Hello guys, I have checked the search bar and couldn’t find a straight forward answer to my question.

When evaluating a law-degree with WES, what certificates should be sent in other to get “two or more” degree equivalence . I know IQAS gives a masters degree equivalence but from my findings, their processing timeline is too long and it’s just too much wahala to pay.
So I don’t mind using WES.
Please help. Asking for a friend.

If i were in your shoes, i would change my name officially since i am claiming married. Someone on this thread(pg 573 or so) got a procedural fairness issues cos IRCC wants prove that she is actually married inspite of her provideing relevant doc.Change your names, provide one and same person document so u can close your 2 eyes and sleep as u dont know the VO that will work on ur application.

Ermm that’s not why she got a PFL. People bear their maiden names around the world and it’s not an alien concept.

Guys I am back again and this time I'm crying.
We raised a webform and submitted documents to support the work experience issue that led us to REVIEW REQUIRED and to the glory of God all our parameters are now PASSED according to the information we were told. In fact my expired medical has been extended.

Then we received a procedural fairness. . It was a questionnaire to prove that our marriage is bonafide. We answered their questions individually as they requested and submitted all relevant pictures. It was majorly history of our relationship and the wedding proper.

It's just been 3 working days we submitted their requests and they came up with what is in the picture below.

Someone should please help me call on moderators to ensure I see your replies. We have just 7 days.

I am so sorry it seems like a lot but are you sure you won’t engage the services of an immigration lawyer? Might be expensive but I reckon they would very well know how to tackle this. Have you asked those in the post-ppr group?

u can even apply for a 5 year visit visa, all visas are subject to how well you can satisfy the ECO as regards your ties to Nigeria, why u must come back and why u need a longer durationed visa.
If they are not satisfied on nothin.. no visa..

Any idea if this will come out positive? I had a study visa in 2015 and that’s a long time.

Anyway, please if you are in the process of getting prepared to enter the pool, waiting for ITA or just PPR, hang in there. Canada’s economy is scheduled to open from July 17 (if I read that correctly).

Streamlining Express Entry probably would mean they want to make it more efficient because we all know right now it isn’t “express”. They have a target of 401k people and for now they are focusing on CEC but when the time is right , all programs draw will start.

By now we should know that doing permutations and computations for IRCC never works. Last year October on this thread , some people swore the scores would never get down to 470 more or less 469.

Get your scores up, be patient and it will happen.

You can combine but it should be 1year continuous for your primary NOC.

I don’t think it will be fair if we do this research for you.
First of all, what’s your IELTS score and your age?
That will determine if you should go for FSW or PNP.
Since we don’t know your job description or role,you should check the NOC database and see which aligns with your job description then we can chip in if it is suitable. To be eligible for FSW you need to have work experience in either NOC 0,A and B.
Do the basic research, read page 1 of this thread, use the search button to see if someone has asked the same question and in the same field as you thereafter ask specific questions.

That’s a LMIA conversation. You and your employer will know the requirements or your immigration lawyer/consultant.

You should consider taking another test. No one knows, not even IRCC can tell when the next draw will happen, just God.

1. BSC
2. MBA
3. Have done intermediate level, ACCA (F1 - F9), although I had few exemptions ( I think, F1 - F3).
4. NIM certification
5. ACIB certification ( Chartered Banker)

Please, what is relevant to ask WES to evaluate?

I did for my OINP (Ontario PNP) application and it came out positive. I am also using it for my electronic Application for Permanent Residence. I will be submitting my ITA application next week.

Many people have used it and they got their PR. So, not cause for alarm

Provincial is different from federal but for your sake and others too i hope it comes out positive without a snag.

In addition, for those who want to use RSA for their PoF, just search any parts of this thread (1-10) and see what others did and have an idea what to expect.

If your wife is the primary applicant, can the husband's 25% Pension fund balance be used as PoF?

They will be going together, and husband will also be providing remaining PoF as deed gifts.

Also, since they accept 25% Pension fund balance as PoF, can you use your End of Service (EOS/Gratuity) as PoF if you can get your employer to write a letter to this effect?

Some have used RSA and it worked , others not so much. I don’t know about EOS but IRCC is particular about the funds being available to you whenever. Pension takes 4months there’s already that, you might what you rethink the EOS part
