I have read so much about this topic and I think most folks miss it by trying to interpreted the Bible without considering the main theme: Salvation. When we talk about salvation, we talk about divine help. When we talk about divine help we talk about covenant. When talk about covenant we talk about divine exchange. When we talk about divine exchange, we must talk about mystery of Jesus. When we talk about mystery, only heaven has the real meaning and absolute knowledge of the personality of Jesus.

However, in John 1:1 it is said God and word co - existed. Elsewhere, God said I am the only God and I do not recognise another. Yet the Word is God.
(Jehovah witnesses would wish this statement removed but cannot remove it, except to say that John made a mistake.) Their Bible renders the second God a 'god' Why would God recognize this 'a god'
