, for HIV and other safety tests, before consumption. Mr Akpabio sexually exploits them creatively, from orgies to threesomes etc." Gistlover asserted. However, GistLover is yet to provide evidence to back up their claims. But ordinary citizens are suggesting that, the bloggers are not far from the truth. Senator Ireti Kingibe is another female senator that has suffered unwarranted disrespect from Akpabio on many occasions at the floor of the Senate. Senator Ireti has complained about the way FCT Minister Wike, doesn't carry her along in making decisions concerning the FCT, where she is the sole senator representing Abuja, the seat of power. Co-operating with the FCT Minister, Akpabio told Wike not to mind Sen. Ireti, that whatever they decide in the Senate she will follow. The supplementary budget for Abuja brought by Wike to the Senate for approval wasn't done in the knowledge of Senator Ireti who is the senator representing FCT. Such an affront on her just because she is a woman was supported by Akpabio. Akpabio ruled her out of order by technically raising Order 10 of the Senate standing rules which states that a senator must have shared hard copies of the motion to all the senators in the chamber before rising to lead the debate. In another motion raised by Senator Ireti, titled, "Urgent Government intervention for Shop owners in Karu Market Fire Mishap" where Ireti made a case for these helpless shop owners whose shops got burnt in one of the prayers, which read; "urge the Federal Government via the FCDA and AMAC to rebuild the market and hand it over to the rightful owners". Akpabio made a joke of this prayer and said the Federal Government can't build a market and hand it over to the masses for free. Thinking that no senator will second the amended prayers made by Senator Ireti, Akpabio asked for a 'seconder.' Senator Natasha Akpoti rose to support the prayer and noted that what's the government without the people, that the government exists because the people support them. So, Senator Natasha faulted Akpabio's rash response to the prayer. These and many more are the gaffes of Akpabio and he won't stop taking the Senate to the mud anytime soon, unless he is stopped by courageous senators who need to rise in defense of the rights and well-being of the masses.

It is no longer alien to all, that Industrialization, Humanitarianism, Human Capital Development and Compassion are four Inseparable philosophies of the 21st century technocrat. "Contrary to the relatively general misconception about Leadership by most political actors, as power acquisition for self aggrandizement, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah.(CON) has pragmatically taken a paradigm shift from the aforementioned. In line with the paradigm shift however, Dr. Ogah has demonstrated that his leadership style cum Philosophy is Never driven by self aggrandizement, rather, his Unwavering desire to sustain "Utilitarianism" (Greatest Happiness For The Greatest Number Of People). One of the Coruscating moments that Accompanied the early period of 2023 was the distribution of over 46 cars to Abians. This singular philanthropy by Dr. Ogah, did not only compel universal commendation, but birthed a new exquisite approach to the dynamics of leadership. Driven by the desire to further elevate the standard of living of his people, irrespective of status, religion and ethnicity, The 21st century technocrat, began massive Empowerment of youths into the Oil And Gas Sector, An indispensable arm of the Nigerian Economy. The intent was to forcefully drag Youths out of Poverty, however it was fructiferously actualized. The "Philosopher-King", having understood the concomitant dangers of Frustration-Aggression-Displacement Theory, in our contemporary society, as propounded by John Dollard ET Al, in 1939, embarked on another massive empowerment by heartily empowering 30 Abia Women from the 17 Local Government Areas Of Abia, with the sum of #1,000,000,00.(One Million Naira) each to either start up new businesses or add to their already existing businesses, in the wake of Nigeria's present excruciating economy. This gesture was accompanied by the distribution of items worth over 500,000,00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) to 58 Abia Women, to boost their businesses. As if that wasn't enough, the Humility Personified Billionaire Businessman, On December 23rd 2023, donated over 10,000 (Ten Thousand) bags of rice to be shared in all wards across the state. This unrivaled gesture was incredibly summarized with the distribution of 8 Cars (Lexus 300) to about 8 LGA Chairmen namely: Arochukwu, Ohafia, Bende, Isuikwuato, Umunneochi, Umuahia North, Umuahia South And Ikwuano LGA'S respectively. Making it a total of 54 cars in one year. Astonished by his Unparalleled commitment for Industrialization And Human Capital Development, The Sun Was compelled to meritoriously honoured him with The Sun Industrialist of the year award 2023, A Noble cap, exclusively reserved for men who have pioneered gargantuan Investments within the society. For a man who had foraged the marketplace of life and became a tremendous success at a very young age, for a man who singlehandedly gave Abia A Facelift through a Multi-Billion naira Investment in Onuaku, Uturu, Isuikwuato LGA, for a man who expanded his empire and singlehandedly changed the face of Rumuolumeni in Rivers State with a massive tank farm that is next to none on the west coast of Africa, added a jetty that opened the space for international cruise to dock and employed over 8,000 citizens of the South East And South South, it is safe to say the Sun Industrialist of the year award was long overdue. Little wonder he was awarded and honoured with "The Sun Investor Of The Year In 2016, And Was prestigiously awarded and honoured Again with "The Sun Industrialist of the year, 2023. Without Opacity, I make bold to say That The Future Is Apparently Bright. 🖊️ Davidson Chijioke Ogbonnaya.(Mighty CJ).

