HESH is more useful against soft targets like walls,soft skin vehicles,bunkers,fortifications. But totally useless against reactive armour.

You should ask him,how's a self proposed howitzer going to fight like a tank. Cause it doesn't have the capability to see around 6KM and More. The longest tank kill is still around 4KM.

denisfidha: that used to be the case but since the new constitution in 2010, the president appoints only the senior most ranking officials in the force, but b4 he appoints any, the national defence council has to sit down and come up with a shortlist or recomendations based on achievments and performance index so as to avoid any nepotism. For the CDF, the defence rules require the position to be rotational so in the event the current CDF leaves office, the next one will most likely come from the navy. Bt with the president bieng C in C, he has veto over the rules and can appoint any leut.general or general to be CDF
