Carlcaresophia,

I really do appreciate the concern. Having gone and come back, I now ended up with the audio port being fixed, but the software version the phone returned with is giving me issues.

The audio/sound is rather poor, the new interface buggy, battery dropping fast, and it seem like the phone might not be the same phone as the user available storage space now got reduced from former 1GB plus down to about 500mb.

Anyway this can be fixed, at least let me have the former stable interface/software version?

Recall, that I have been to your Opebi Carlcare office, countless times that it will only be natural for me to lose confidence in their ability to go straight to the point and save their customers all the unwaranted stress. At this stage, you can tell what kind of opinion I should have what Carlcare and Tecno is all about.

Waiting for your reply.
Carlcaresophia:
Hi, we are sorry for this kind of problem. We had transfered your information to our colleagues to check the details. Please wait with patience. Thank you!

Hello Carlcaresophia,

I have been waiting going to 2 weeks now. Your people still have not gotten me and you choose not to reply my posts here.

I need to hear from ASAP to know my next line of action.

For a phone I bought and only ever repaired at Carlcare Opebi office going to about 6 times now, I think I deserve better than this.

Please I need you to respond.

Thank you.

Not healthy for govt to have same pol party having control all over the country. The needed balance/mix will go alongway to help.
Besides, if Wike were smart, by now he should endeared himself to the rivers people and shown he was a beeter choice.

Wish him goodluck. If he loses, then he definitely does not deserve being there.

Nairaland is a place with various characters, some dubious.

With the bank details of Ayolight not conspicously placed on the first page, and in the first post, it's easy for people willing to help to fall into the hands of impesonators.

Besides, the info can reach more people if Ayolight's signature also carries it.

Some people may not be patient enough to check through the various posts to find out where the account details were given.

Just my thoughts.

If anyone should complain about killings, it shouldn't be igbos.

It should be the middlebelt groups being continuously killed by Fulani menace.

It should be minority Northern Christians whose children were kidnapped at the dead of Night.

It should be Hausa villagers being killed by boko harams.

Igbos are just miscreant. Their leaders are in high political positions.

No matter the protest, Nnamdi Kanu,w ho advocated for violence against Nigeria and Nigerians should not be released (if he hasn't on bail).

His acts are treacherous and should not be overlooked.

During OBJ's interim, Shekau (who advocated for an Islamic Nigeria) was ignored, now look at where we are with boko haram.

IPOB youths or IPOB touts can continue to protest.
Are you Eko Ile? You seem to have his writing style, his kind of passionate hatred, and all that.

You can search for his posts if you are not.

I enjoy how you do, what you like to do, on a public forum like this.

When things like this happen, it is only normal to see Nigerians take it with a pinch of salt, until these things finally escalate like the typical Bokoharam or even worse they we all understand the potential dangers.

Whatever, the govt and the people should be ready to do the right thing.
The army may just have too many battles to fight on different fronts at same one time.

A worthwhile achievement of sort, but those brooms are too tiny/scanty for the typical APC we used to know.

They should go the whole mile to fetch the kind of big brooms we always known their party for, or arent their good brooms in A'bom anymore?

Just an observation.

Okay but so does every single Nigerian that supports anti gay laws but is still using any Apple product. And every Nigerian that supports this bill but goes to beg for our visas as early as 5AM at the embassy.

Time to push for marriage with animals and underaged children. It should be legalized, its all "freedom", sorry about free doom!

In all this "freedom", is great bondage.

FlirtyKaren:
This happened in London yesterday. Scores of Nigerian gay activists living in London stormed the Nigerian High Commission to pass on to President Buhari and government the over 65,000 signatures they were able to gather demanding that Nigeria repeals its 'archaic' anti-gay law.

According to them, Nigeria has one of the harshest anti-gay laws out of the 76 countries that currently criminalise LGBTI people. The Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Bill punishes same-sex “amorous relationships” with 10 years in prison. It also prohibits same-sex marriage with up to 14 years and jails members of LGBTI equality or advocacy groups for 10 years.

The author of the Care2 Petition, Aderonke Apata (lady pictured below), said:

“Since the insidious 2014 anti-LGBTI law was passed in Nigeria, there have been waves of police arrests and torture, anti-LGBTI mob attacks, public whippings, evictions from homes, harassment and discrimination against ‘suspected’ LGBTIs. Equality advocacy organisations and activists in Nigeria are not spared mistreatment.

“Growing up in Nigeria, I was unable to disclose my sexuality, yet unable to hide it. The culture in Nigeria makes it clear that being gay or transgender is a sin, a sentiment that is fuelled by homophobic messages from faith communities, political leaders, families, and schools. I took these messages in, identified with them, and carried the shame of being a lesbian woman in Nigeria. I was arrested, tortured and extorted by the Nigerian Police. I demand a repeal of this toxic law.”

Pictured above is Rev. Jide Macaulay, Nigeria's first openly gay preacher and the founder of House of Rainbow Fellowship, a secret gay church in Lagos at the rally. See more pics below:
