In a therapy practice I worked with, we had a female client who was scared of learning how to drive and my lead therapist was the attending therapist . So for the 4 therapy' sessions she was booked for, we had to adopt Virtual Reality Therapy by settling up a car racing video game in a soundproof dark room and got her to "drive" for 45mins and after which she had a 30mins talk therapy with my lead therapist, identifying and sharing what she felt during the 45mins "drive".

For the final therapy session, she came along with her sign up letter issued by the driving school she has enrolled into, power of exposure therapy.

Part of their "structures" is giving out peanuts.

Well, I don't understand why poor Africans just want to live even if it's by bread alone and someone having a good environment decides its not worth it. I use to as a teenager and for a genuine reason: I was poor and fatherless with out any hope of fulfilment or success. I was very depressed as a teenager.

Ok. I understand the passion but an "amateur child psychologist" does not exist, rather a newly qualified Child Psychologist.

To even be addressed as a Child Psychologist in most western countries, you MUST have a Doctorate in Child Psychology while in many African countries, a Masters in Child Psychology is the basic minimum qualification to be addressed as a Child Psychologist.

I encourage her to go back to school and get qualified as it would empower her with clinical knowledge of issues relating to children.

That is setting up the children for both physical and sexual abuse. Their mother despite working in a hotel did not get a house help and doing what she can by herself, the man owns his business and have control of his time, so he has no business getting house help to bath his children, prepare their meals, do their laundry, help out with homework etc.
