In Nigeria, Nigerians will rather hire a White person than a fellow Nigerian with the same qualifications and work experience. No be juju be that? Take a look at many of the top private schools in Nigeria. Many have principals that are not Nigerian or African. Nigerians feel since it is a white face running the school, it means the quality of the school's education will automatically be top notch.

Until Black people begin to practice self love and love for members of their own race, they will continue to remain at the bottom of the barrel. Until Black people begin to support and uplift one another rather than seeking to tear down and destroy one another due to greed, envy and unhealthy competition, we as a people can never rise.
