Fashion/Clothing Market › Re: Kenya’s Second-Hand Cloth Dealers Kick Against Proposed Ban By The EU by Mindlog: 6:26am On Mar 27, 2024
Mitumba (Okrika) is huge business in Kenya and other East African Countries who get them through Kenya but the painful thing is that, this same Kenya is where some big global fashion brands like H&M, Cherokee, Calvin Klein etc outsource the production of their clothing items at various Kenya’s export processing zones using thousands of Kenyan tailors and have them exported to Europe and North America.

After Oyibo wear am finish, it is imported back to Africa as second-hand clothing....really sad.

What is the importance of this statistics now?
An insight into how each state and region is developing their human capital in the field of medicine.

If your number is low, set in motion process and policies that would nurture and encourage the young ones in primary and secondary school levels, to tilt towards studying medicine when they have better academic foundation.
Education › Re: 2022 Medical Students Intake By Geopolitical Zone by Mindlog:
In 12 years time, many of them will be practicing abroad. wink

Loving the South East zone's push for human capital development.

Get more of our young ones into medical and nursing schools, the return on investment in such human capital development will be massive.

Had a surgery last year at the Cambridge University Hospital and was wowed that one of the nurses who attended to me, was trained at Our Lady of Lourdes Nursing school in ihiala, Anambra state.....from a small town, ihiala to Cambridge. cheesy

Based on Nigeria's reality when it comes to power supply, you self-sabotaged the internship opportunity.

Next time, make alternative arrangement that would guarantee power supply when yours is off.

You guys are small to handle, just mark it that Gov Soludo will clear all the 21 local governments in Anambra, I bet you to open thread let us compare Otti and Soludo base on their projects you go run
This is not about being small or big, this is a clear case of failure under a government Soludo is leading.

Where systems works, there must be an investigation and outcome published to reflect :

-The bidding process for the road project
-The track record of the construction firm it was awarded to, that built the substandard road
-The consultants and officials from the state's ministry of works who supervised the project and gave the approval that it was well constructed and value for money.

If you know how these things work ,the contractor should be arrested, the commissioner of works queried , then all the governors adviser on projects, their salary should be cut into 4 .finally the governor should stop to shalaye, must everything in Aba be made from Aba even the road substandard
And how did Aba come into in the discussion of a substandard road in Onitsha?

Imagine this embarrassing rubbish. How did we get here as a country? Nigeria is the second highest country dealing with paternity fraud. What is the Senate and House of Representatives doing?
Why are the same churches that make HIV and pregnancy tests compulsory before the wedding not demanding for DNA testing before child dedication? This fraud has to be stopped!

It is in the front page already. But here is the link.
https://www.nairaland.com/8040731/nigeria-2nd-highest-rate-paternity
What is "embarrassing" about that? Abi you think say e start today, so stop behaving shocked! If you find out your baby mama/wife is a perpetrator of paternity fraud, feel free to sue her and get your lawyer to commit to seeking financial compensation on your behalf,

E sure me die, that the Catholic Church would do no such as a prerequisite for any child brought before the Priest for baptism.

In the pursuit of rationalization. cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

At least there are non indigenes in SW who are not known for living in bushes and forests, also not interested in having their children in the school system. If dem do census in that region, we all know which non indigenes have most of their children in the private school system.
