agaugust: South Africa has NO A-Darta missile today cheesy

Must wait till year 2020.....SANDF is cash broke !
.
South Africa has A-Darter missiles if the need arise tomorrow. They can be operationalised within weeks. Open this link. www.sadefencereview2012.org/publications/publications.htm

agaugust: From next year. Just pray Nigeria's NAF won't decide to acquire a Su-35 Falnker with 180km range BVR missile.

SANDF is totally broke...no cash cheesy
.
what? Lol
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA:
agaugust: Ethiopia Su-27 Flanker is not at the old level of MiG-23.

If two countries have frontlines facing each other in war, how do Gripens appear from behind Su-27, you take off from behind enemy lines or your air base is inside enemy territory?

Su-27 100km radar will not even let a Gripen maneuver behind it, and don't joke with Su-27 Flankers, the most maneuverable jets in the world, Gripen maneuverability is as bad as an F-7NI jet.

Ethios K.ill Southies in 1 hourcheesy
.
During combat jets can appear from nowhere undetected. How does manoeuvrability helps when the 5th GEN IR missiles can attack from front and behind the jet? Don't even compare the Gripen with the F-7NI.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 7:04pm On Aug 24, 2014
agaugust: A-Darta 20km range is even worse than IRIS-T, you replace a better missile with a worse one, Fools cheesy

IRIS-T one missile per Gripen jet cheesy

A-Darter in year 2020 after Ethiopia BVR missiles have k.illed all Gripen jets, your A-Darta will be used by South African Air Ways cheesy
.
we are talking about Nigeria here: Nigeria has 3 operational F-7NI jet armed with 20km PL-9C missile against 19 Gripens armed with deadly IRIS-T missile with a range of 25km. grin grin grin grin tongue tongue grin cheesy cheesy grin. No jet in the would will out manoeuvre the 100g manoeuvreable A-Darter. DEADLY.

patches689: We defeated M23 alongside Tanzania

M23 was no where near a dead horse. They were stronger than ever - before they met us.
Colonel Makenga prepared them, rebel officers attended classes.

denisfidha: Tanzania has one of the most impenetrable airspace in africa. They even have a battalion called surface to air missile battalion. Others include anti-air battalions.... Most of the battaries from china
They bought new systems? Professional air forces which have perfected their low flying capabilities can penetrate their air space.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA:
agaugust: In year 2080 cheesy
From next year. Just pray SAAF won't decide to acquire a ram-jet powered missile.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 8:27am On Aug 24, 2014
andrewza: modern AAMs like the ISRT and A darter use extreme off bor targeting and firing. So unless the SU27 can pull a 100g turn it is irrelevant.
Yes,they can attack targets behind the aircraft meaning manoeuvres to get behind the aircraft are irrelevant. Unless you wanna use your big engines to disengage, speed off quickly similar the MIG-23 pilots in Angola.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 8:16am On Aug 24, 2014
agaugust: NATO Gripens have BRV missiles with 100km range, South African Gripens carry missiles with poor 20km range grin grin

NATO Gripens have full loads of missiles and extra surplus available in armoury. South African Gripens share only on single missile each, world record of missile shortage grin grin

SAAF-SANDF is faaaaaarrrrrrr below NATO standard grin grin

.
The IRIS-T has a range of 25km. That's just an interim solution for the Gripen, they'll be operationalised with A-Darter,while your country is still looking for an 4 GEN jet.

Henry120: They strike. They strike because they're irresponsible.
So you accept your soldiers are irresponsible?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 9:39pm On Aug 23, 2014
Henry120: I know you joined in, in the strike.
You ordered the car of your Major General to be shot at by demoralised troops?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 9:37pm On Aug 23, 2014
Henry120: Citation for what exactly? You led the strike.
Pathetic.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 9:34pm On Aug 23, 2014
Henry120: They earn enough to not carry out strikes.
They mutiny. They won't protest because they're divided.

Tell us which one Nigeria bought and provide pictorial evidence. grin grin grin grin grin tongue tongue grin cheesy
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 6:08pm On Aug 23, 2014
Henry120: Why were over 100 members of SAloanNDF striking?
They wanted better salaries and leaving conditions which they got. 1. How much is a deployed poor Nigerian soldier paid? 2. How much is spent on training a Nigerian soldier? You gonna eat something to humble you soon.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 6:05pm On Aug 23, 2014
agaugust: South African Gripen jets are below standard and poorly armed with ZERO BVR missiles.
Ethiopian Su-27 jets have MANY BVR missiles and their pilots have real current combat experience of using them in real life war.

SANDF Gripen force is a bunch of painted flying mosquitoes, their teeth are very tiny, they struggle to bite grin grin
.
The Gripen C/D are NATO standard.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 6:04pm On Aug 23, 2014
agaugust: 350,000 men need 35,000 vehicles or else they will trek till their legs break.

10 men average per vehicle will fill up 35,000 vehicles.

