Religion / What Happened To Coza’s Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo’s “robust Reply”? by milkymesh: 1:04pm On Jan 03, 2014

What happened to COZA’s Pastor Biodun
Fatoyinbo’s “Robust Reply”? By Ijabla
Raymond
Premium Times - 18 hours ago
COLUMNS, OPINION
It has been more than four months now since
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA ministries
promised a “robust reply” to the scandal of sex
allegation made against him by Miss Ese
. Has anyone heard any reply at all? I
gather he is still preaching and people are still
going to his church.
My question is: where or when does one draw
the line between an erring pastor and a “false
prophet”? Before you belt out “touch not my
anointed and do my prophet no harm” may I
quickly remind you that the Bible says to test
all spirits? At what point did this pastor
transform from a mere man into God’s
“anointed” pastor? As far as I can see, all
pastors claim that God has called and anointed
them, and they are believed without any
questions asked or undergoing a test. That’s
the best evidence anyone ever gets: self-
proclamation!!
It’s not their mistakes or failures that one is
concerned about, pastors are but humans and
are liable to err like the rest of us. It’s the lack
of accountability, humility, and abuse of trust
that irks. Pastor Biodun has neither: out
to deny the allegations nor shown contrition for
abusing the trust of thousands of his followers.
In spite of his attitude, his die-hard followers
continue to bless him with their tithes and
offerings, as they “catch” his anointing every
Sunday. I hope he would show them some
respect by coming clean with his “robust reply”
soon. Better late than never, I’d say.
Back in August 2013 when the scandal broke
out, I wrote a short article for Sahara Reporters
which I feel inclined to share again now. Follow

Politics / Re: BOKO HARAM: Making The Country Ungovernable For GEJ. by milkymesh: 9:18am On Dec 02, 2013
milkymesh: I am not for nor against the govt of GEJ. I have read so many thread here were people express dissapointment about the way in which he is handling the affairs of the country. These ones have reasons to. There are those of his supporters too. I am convince these ones have reasons to support him too.
The group am going to talk about is neither of the ones mentioned above. In my view, the groups mentioned above the interest of country at heart. However, the group i will call BH(not neccessary the bombers) are those who promise to make the country ungovernable for Gej. These group are not after the welfare of nigerians but how they can get and monopolise political power. In their bid to achieve this they create situations which will cause disaffection on our mind agaist the govt(even among supports of the current govt).
If the govt performs it will be a very long time before they thirst power if at all. So they must cause distraction, chaos in the country to make it ungovernable. They must convince us the govt is not performing and infact make sure it does not perform. Unfortunately, some in this group are in govt as ministers, special advicers, etc, in the ruling party and opposition party.
The destiny of the country lies with us, not these ones. We must rise against them. Let us not blindly support or oppose parties, institutions. We must look beyond these, because the bad eggs are in all parties and institutes. We must rise and identify these ones and silence them.
Don't yield to those blackmailing this govt. They will do it to the next one as long as it does not serve their pur pose. Note i do not mean those who offer constructive criticism with a view to correction but those whose only aim is power and not our welfare. We must support those who will better our lot, be it the Gej's of the world or the Buhari. Shine your eyes.

Go to your bank and report the issue. If you spend it, be ready for consequence if you can prove actually ownership.
My ten cent. #BANKERLAWYER

dryakson: It sounds silly but belive me or not it is PURELY real. I receive credit alert about a week now notifying me of 800,000 naira into my bank account from an unknown person, I was extremely surprised I even thought is 800 naira until I refresh my eyes and saw 800,000.
I quickly login my mobile money app to see my balance and the money was there.
I called the callable to if anyone sent money to me but non, though I didn't tell then about the 800,000 I asked tactically and uptil now nobody knows about the money.
My fellow nairalanders please advise me before you people hear story that touch.

Should I go and withdraw the money?

Should I wait like months or even year?

If it happens to be the bank mistake, will they hold me responsible after I spent the money?

