Nope. I disagree. You make it sound like we don't keep clean sheets without VVD.
Listen, VVD is good at defense but it's also a team effort. I have seen where Vvd makes a mistake and Robbo covers for him.
Vvd has an input but it's all on the team not just him. That's the notion I want to correct.

That one is quite different. We were actually good on the day and better than United. Besides when we have always beaten United at old Trafford, it usually goes by 3 goals, 4 goals. It's not like it's a one off.
Vvd letting 7 past him was because the boys lost focus against an opponent that wasn't a derby. It's like saying we concede 7 against Everton or United. We can't cause we will be very focused.

The argument was of all the CBs then,Matip was the best. He was actually better than the average guys.

This is the mistake you guys have. He isn't really the only one, cause if you follow it well, when VVD came, the error prone guys started taking a step back, guys like Moreno, we got Robertson playing more and Trent getting into the team.
Am not discrediting VVD but putting it on the team also.
After all, VVD was in the game we played where 7 goals went past him.

Openmine. Matip was actually really good and our best before VVD. The problem is he rarely frequently played, and had people who were too error prone alongside him. Don't forget the GKs we had, and oh,the Midfield. We also had Moreno in defense.
Gomez and Matip first partnered as CBs last season. They've never ever been paired prior to then.
For Matip to still remain even after Klavan, Lovren Sakho, you need to know he did something right. Don't forget the others aren't injury prone.
Even Van Dijk admits Matip is better than him in some areas. What Matip lacks is that calmness and commanding nature and game reading. But if it's to carry the ball, tackle and all, he is good. Real good, and better than the others we had.
The only debate is who between him and Gomez is better.
I would say, it has both sides to look at. In terms of defending, Gomez on his day is ruthless, you can't bully him, he bullies you. But when it comes to giving that attacking pass or breaking into Midfield, Matip has it.
Lovren is good but too error prone and too hasty. The guy too dey do gra gra. But I like him in terms nodding ball into the net and bullying attackers.

Lol bro. The first time I saw the trailer anytime I saw She-Hulk I always felt a weird feeling looking at it. I initially thought my eyes was messing with me cos I slept late. It looked off. I was comparing it mentally with Gamora and wondered why this one stood out.

Cos naturally I don't pay much attention to MCU CGI cos they generally have good VFX. But after repeatedly watching the trailer for 5 times I understood the problem. The VFX of She-Hulk in particular cos Bruce Banner's Hulk CGI was ok and looked consistent with the previous movies.

So, no I'm not parroting anyone's views.

On the contrary, CGI has been the complaints fans had with MCU films. The earlier MCU films though.
But there's still time to improve things.

The CGI isn't really bad cos Hulk's own was ok, it's just iffy. The main issue is the budget. Ppl make a mountain of a mole hill when it's CW related but tend to forget the target audience or the budget. That's why this is getting so much noise.

I don't even see anything really wrong with GL CGI. It was decent or even ahead of its time at that time it came out. The problem with that movie was the plot not the effects.

Cause you didn't see the complaints on the CGI then. You are complaining of this CGI cause subconsciously you have heard people complaining about it. The CGI is okay.

She Hulk has a $25mn budget per episode. When you calculate that for its whole 9 episodes then that VFX becomes laughable for a $225mn show.

The CW sef can't use more than $50mn per season talkless of that amount on an episode.

I see nothing bad with that CGI and that's not the final piece to begin with. My God, did you see the Hulk CGI in avengers and even the current films? You are just saying this because others are nitpicking on it. I see nothing bad here like it's being portrayed. Yes, it can be improved but not the worse thing since GL.

This is what happens when you stick to deadlines that must be met for project release. Hasty VFX.

While people where shouting Flash and Aquaman 2 delays was nothing CGI related. Now ppl are seeing the results and the truth. M-she-U getting their own Josstice League moment.

VFX artists are overworked and have large cache of projects spilling from 2020/21 into this year.
This is a project with $25mn per episode.

The CGI doesn't look bad as people make it out to be. Talk about bad CGI, watch the Flash CW. Besides it's not a 200 million dollars project or a block buster. Come to think of it, I don't see how they need to Computer generate the character that much like with hulk.