I Condemn in strong terms, the incessant attacks on security personnels and civilians in Abia, particularly in Aba by criminal elements. This act is not just barbaric, but insensitive, callous, premeditated and nefarious in the circumstances. Apart from Enyimba city's obvious historical and commercial antecedents in Nigeria, as well as it's contribution to the State and National economy, it is worthwhile to state that it is the commercial hub of Africa. Therefore the phenomenon of insecurity must have no place in Aba. Plunging the artisanal town into a war zone is a sad occurrence that will never be allowed to thrive as we are determined to collectively and holistically put an end to this surfacing ugly trend. In this difficult moment, where the populace are striving to survive, It is extremely incongruous, for a group of miscreants to physically, emotionally and psychologically exacerbate people's means of livelihood through unwarranted attacks. While it is irrefutable that Security and Welfare remains the paramount essence of governance, it is imperative to acknowledge Governor Otti's effort in the wake of this ugly narrative. His commitment towards ensuring the outright security of the state and attracting foreign investors to boost the State's economy must not be undermined. More so, As the lawmaker representing the Indefatigable people of Aba North And South Federal Constituency, I will continue to synergize with the Governor and security agencies towards safeguarding the lives and properties of my constituents. I wish to equally assure you that concrete actions will be expedited towards addressing the rising security concerns within the propinquity of Aba North And South Federal Constituency. Those fanning the embers of insecurity are hereby advised to desist forthwith As the Law is already closing in on them. I heartily sympathize with the victims of the Sunday asymmetric attack and I promise to take every necessary measure within the confines of law to arrest this seemingly emerging threat. 🖊️Hon. Mascot Alex Ikwechegh (Onye Ocha N'Aba) Member Representing Aba North And South Federal Constituency.

The lawmaker representing Abia North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Orji Uzor Kalu, has suggested that the National Assembly and state legislatures should operate on a part-time basis to reduce financial burdens on the government. The former Abia state governor, in an interview with journalists, proposed a constitutional amendment to enable lawmakers to sit for only three months, with four sessions per year, and emergency sittings when necessary. He argued that this move would help streamline government expenses and promote trust among Nigerians. He noted that lawmakers’ salaries are modest and do not justify the current full-time arrangement. He emphasized that this change could be part of a broader strategy to improve government efficiency. The senator’s proposal aligns with recent calls for a part-time legislature, aiming to reduce costs and enhance effectiveness. Kalu’s advocacy for a constitutional amendment may spark further debate and consideration among his colleagues and the Nigerian public. He said: “Well, I think it would be a good idea for my colleagues to agree and amend the constitution first. In three months, we sit two to three weeks making it four times in year. “If there’s any emergency, there would be an emergency sitting. We can come in and do a presidential bid on that basis and go back, instead of meeting on a full-time basis. It shouldn’t be the senate alone, both the House of Representatives and the Houses of Assembly in Nigeria. So, all the legislative branches in Nigeria should be part-time as austerity measures to reduce cost of governance or we should go back to regional government. If we’re going for regional government, it means the ministers and the lawmakers would be the same. “I have been thinking on how we can save money to run Nigeria. Nigeria needs money. I will encourage the president, the National Assembly to make this law. It will help President Tinubu and the system — including everybody. Not that the senators earn a lot, we’re paid almost nothing in the Senate. I laugh when because our pay is nothing to write home about. But I want my colleagues to do a quick constitutional amendment have a part-time senate, house of representatives and state houses of assembly to earn the trust of Nigerians.”

