Dear PayPal,

It is with heaviness of heart that i write you this letter to show my displeasure for excluding Nigeria on your "Countries" list.

I know as Company you have the rights to choose whom you transact buisness with but it feels bad going through thatp country list, seeing even corruption-endemic countries as well countries filled with spammers and money launderers on your countries list and yet Nigeria with hardworking citizens and lots of online info marketers are excluded from your list! It feels so DISCRIMINATORY i must say.

Whatever the reason is for exluding us, I thought Paypal has an effective in-built mechanism for monitoring activities of scam, money laundering and other vices, why are they then scared of any country?

Nigeria is a very accomodating country and does not discriminate others and i think other countries should and thier buisnesses should equally be accomodating to all.

Even though there are corrupt persons in this country(just like in every other country) There are equally hardworking and honest Nigerians making Nigeria and other countries proud too.

I pray PayPay to repent of thier discriminatory ways and be accomodating to all.

Hoping to see My country on that list next time i vist that site again.

E get one domain i "mistakenly" registered and after reading more about domain stuffs, i felt the name wasnt good so i had to put it up for bid at bido last night. Was suprised i woke up with an email telling me d domain has recieved enuff votes to go live for bidding! Though I don't know how the mobile app works, every domain you buy should be in your account immediately.

Actually it was there after i registered. But i checked my account balance this morning and discovered that it was only the domain i bought at Namecheap that was billed from my GTB account and didnt see any record of any transaction with Godaddy. Pls i want ask, has anyone bought domain name from godaddy with Gtb naira mastercard and it was succesful? or should i use my Payonner instead?

yeah i did register that domain. i got an E-reciept after registration and it was there inside my panel yesterday. I was just not not happy when i logged in today into my goddady app in my phone, i went to my domain section and it was empty. I searched the domain and it was available and inside my Cart!. Still confused

I use Android phone and not on bbm. Honestly i dont know much about fiverr. The money i make from it is courtesy of a friend(we share info together) who set it up and do the gig while i do the execution so i wouldnt want to disapoint you by giving you my number.. Hope you understand though

zogo: it depends on the situation. if u get a buyer within Nigeria, then u can reciev payment in cash or to ur bank acc. alternatively, if ur transaction cuts acros Nigeria, i'll advise u use paypal or u nd buyer agree on comfortable payment method/terms

I dont know only you seem to have this issue. Maybe there is something you are not doing right. If it happns again, just close the page entirely and start afresh again. This all that i can recommend. Im not there so i wouldnt know what is causing the problm

As for payoneer mastercard, how will you fund it regularly apart from initial allowed private funding? Also, payoneer will be rejected on a site that requires 3D security known as Mastercard securecode or Verified by Visa (VbV) as the company (Payoneer) told me yesterday that they do not offer that second layer/level of security.

Thanks for that clarification. I have used payonner on four different sites now and havent had any issues. I said that about GTB card cos it was cos of thier limitations as of last year that i had to opt for payoneer. I tried using it to shop at Amazon, but it was accepted initially but later rejected. But if it works now that is even better!

Secondly, you dont need a USA adress to recieve westernUnion. You can recieve western union anywia in the world as long as western union has patner banks in that country.

For those saying Amazon accept GTB card, i dont know about that but if they have started now then that is lovely. I use payoneer ANYWHERE online and it hasnt been rejected anywhere!

Payoneer mastercard is issued by a US bank so it should solve your problems. About how much they charge, when you apply for the card via ds link http://share.payoneer-affiliates.com/a/clk/107FPq click on "fees/pricing" to checkout thier charges. I bet you it better and cheaper than GTbank dollar mastercard!

Yeah they have personal shoppers who can help you do that but it goes with a little fee which can be charged from your mastercard