What of vehicles for medicals, food, water, fuel, ammunition, to support 350,000 hungry and thirsty fighting men on a frontline?

Hunger, thirst, sickness, climate/weather, shortage of ammunition, shortage of fuel, will wreck your army.

Your ANC republic has NEVER deployed up to 5,000 SANDF in frontline at once, so you inexperienced people don't know how Nigeria copes with 20,000 soldiers in North East that have to be spread apart over large distances on land as big as Great Britain.

You see why we say South African military is only good on photo? You guys don't know real war grin

.
Nope. Most main battle tanks and armoured cars carry around a crew of 4. Logistics trucks carry more troops!!! You don't just divide!!!!!!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 2:44pm On Aug 23, 2014
agaugust: You are planning for war on your laptop, not in real life. When real war comes, your theory will be choked by reality of practicals, that's life.

Show us proof you have 300,000 rifles in storage and military grade all in good condition.

Show us proof you will build 1,000 APC a year in RSA, are you now China? How big are your factories?

You need 35, 000 vehicles to move a 350,000 man army well protected around a war zone.

You are just a Day Dreamer ! Your South African SANDF has never deployed up to 5,000 soldiers at once in a war. Day Dreamer grin
.
South Africa can produce more than 2000 APCs a year if needed. 35 000 vehicles to move 350 000 man army? Are you 5 years?. Please don't tell me you don't know within an army there are armour units(tanks, armoured fighting cars atc),logistics(trucks, recovery vehicles etc),paratroopers, air borne units. You don't just divide foo...l,typical beegeagles blogger.

And?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 2:34pm On Aug 23, 2014
Henry120: Like I said previously, they are paid well to live a comfortable life. Nigerian troops are the most highly trained troops in Africa. Desertion is an act of war, it did not start today, it would not end tomorrow. The U.S marine corporal, recently released from captivity in exchange for 5 Taliban commanders is a deserter.

“Some pple want jobs, even if it means joining the Army when the reality of military service comes he drops his rifle & runs away”Gen Minimah.

Nigeria is battling militants from Cameroun, Chad, mali, Algeria, libya, Sudan, Nigeria, Niger, also from Central African Republic, nomads, robbers and rebels from these countries as well as youths from Quaranic schools.
1. How much does a regular Nigerian soldier on deployment get? 2. How much is spent on training a Nigerian soldier. 3. What are quality of training facilities in the Nigerian army? Thank you.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by MikeZA: 2:32pm On Aug 23, 2014
agaugust: You already admitted one superiority in the bold words grin

Olodo grin

Gripen fly low, what of Ethiopian army SAM missiles?

Gripen fly low, Su-27 radar has ground detection range about 60 km when Gripens of SAAF cannot attack BVR. Fool grin

Gripen switch off radar, yet it's metal body will still be detected by Su-27. Fool grin

Gripen switch off radar, does it switch off engine and body heat? Su-27 has IR detector search/track with 50km range. Fool grin

Jets don't k.ill with radar, they k.ill with missiles.

Ethiopian Su-27 jets has 80km range missile, South Africa has Gripen jets with 20km range missile.

You don't need a fortune teller to tell you that the Mighty Ethios will eat up Soweto Southies for breakfast grin grin

1. When did Rwandan and Ugandan support stop? Back your answer with a citation. 2. On which front or battle did the Tanzania led? Back your answer with a citation.

MK wasn't really a military threat, the apartheid government would often let its police force deal with them.

Su-27 has radar range of 100km
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi_Su-27#Radar_and_sensors

We will we watching them long before they know we are there

Use of a data-link means that Gripen can fly at ultra-low altitude with their radar off, and thus avoid detection and ambush the Su-27's
He thinks the SU-27 is superior because it is super manoeuvrable.

With the Link-ZA the Gripens' sensors are enhanced,it is no longer about what the fighter jet sensors can pick up but what other sensors deployed on the ground and air can detect. Ground based mobile radars, portable radars, ground based air force long range radars, binocular laser range finders and designators can fed the Gripen with information.

Your Congo DRC war SANDF fortune teller wrote story and said M23 fired anti-aircraft rockets on towns and cities. LOL grin grin

Is there any weapon like that in this world? No, it does not exist.

That first lie has shown you a fraudulent South African propaganda story as usual.

He said SANDF had 200 troops fight 7,000 Seleka !!!!!! Second Big lie !!!!! grin grin

The truth is 400 SANDF and 1,500 Seleka !!!!

SANDF figure from South Africa, and Seleka figure from France.

The story is full of false information and so has ZERO credibility.

Sorry Mr. Fraudrewza, your story is a big lie from the pit of hell, better luck next time !

South African army is a ZERO and not a hero in Congo DRC war ! grin grin

.
Our Lieutenant Colonel didn't run away from the battlefield, like Nigerian army Lieutenant Colonel Agu did.

Nigerian soldiers are not poorly paid, poorly equipped or poorly trained.
They're poorly trained and paid. How much man does a deployed Nigerian rifleman get?
