grin grin Mike has a personal grudge against these people. Apparently he scouts this thread very religiously for any opportunity to aggresively express his resentment. Bro, na till 2031 like this oo. How e go be nah grin grin.
Just joking. But, you should take it easy. Abi, you be Sowore's disciple ni?
My Gee, I don't have anything personal. Anyone of them can be president, but I will only assess the performance of who wins and rules.
I just don't like people who glorify, promote mediocrity and failure to me as if I don't have brain to think and assess things.
Nobody is perfect. A govt can make mistakes and apologize or acknowledge the errors and promise to rectify them. But to rub it in and glorify your failures and call them ''outstanding success'' in my face is what makes me feel like my intelligence as a citizen is being taken for granted.
It is like a student scoring F9 and telling his ''ignorant'' father that the ''9'' should be celebrated because it is the highest number amongst the scores e.g. A1,B2,C4 etc.
OBJ, Jonathan, Buhari etc were criticized by Nigerians, including Tinubu himself, for less economic mishaps. So why must we now accept and glorify similar and even worse conditions under Tinubu? Such hypocrisy is unacceptable to me.
He may do better if he wins the second term, and I will praise him if he does.

There is a limit to how long you can defend what is not defendable

It will come crashing at the appointed time
There is no currency in the world that is not defendable, including the naira.
If you want to believe the useless and cluelesss propaganda of the current govt to justify their reckless devaluation of the naira, just say so. Period!.

The people recruited to defend the share price just like the way Emefiele defended the Naira will need to restrategize and pay more influencers.

I am surprised that insiders are not clearing the offers
So defending the naira, the national currency, is now a crime or a sin?
I don't get some of these fallacious generalization!

JAMB’s approved cut-off marks of 150 for universities and 100 for polytechnics...

Jamb should list on the Nigeria stock market grin
Those cut-off marks are too low.
During our time, you better achieved a score of 200 or forget admission into the university!
One of the reasons why I abandoned school and followed Kabiru to chase rabbits inside bush at Ayetoro.

He was claiming pro in the market and didn't sell when the price got to 30, only to sell at 10% profit now.

Access that will still get to 30 in no time
Pro ke? Even investors with 3 decades experience still get beaten by the market
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 9:57am On May 14
Pesuzok:
When did you buy access for 23? That was before the release of their result, meaning you didn't sell when it got to 30.
His focus and expectation was that Access would pay very good dividend and he was very sure of that, until kasala burst!
He was not the only one in Access, but he was bluffing, bragging and condemning other stocks which is unnecessary.

The father of NIGERIAN RIGOCRACY!
Enabled Dangote to kill Ibeto cement and failed to decentralize Nigerian ports.
Useless Old Pakut!🙄
Stop blaming Dangote for the failure of others.
Why didn't Wapco, BUA cement, etc also die like Ibeto?
Did he enabled them to kill Ibeto too?
PoliticsRe: You Came Into Deep Debt And Still Spend Like Drunken Sailor- Obasanjo Blasts Tin by mikeapollo: 1:01pm On May 13
huptin:
Exactly my thoughts...Tinubu's economic management team did a great job...but his knack for irresponsible spending, reckless expansion of public spending at the expense of Fiscal discipline has made nonsense of the work done by the economic team.
There is no ''great job'' done anywhere by any team.
Stop this using words for hollow and empty praise-singing of a clueless govt.

Iran is the only antidote to all this Israeli madness.

Why going for the symptoms when the cause is at your finger tips if you have the cure?

Iran dealing with them but they are killing unarmed civilians in the Lebanon.

Bunch of Israeli terrorists
You people never tired telling lies to make yourelves happy?
Go ask Ayatollah Khamanei and IRGC generals and commanders in the grave to tell you how Iran is ''dealing'' with Israel

After boasting to high heavens and bragging about how super Access is and condemning other stocks, you eventually sold Access for less than 10% gain (after fees) because of non-payment of dividend?
Well, dividend is your focus, and you have the right to do whatever with your investments
Thank you for even being sincere and informing us you have sold
PoliticsRe: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by mikeapollo: 2:47am On May 13
Misterone:
Oseni is too dumb! If the South Africans can play dirty, why can't we? We don't have South Africans we can repatriate but they have companies here. They make money from Nigeria. Nigerians go to South Africa and make money too. If they can kill Nigerians, we can kill their companies.
Who are the employees working in the SA companies in Nigeria? Are they Nigerians or South Africans?
Go and kill the companies and throw the people working there int unemployment.
Useless and silly talk! How many Nigerian companies are employing South Africans i n South Africa?

Nigeria has many bush people talking policies in high places.
Nations do have political/diplomatic problems but still relate at economic levels.

Dangote Cement operates in 10 African countries, UBA in 20, Access in 16. If we start confiscating foreign companies because of temporary problems in relations, who will suffer it most?
God bless you

Why are you unnecessarily triggered? Even Oshiomhole, who made the statement, knows it is just a threat and that it will not happen.

As someone said, it is good that a politician is warning South Africans, at least.

No amount of money you hope to make from MTN shares is worth any human life.

I own MTN shares, by the way.
If it is about the xenophobic attacks in SA, the FGN should be bold and strong enough to take-on South Africa at the highest level...
But it is defeatist to always pick on MTNN (or Shoprite before it shut down) whenever this xenophobia issue comes up, unless there is evidence that MTNN is complicit.
Other African countries (e.g. Ghana) are also engaging the SA govt but they are not threatening to nationalize or sack MTNGH because of xenophobia.
The SA govt has been very weak and hypocritical in dealing with the xenophobic criminals because of their local politics.
But I expect Nigeria to mobilize a serious campaign and call them out e.g. at AU and UN meetings, like declaring SA as a ''country unfriendly or unwelcoming to other Africans'' in order to isolate SA in a way.
But always looking for the easy target like MTNN does not make sense to me especially when there are several other SA companies in Nigeria employing thousands and thousands of employees.
I have never bought MTNN shares so I don't own any.

If you have MTN shares, quickly sell. Oshiomhole just said on Arise tv that nationalization will happen
It is just ridiculous and an irony that a man who knows quite well the history of how nationalized companies have been mismanaged and destroyed by various govt. is the person making this insinuation.
The issue for me is not even about whether it would happen or not happen, but the sheer deceit and grandstanding about something that has always been a failure and disaster in the nation's history
