Lol bro. The first time I saw the trailer anytime I saw She-Hulk I always felt a weird feeling looking at it. I initially thought my eyes was messing with me cos I slept late. It looked off. I was comparing it mentally with Gamora and wondered why this one stood out.

Cos naturally I don't pay much attention to MCU CGI cos they generally have good VFX. But after repeatedly watching the trailer for 5 times I understood the problem. The VFX of She-Hulk in particular cos Bruce Banner's Hulk CGI was ok and looked consistent with the previous movies.

So, no I'm not parroting anyone's views.

On the contrary, CGI has been the complaints fans had with MCU films. The earlier MCU films though.
But there's still time to improve things.

The CGI isn't really bad cos Hulk's own was ok, it's just iffy. The main issue is the budget. Ppl make a mountain of a mole hill when it's CW related but tend to forget the target audience or the budget. That's why this is getting so much noise.

I don't even see anything really wrong with GL CGI. It was decent or even ahead of its time at that time it came out. The problem with that movie was the plot not the effects.

Cause you didn't see the complaints on the CGI then. You are complaining of this CGI cause subconsciously you have heard people complaining about it. The CGI is okay.

This is what happens when you stick to deadlines that must be met for project release. Hasty VFX.

While people where shouting Flash and Aquaman 2 delays was nothing CGI related. Now ppl are seeing the results and the truth. M-she-U getting their own Josstice League moment.

VFX artists are overworked and have large cache of projects spilling from 2020/21 into this year.
This is a project with $25mn per episode.

The CGI doesn't look bad as people make it out to be. Talk about bad CGI, watch the Flash CW. Besides it's not a 200 million dollars project or a block buster. Come to think of it, I don't see how they need to Computer generate the character that much like with hulk.

Currently. Cause he has been made popular. But the way the Dceu started GA isn't a big player, you can't shoehorn him and his wife while Green lantern and Martian manhunter and even Batman are strangers to the Dceu.
You introduce them in phase 2 and considering the earlier management messed things up, it's better to work with those already introduced first before moving to the next phase.
That's what Zaslav wants to do. Focus on the priority first. That's why in JL origin stories, they don't start with Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance forming the league.

Bruh, to me Green Arrow is almost at same level of importance as Cyborg. Cyborg has important roles mainly cos of his appearance with the Justice League and his Apokolips links. In terms of popularity Green Arrow would go toe to toe with Cyborg if not bigger. Not everything revolves around the JL. You may not be a member of the league and still be as popular.

Black Canary is an HBOMax project not theatrical release. It's planned to stimulate interest and popularity for Green Arrow before his theatrical debut (hopefully a solo). Plastic Man is shelved, no concrete devt on that project since announcement.
Static Shock brings a possible Booster Gold story and they're both fan favourites. SS also brings something fresh in the DCEU, a Black character and light-hearted, something to win the needed pg-13 audience. He's literally the Spiderman of DC.

Batgirl brings in one of Batsy's recurring rogue gallery — Firefly. It also has Keaton's Batman serving in a mentorship role.

Oga, when it comes to the general big event GA is not a major player. You don't rate his importance as you rate the traditional 7. GA is not even in the first 7 of the JL, and considering the 7 aren't even developed you can't jump in and start bringing in second tier characters. Forget the recency bias, GA is low level. Arrow and Smallville reinvented his popularity. GA wasn't as popular in 2008.
So ditching the big 7 to introduce his wife and him doesn't make sense.
Forget the comics you have been reading, when you talk about the big guns, you don't call Oliver Queen. Oliver Queen should be introduced gradually and likewise Dinah Lance.

Inclusion. In an industry dominated by males, studios are trying to put out more female centric movies. Besides, people loved Black Canary from BoP, so it makes sense to introduce Arrow from her movie and if he’s also loved, may be given his own movie.

Seeing as Zaslav is doing things differently, WBD should leave the politics after the Dceu stands. MCU didn't start the inclusion thing early in it's franchise did they? I am not against those films, just develop the important ones first. And right now, Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance don't further the current narrative.
Imagine MCU started with female avengers or female centric films or immediately after Iron man, bring in pepper as Rescue and ditching Tony Stark. Or after Captain America TFA then bring in Sam as Cap. There was a continuity.

Black Canary you think ain't worth it leads to a major character introduction — Green Arrow. GA is a major character in Justice League too.

A major Superman movie is in the works. Confirmed by Toby Emmerich last month.

All these projects are needed. As they greenlight new movies, they can go hand in hand in introducing other lesser known characters. No be must make we follow Marvel model abeg. Na wetin cause our steep fall from grace in the first place.
We don't have time for slowly introducing big characters one by one, we know how long these projects take. The present plan is going well and excitement is back in the DCEU.

People said we didn't need Shazam, but now it's the main reason we have Black Adam and the introduction of another BIG team— the JSA. Ppl said TSS wasn't needed and a flop but it spawned a massive success in Peacemaker and has several loveable characters both hardcore fans and general audience loves. I know how many peeps said no one asked for Peacemaker here, but they quiet now. That TV show's success has shown WB the potential of DC projects, even the obscure characters if done well. It's a formula for team up movies or shows.

What I hope is that they mix the big projects with the smaller ones and deeper connectivity just like this year and next year slate. With the promise of HBOMax we can do lots of projects now. Next year we're having a record at least 4 movies releasing next year, with a possible two from HBOMax.
That much number of content ensures there's space for both big and small movies. They should just have a balanced mix, that's all.

But as you said the main Justice League is also important (Supes, Batman, GL, Cyborg or maybe Martian Manhunter).

Green Arrow is not a major player in DC bro. And why not make his film straight than black canary? Black canary doesn't improve on the current slate compared to green lantern and Martian manhunter. Zatanna is understandable the rest should be shelved. Oliver Queen can be introduced in a Batman film or a suicide squad film, right now bringing black canary on big screen makes no sense.
Black Adam introduces the history of Shazam and the JSA. Every current slate brings something new, what does static shock, black canary, plastic man bring when main players like Cyborg don't have films?
Am not against their films but they should be the next generation of the DCEU, which is why I feel Batgirl is too soon except her film adds something to the story.

In his massive cancellation plans I hope he doesn't touch Zatanna, Static Shock and Black Canary. Those early projects greenlit before this year all mostly made sense. Except for PlasticMan or Hourman.

Personally I feel they should shelf those projects for now unless they add something to the overall narrative and continuity. Zatanna leads to JLD but black canary doesn't add any urgency to the plot for it to go into production ahead of JL big guns neither do static shock etc. You only make those when the Dceu is already standing. Then those characters can usher in a new Dceu just like marvel is doing. Process by process not just scatter everything to divide audience, rather grow an audience.
To me, after Flash, they should do a Superman and Batman films to develop their characters, make an else world film showing other universes then work towards a Crisis storyline, from there create a stable universe and start introducing minor characters in solo films.

So that means Constantine, JL Dark, Zatanna and prolly Green Lantern is still on.