Please advise me on what to do.
Thanks

Autos / Re: I Need Advice Mitsubishi And Volkswagen by milkymesh: 6:08am On Jul 15, 2013
I had to look for advice offline since non came from here. I settled for mitsubishi L300 diesel. I bought it for 600k at Ladipo mkt. Though i spent much on it fixing the body but the engine is ok save for the radiator which I had to change to three pipe since d one dat came wit it is two pipe.
The little difficulty i hav now is that the guy using it is complaining that diesel is expensive he would hav prefered petrol engine. However, i bought diesel of almost 8k to take frm Lagos to Onitsha. On getting to Onitsha what is left is enough to drive frm mile two to shagamu or at least almost dat distance. I'm thinking dat diesel is more economical. I,m I correct?. Your opinions please.
Career / Re: Ecobank Nigeria Employees Overworked By The Management by milkymesh: 10:22am On Jun 30, 2013
People like you are the reason the country is not moving forward. Working for an organization does not make you a slave. You are selling a skil,l knowledge, resources, time etc.
Lets turn the table. If the country is not treating you well leave. If the govt increase fuel pump price, don't protest, go to cotonou to buy. If police are extorting money from you on the highway, don't complain, leave your car and trek.
In your opinion when people are treated unfairly they should accept their fate without complaining or even protesting. One day you will come here and complain about how the FG or your state or LG non performance is affecting you or other. Let be mindful of what we say, it invitably affect the way we reason and act.

Entertainment / Re: Ebuka Obi-Uchendu Wants Prostitution To Be Legalized In Nigeria by milkymesh: 9:39am On Jun 22, 2013
Do you mean prostitution is illegal in Nigeria?
There is hardly a state in Nigeria that does not have a brothel. How come they have not been shut down or is the NPF not aware. I undestand NAPTIP do raid these places sometimes but only where there is info as regards underage prostitute.
Please there is no law prohibiting prostitution in Nigeria to the best of my knowledge. We only have laws against soliciting for customers/clients. Even in occasions where some brothels have been shut down it was as a result of other unlawful act taking place there, e.g when used as hide out by criminals.
That guy better inform himself. What is not expressly declared as unlawful in the law can not be illegal thereby requiring it to be legalized.

Car Talk / Buying Car Online From The Usa: Anyone With An Experience by milkymesh: 10:49pm On Jun 21, 2013
I am currently shopping online for a good salvage car to buy from the US. However, I am sort of apprehensive about it. Anyone who has an experience should please share it here with me.
If I buy a salvage 2007 Toyota Avalon for say $700 how much will it cost me to clear it from the port. I have been able to do a little research on other fees like auction fee etc but will like to know other hidden dangers so as to know if the risk is worth taking.
I will appreciate any contribution. Thank you.

Family / Re: Is Your Father A Daddy Or A Papa? by milkymesh: 7:54am On Jun 17, 2013
Daddy=what those below 20 yrs called their father
Dad= what unmarried/newly married(above 20 yrs)call their father
Papa= what parents with grown up children call their own father.
This also applies to Mommy, mom, and Mama.
Note that Papa and Mama is usually looked at as more respectful by aged parents. Daddy, mommy, mom,dad is usually more suitable for young/younger parents. As a young parent i won't like my child calling me papa, but when i turn 50 something, i won't accept any other than Papa.
My Personal opinion. Not debateable. You are entitle to yours too.

Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Do Non-Muslim Terrorists Get Little Press Coverage? by milkymesh: 7:56am On Jun 13, 2013
The best answer so far! Someone is quoting a media report(frm BBC, yahoo news etc) and he is complaining about lack of or inadequate media coverage. Now if we digg deeper we might find it was reported in other international media. Besides, we have other muslim(non-western if you like) media like Aljazeera and Press Tv etc, if it is news worthy, why were they not reported there. Or were they reported and Op refused to cite them.
Now every one know the religion whose core teaching subtly or directly encourage violence in the name of god.
Paschal007: I don't understand. If these terror acts were not covered by media how are you guys able to report it?

The gun violence in America are usually well detailed and covered by the media. You terrorist sympathizers can do better now. undecided

Besides no one is stopping you from running ya own media.

Romance / Re: Single Ladies Should Protest For Over Single 30+ Years Men by milkymesh: 5:14pm On Jun 02, 2013
Why should I buy what I can get free. The fact that young eligible men refuse to marry is the fault of ladies of today. We get free sex everywhere. The chioce of men of ladies agewise hardly changes. A young man of 25yr will likely marry a young lady of between 18 to 25yr. At between 26 to 35 his preference agewise hardly changes. Now if he had married at 25 he will have married that lady who was probably 22 that he now calls to old because she is now 30 and he is now 33 Now what happen to ladies above 26. BRB to edit.

They hate those who are not part of their cult group, they smoke, snuff, drink, etc. Tell me how they know this Jehovah. They can't employ you in their establishment if you are not a member. The only true authority are those Americans whom they claim Jehovah reveals the word and 144,000 that will inherit the earth. They believe over 90% of them don't qualify for heaven. Jesus is not God but a god, Jesus is not Almighty but mighty, etc and etc. If they have the Holy Spirit they would have not go to the lioness den.
