Qur'an 46:31
يَٰقَوْمَنَآ أَجِيبُوا۟ دَاعِىَ ٱللَّهِ وَءَامِنُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَغْفِرْ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُجِرْكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

Qur'an 46:31
O our people! respond to Allah's Messenger and believe in Him. He will forgive you your sins and guard you from a painful doom.

Let me walk us through this verse
1. Who is speaking?
Answer: Allah!
2. Who is the Subject?
Answer: Mohammed!
3. What were Allah's instructions?
Answer: Muslims should respond to Mohammed, Allah's Messenger
4. Why should Mohammed be obeyed According the Allah?
Answer :
a. Mohammed will forgive Muslims (and Jinn) of their sins
b. Mohammed will guard Muslims from a painful doom (probably hell fire or Allah's judgment)


2. Mohammed is one who admits Muslims into paradise
One would think that it is Allah that should admit people into paradise but no, it is Mohammed.

Sahih al-Bukhari 7410
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah will gather the believers on the Day of Resurrection in the same way (as they are gathered in this life), and they will say, 'Let us ask someone to intercede for us with our Lord that He may relieve us from this place of ours.
........
Allah will allow me to intercede (for a certain kind of people) and will fix a limit whom I will admit into Paradise. I will come back again, and when I see my Lord (again), I will fall down in prostration before Him, and He will leave me (in prostration) as long as He wishes, and then He will say, 'O Muhammad! Raise your head and speak, for you will be listened to; and ask, for you will be granted (your request);
.......
Allah will allow me to intercede (for a certain kind of people) and will fix a limit to whom I will admit into Paradise. I will come back and say, 'O my Lord! None remains in Hell (Fire) but those whom Qur'an has imprisoned therein and for whom eternity in Hell (Fire) has become inevitable.' " The Prophet (ﷺ) added, "There will come out of Hell (Fire) everyone who says: 'La ilaha illal-lah,' and has in his heart good equal to the weight of a barley grain. Then there will come out of Hell (Fire) everyone who says: ' La ilaha illal-lah,' and has in his heart good equal to the weight of a wheat grain. Then there will come out of Hell (Fire) everyone who says: 'La ilaha illal-lah,' and has in his heart good equal to the weight of an atom (or a smallest ant).


This is repeated in the following hadiths
1. Sahih al-Bukhari 4476
2. Hadith 36, 40 Hadith Qudsi


3. A person must associate specifically Muhammad with Allah in order to become a Muslim by reciting the Shahada
The statement of the Shahada:
"There is no god but Allah AND Muhammad is his prophet".

No one can become a Muslim without Recitation of this shahada with allegiance to Mohammed.


Questions:
1. If Mohammed can forgive sins of both Man and Jinn, is he not a partner with Allah?
2. If Mohammed can choose who to admit or not admit in paradise, is he not a partner with Allah?
3. Is it possible to recite the Shahada without associating Allah with Mohammed?
