I actually requested for one last in October/November 2019 and everything seemed to be on track. There were no flags. I have requested for another one some days back so we'll see how that goes.
Everything will be fine...very soon that approval mail will drop

Ok. Thank you for your response. I have actually not directly asked them about the status of my medicals when I write them. I think I should do this. Also, my profile updated to say that I don't need medicals some months back. I don't know what that information implies...
Have you requested for CBSA/GCMS notes? What’s the status of your application ?

The energy on this thread is very off. Please you people should calm down and relate with each other respectfully.
For that other degree people can do to claim points, I hope you don’t have intention of misleading ‘desperate’ hopefuls.
If you mean well, there’s no big deal in sharing but go on.

Again, whatever format of document you need is on the internet (gift deed, consent letter) and even page 1 of this thread. You can then ask questions if you are confused about a part of it.

Let’s all stay positive and keep the faith.

Please guys, I would really love to know what to do next and also what options I can use to japa.

My IELTS results came back yesterday and it was S/L/R/W 7.5/6.0/6.5/6.5 overall 6.5.
I am a 37 years old single lady with 10 years working experience.
I have an uncle in manitoba that is sponsoring me in the relocation. And he also can get me a job offer.

What are my chances please and for the test, do I write another ielts? Thanks
With 10years experience, you can explore the option of SINP.

plz, is it better to use IQAS as against WES when evaluating a law degree? Also what if the applicant also have a masters degree? Can only the masters be evaluated as highest Ed qualification?
Use IQAS if you are evaluating your law degree but if you have a masters degree then you can opt for WES

Hello good people, i just need your input on my POF. My POF is gift deed from my dad- he sent it 4months ago when i was preping to apply for Saskatchewan but fortunately I got ITA for FSW-EE .then part of the POF is from my spouse and the other part i am expecting from my sister. My sister's one is the challenging part for me.She lives in CA but the money she is giving me is in her Nigeria account. Now, I need a gift deed.Is the gift deed a notarized doc or an affidavit? Does she have to do the gift deed in CA or she can do it in Nigeria? I am concerned about tax implications and non disclosure issues for her.I dont know if the government would have an issue with the fact that she is keeping a foreign account. I have another sister who can give me a gift deed of same amount but the only reason I am inclining towards the CA sis is because I am already using her docs to claim sibling points so her credibility is already established. Kindly share your views.
Why would the govt have an issue with your sister is keeping a foreign account? Is IRS after her?
She can send the money to your dad and he transfers to you, that way you have just one gift deed quoting both transfers.
Also, any of your siblings can give you the money it must not be the one that you are claiming points from.

Please guys this is my sister’s profile

28years old
Lawyer
5 years working experience
Married with a kid of 2years+
Husband has been working for 9years
No ielts but she’s ready to write.

Please what are the odds! And can she start the process now?

Which is better pnp or express entry ?
Law evaluated with IQAS is a professional degree which gives same points as Masters.
5years experience is more than enough if it is NOC 0,A,B. Just ace IELTS and get started on evaluation.

If you are a single applicant and your total is 1410 then it is there or you have given biometrics before either for visit/study visa ?

You. You will see the truth. Plain truth! Then you will pick the opposite of truth, then romanticize that opposite of truth in a diplomatic manner with unnnecessary epistle after believing/researching from those that knows how to twist IRCC law and get away with it.

You will see an explicitly written rule on IRCC website, then it will take about 4pages of ‘no don’t it’ from people on this thread (like the case of you looking for means to change a cousin to siblings even though you later ‘came up’ with you unaware it’s unacceptable). Then the next move is you researching on another means to circumvent the law @bolded(your recent Indian study)

You are already researching on how to switch back from non-accompanying to accompany after using non-accompanying score to get nomination. Then you will come here in a diplomatic manner to address the issue and back it up by people who said they escape by doing the wrong thing.

Again I ask: is it this same evaluation of yours(attached below) which is still in progress that you used in getting OINP nomination by creating an EE profile with fake wes report?

I don’t have a good feeling about you. At all! You are not a straightforward person.

Hey guys. please I have a very important question.
My HR manager is giving me a reference letter but without my job duties. Can I get my line manager to put my duties on a plain paper and sign? So I'll upload both letters? Is this feasible?
Can you plead with your HR? Offer to buy lunch if need be or ask your line manager to speak to HR? The last time I checked , HR support functions and technically he/she should come through.

Reach out to your HR or Line Manager, tell them what you want and depending on the relationship , what you need will be handled.

Please I am back again o
I just checked my profile now and saw that the system calculated my work history to 3 years experience. 3 years is meant to complete in March, and this made my score jump to above 470, from the 440 I was calculating with the simulation using 2 years.
Please help me see this work history for me:
1. 05/2015 - 05/2016
2. 03/2019 - 11/2020
3. 11/2020 - Present

I don't know how the system is re-calculating it to 3 years, when I know it would clock 3 in March
Should I be worried?
I counted 2years and 10months maybe my maths is truly shite grin

Please who knows what I can do about this. I actually worked as a Teacher in a school for three years and i used that as my NOC. However, we were only paid cash as a form of remuneration. Please what else can I do to convince this people apart from reference letter. PLEASE HELP A BROTHER oooo.
IRCC asked for work reference letters and pay stubs if applicable.
You can either have your letter drafted as “his gross annual salary is 10,000,000 NGN including health and life insurance” (Include your scanned work ID ) and you simply submit your application.

Or

Your still follow the above format and include cash salary certificates as additional document.

Again, every application is a standalone case so it’s up to your VO and your faith.

Okay thanks, but is there anybody that have stated the amount they where paid which is the i9,800 and got rejection, pls I just want to be super sure that it won't cause rejection, anybody here stated the i9,800 and still got accepted..
PR application is treated on a case by case basis. Even if everyone on this platform will tell you they mentioned 19800 on their reference letter , you may or may not have the same outcome.
Honestly, if that’s the work experience you need to complete 3years you just have to try and take a leap of faith.
To answer your question, I know lots of people who used NYSC and also the 19800 on their letter and currently in Canada and we have also seen cases where the VO questioned it.
Just follow your heart.

Hello house, In my WES report my cima evaluation came out positive but my middle name was not included in the report.

I sent email to CIMA to include my middle name and reforward it to WES for the update. But I haven't seen any green light since CIMA asked me to fill and forward WES academic record request form in which I did immediately.

The problem is that I have limited time because I will create my EE profile this Saturday once my IELTS result is out.And I don't know how long it will take CIMA and WES to update my middle name in my ECA report. Initially it took me 8months to get my ECA from WES.

Please I don't know if I have done the right thing.

What else can I do?

Please if you have any suggestion(s) help me out.
Maybe one and same affidavit might work. It’s just your middle name missing

Stop saying the wrong things with confidence. Your age is locked post AOR, and adding a spouse post AOR only requires increased POF. Stop miseducating people.
But he/she clearly said “I’m not sure”. Besides, you technically just gave wrong information because POF isn’t the only thing that is required. You omitted PCC, medicals , application fees , etc.

good morning house, we we went for our medicals at qlife and we declared my husband has hepatitis B, plz i hope we dint make a mistake doing that. we were asked to run some tests wch will be sent to the the doctor but am worried. i hope hepatitis b is not an issue
Ideally it shouldn’t be an issue. They will most likely do further tests -antigen, liver function and Ofcourse HIV.

Basically, it’s a case by case basis but you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. The panel physician will send details to IRCC accordingly.

All the best!!
