integrity4life: Good day all,
Please I need advice on using a gift deed or not with my pending application. I'm about to submit my application to a province I got an ITA from. I had sufficient fund in my account since December last year but I got a lump sum of money like 3 different times within a week from my family member who just relocated to Canada in April this year. I feel it would be awkard getting a gift deed from someone who just got his PR not quite long . Can I just ignore the gift deed thing since I already had money in that same account since last year.
Secondly, my salary is small but to God be the glory, I don't have any problems with POF. Can an application be rejected for poor remuneration at one's place of work?
I need my seniors in the house to weigh in on this for me.
Thanks & God bless. Your monthly pay won’t affect your application but you need to address the lump sum that will show up in your account. You need the gift deed |

Peace505: Hello To cut the long story short, I am yet to get the hard copy of my police clearance certificate. ( it's more than 24hrs he claimed to have sent it) and still not able to get the so called driver he claimed he gave the parcel. I wonder if the driver is trekking from lagos to east. After spending 13k, I am still unable to get what I paid for. I guess we all have to be careful in doing business with him. I have all the financial transaction evidence as well as that of WhatsApp chat if in doubt. Sorry about that but while you battle this out or chose to ignore, your soft copy (if authentic) will be sufficient for your application. |

Samkeniyy: I need advise abeg.
WES is done IELTS result out : L8.5 R 9.0 S 8.0 W 7.0 Results came out few days ago. Did my simulation and current score is at 471( 2 or more degree, +3 years experience, age below 30)
Q1: With 7.5 in writing, could have max out the IELTS points. I'm considering remark. Is it really necessary or I should just stay put with current score.
Secondly, there's no money on ground for POf. Had just about 1m in my savings account. Would be able to save like 3m by Dec and probably source the rest via Gift feed. Is it advisable to enter Pool right now considering that I might get ITA but may not push because of the fund.
Need your guidance here? Your IELTS score looks really good and yes, if you can afford it please ask for a remark. I’ll suggest you don’t take a risk with your ITA because of POF. Enter the pool first and God will provide. Speak to your immediate family members and see what they can do for you |

Kingmat: On the Gcms notes it says Primary office : CPC-Ottawa, secondary office : Centralized intake office I’m trying to find the most recent Gcms notes , but the one I see says medical passed , criminality passed , security not started eligibility review required Fair enough, your VO is Ottawa. For your RR that means your application is waiting for a review by an officer and since you have provided your POF and with a letter saying it was an omission. Now you just have to wait and pray. |

Debbieeeeeee: Kingmat, you already said it you didn’t pay your RFPF so go and pay it. I don’t think you can pay if it isn’t requested and this usually happens when your eligibility is in progress. |

jhannete: Hello guys, my first time commenting here. Plenty thanks to all those that have shared their experiences for us to learn from....
I have a question oo....abeg, I'll be 30 in Sept (contract staff in a bank) and we hope to be in the pool by December. My husband is 33, an optometrist. Cos of age, I'm the best for the principal applicant....but being say I be contract staff, I want my husband to be the principal applicant.
Please any advise? I'd appreciate....una wehdone ooo.
And also any WhatsApp or telegram group for those just starting their process, I no mind to join ooo. You can be the PA if your NOC is 0,A or B - it doesn’t matter if you are a contract staff or not. You have age on your side and if you have a second degree that will go a long way. |

NNjes: So my VISA and COPR expired last month due to the travel restrictions.
We were asked to redo the Medicals before a new COPR/VISA can be issued.
And yes we’ve checked and they are all fully booked. I think you should visit the clinic and explain what is at stake. |

Hennyhorlah2: Hello everyone,
Please how do I know if my eligibility, criminality and security is passed from my GCMS notes after adding spouse.
All of this has been passed before adding my spouse, so I got a new note today after adding my wife and it still remained passed.
My question is, is the pass a true reflection of my application even after adding my wife?
Anybody here that can help This is it...if you don’t want the “passed” , please transfer to me. Another way to know if all is cleared is to check the date the notes were generated, confirm your spouse has been added to your application , check recent notes or activity. If info reflects change and update , then you are good to go |

Martinkev: Hello All.
Is 473 a good CRS score? There are several people with 470 and above in the pool already. Is it possible they take up to 20,000 people in 1 draw? I think you misinterpreted the pool distribution . It will take the second or third all programs draw to get to you depending on the date you submitted your profile. If you aren’t losing points anytime soon due to age, it’s an okay score |

Nickxander11: Pls, the names on my ECA starts with my surname, first name, then middle name(was how it was arranged on my transcript). But my passport and certificate starts with first name, middle name then surname. If I create an EE profile with that, will there be any problems? One and same affidavit - no issues. Create a profile with what is on your passport |

It's 54 days after AOR and my status is still submitted. I'm PNP-Outland.

IELTS is really making cool cash ooo. The names of candidates was pasted outside, 253 in total.
Just in 1 centre in a day, not a month, IELTS pockets about 20 million naira, waoh.
MOD centre. Not exactly. What about salaries? Cost of venue (e.g a hall in a hotel can charge up to 1M in major cities ) and facilities? Tax? Rent? Monthly utilities ? Logistics? |

Please, I have a question.
I was denied study visa in 2015. I intend to submit my application for Express Entry. In the section where they asked 'have you applied to Canada Immigration, Refugees and citizenships before' , should I choose YES or NO.
I just want to be sure.
Thanks YES |