A Northern Nigerian sociopolitical group under the auspices of Arewa Next Generation Leaders has slammed the leadership of the 10th National Assembly, describing them as rubber stamp, ineffective and too slow. The group said it is a sign of failure for the National Assembly not to have checkmated the executive to implement the capital components of the 2024 budget. The group in statement by Mallam Nasiru Muh’d on Thursday in Kaduna, said it was a total shame and total embarrassment for the country to be operating three different budgets in 2024, without implementing the capital components of the 2024 budget. The group urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to rise to the occasion by implementing the 2024 budget, saying: “The president must understand that everything is at the point of a standstill because of the failure of his administration to implement the capital components of the 2024 budget. It is surprisingly this is coming from the president. We understand he has a weak National Assembly leadership; but he must understand that Nigerians are frustrated. “We have scored the senate leadership low for not pushing the executive enough to implement the capital component of the 2024 budget. There is a need for the government to get Ministries, Department and Agencies of the Federal Government to implement the budget. The Senate should urged the Federal Government to intensify efforts in funding the capital components of the three national budgets which are running concurrently in the country.” The pro-democracy group also chided the senate president, Godswill Akpabio for failing to carry other senators along in certain affairs of the upper chamber, describing his leadership style as autocratic and ineffective. “Akpabio has shown a lack of empathy for poor and suffering Nigerian masses when he recently turned a ‘let Nigerians breathe’ comment by a senator into a pun which attracted mocking laughter from his colleagues during plenary. He is running a man show without carrying other lawmakers along to make the legislative arm for effective. It is wrong for Akpabio and the leadership of the National Assembly not to have rally round others to compel the executive to implement the 2024 budget. It is a shame that under his watch, Nigeria is operating three different budgets.”

The Supreme Court judgement on the autonomy of local governments is one that should be hailed and applauded especially for the courage and independence shown by the judiciary. The Supreme Court being a policy court did what is right and beneficial to the society. While it may look like interference in the states, we should accept that all the calls for end of insecurity, kidnappings and banditry has just begun with this autonomy granted to the local governments. When the local governments are in total control of their funds, there is flow of resources and activities in the local areas. For instance, when I was governor between 1999-2007, the autonomy of my local government chairmen was a major breakthrough to the success of my administration. The Local Government Chairmen built roads and gave contracts to local contractors. The Chairmen were able to take full responsibility of what happened in their local government and crime was reduced to the barest minimum. I will also appeal to the Federal Government to consider making a case for local government elections to be conducted by Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) instead of the State Independent Electoral Commission ( SIEC) . This will further strengthen the autonomy to the local governments and reduce the pressure on the state governments. When governance gets to the grassroots, it becomes easier to identify and hold the leaders responsible. I sincerely appeal to the 36 state governors to accept this judgement as a victory for democracy, victory for themselves and victory for all Nigerians. I also congratulate the President, H. E Bola Ahmed Tinubu; the Attorney General of the Federation Prince Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi SAN and all the Supreme Court Justices that played a role in this landmark achievement for Nigerians. Let’s continue to keep our hopes alive.

Known for his doggedness, sagacity and splendiferous contribution on issues of National Importance, The member representing Aba North And South Federal Constituency Hon. Mascot Alex Ikwechegh (Onye Ocha Na Aba) during plenary condemned constructively and brilliantly, the recent SAMOA agreement signed by the Government. Hon. Ikwechegh, while constructively condemning the agreement, pinpointed the inadequacies and catastrophic implications of such an agreement on our Nations heritage and cultural setting, adding that the agreement purportedly promotes LGBT rights which are not just against the extant laws in the country, but also, antithetical to our collective heritage and history as a people. He deeply emphasized that the welfare of the people should take centre stage and further demanded that concrete actions be expedited, towards tackling insecurity, hunger, Unemployment and poverty, which do not only ignites frustration-aggression, but equally poses a serious threat to our national security.
