@soundOsonic, well written piece as you captured my mind and for someone into chemical engineering and writing such, what a deep insight! You reminded me of an undergrad course, Integration of Psychology, Christianity and African beliefs.

I studied Counselling Psychology and now practising. I remember seeing Nigerian Catholic Priests and Rev.Sisters doing their postgraduate studies in different specializations of Psychology such as Counselling Psychology, Psycho-spiritual Therapy, Addiction Counselling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Child and Adolescent Psychology etc. In my interactions with them, they shared that things have really changed and they needed to upskill to meet today's reality as they needed to be skilled in psychological assessment and intervention to better help those who come to them.

For me, one was alone because of the sitting arrangement as you have students from departments no where related to yours seated all around you, one becomes somehow isolated as your next course mate will be seated about 4-5 rows away from you but that PSY 304-Human Sexuality exam was something else!

First and foremost, no one "owns" another. Where was he all those years? You don't get to disappear and re-appear at will, to continue from where you "stopped".

Now he has re-appeared, the woman and her family of birth can return the bride price to the man and his family if such applies where they come from and get a lawyer to sort out the legal angle of their "marriage".

It is about the breed, the ones the Fulani herdsmen roam with makes no business sense if you are into diary business. Can you compare breeds that produces less than 5 litres of milk daily and the ones that produces up to 50 litres of milk daily?
