Please before making any payment or plans for express entry confirm on the website. Some of the documents they need keeps changing with different clause e.g upfront Medicals.
According to the website, you can’t book for your appointment until they tell you to do so.
Website first before concluding on any plans. |

Jacknn: I meant to say, my company dosent have email address,no online presence. But I have bank statements, payslips and I can confidently get a reference letter from them.
What else can I add to this so it can fly. Or what can be added to replace the email address??
Whose got idea on this?? You have asked this question in 4 different ways. Is it the supervisor’s email address that is the problem? If you check cic website it states the documents needed for work experience even page 1 of this thread. - reference letter but payslips, bank statements, tax documents can also be provided. |

I do not want him to be a hindrance for me in anyway, do I choose the option of spouse not relocating too or I choose separated But you aren’t separated. Unaccompanied is fine |

Your sincere and swift response will be highly appreciated.
Thanks. Covid-19 pandemic paired with travel restrictions is what is causing the delay. When it will take place? Only God knows |

Queenmaker: Hi. It's 6 months I'm using. Due to the exchange rate, the funds are a few dollars below the minimum amount from Jan last month. It's only this month that has the amount slightly above. If I get an average, it'll definitely be lower. Remember the dramatic increase occurred last month..... Say, I've had 4m since January and gradually added 100k every month till now, the average would be lower than the minimum pof for a single person even if the current amount is okay. Would this be a problem? As long as there hasn’t been an unexplainable lump sum payment made , you should be fine |

Saynoomore: Average of what exactly?
Please I don't understand this one again. I thought all one needs is to simply have the required POF in acct balance over a 6months period or a gift deed. Are you also required to take the average of the specific POF and spread over the 6months? I didn’t say that. The person that posted asked a question that usually comes up when using 6months account balance and I simply asked if he/she was using 6months balance or a gift deed which if it is the latter then it won’t matter. |

Queenmaker: Hello everyone. My current account balance meets the minimum fund requirement. However, the average will definitely be a bit lower. Would this be a problem? Are you using 6months average or gift deed? |

Remove from here, put here. Simple! U people like to give urselves wahala o I have been thinking about this but the problem I have with this plan is can you do a direct transfer from NGN to USD via your bank without withdrawing the cash and buying at parallel rate? Anyway, perhaps one can explore dollar based mutual funds with the bank where POF is - maybe I should try this option. |

Debbieeeeeee: Missma01 Nigerians and emotional blackmail are like 5&6. They think pity and Abeg can solve everything as always. You want to relocate and don’t have money gather your money and then relocate thereafter It’s very simple. Another typical Nigerian problem is to read & research it’s a problem! always looking for third hand information, rephrasing one question ten times. V.o’s read nairaland very well, I remember when one vo used to respond on the USA visit visa thread & birthing thread I guess they got moved from naija post to another country or entirely got tired of answering people. Thank you. I just wish the could start processing ASAP and we can all move on |

titusincanada: This Response is Insensitive. What if i have done everything neccesary to be in the pool and gotten ITA when i have no POF yet? Remember all hands are not equal. so the Bolded is actually insensitive. Also not everyone has business to fund Travelling or relocation. I see this as a Shallow thinking You clearly missed the point I was gunning for and I totally get it. Someone comes on a public forum and insinuates that people are going to be borrowing money for their POF and you don’t see a problem there. You want me to spell it out as a child yeah? I’ll do that. There has been talk on this same platform that VOs read this thread, is it true or not? I don’t know. But picture how that’s going to look when the common understanding is that Nigerians are borrowing. There’s already existing panic in groups with people sending webforms upon webforms trying to move funds to a different currency. You know why Indians and others succeed at emigrating, because they don’t talk about whatever arrangements they have on open forums but Ofcourse we are Nigerians - by all means please continue. Some days ago, another person posted about IELTS, today now we are borrowing. I’ll take back my words, I said too much and I apologize . To each his own!!! |

Scholarpoh: Good afternoon house, please I need some clarification.
I've done my ielts and my ECA. My score is L8, R8.5, W7, S7. I'm still single but likely get married before the end of the year.
Can I fill my express entry form as being single and later update it if I get married?
What's the possibility of updating if I've been picked for application?
Please it's urgent We can’t draw straws to tell you the possibility. All you need is to use the CRS calculator based on your score and wait to receive an ITA either single or married. We don’t know your highest degree neither that of your intended spouse nor his/her age. Again, the CRS calculator has the answer you seek |

Solidcitizen: This journey is about to get difficult for most Nigerians. POF requirements and fees for credential evaluations have almost doubled in Naira terms over the last few years. No wonder the pool still has only 22,000 people within 460 to 500, even though they haven't done any draws this year. Its likely a significant proportion of the pool are even non-Nigerians. POF for a family of 1 is now N4.4million because of the shitty exchange rate!!! How are people supposed to save that in this Buhari's economy. Most people will end up borrowing the POF and immediately regret it when the land in Canada and don't get employed immediately. I know we like to be vocal and expressive but no one borrows POF for this journey because IRCC disapproves it. Leave it at that. It might take a long tedious year but those interested in relocating save or have businesses to fund it. Relocation shouldn’t be anyone’s cup of tea if they can’t afford it - simple. |

mdbktony: Hello Everyone.
I just received LAA from Manitoba in May 2021 and i would appreciate to be guided in the process to submit the full Mnpnp.
Also i have a specific question that i need to be advised immediately on how to handle. During my EOI application ,I erroneously indicated that I want to settle in Altona instead of Brandon where i have a relative.I only observed this after submitting the EOI.
Now at the point of completing the full application ,can i change my destination to Brandon? where i have a relative ?
Are there implications? that may affect my Mnpnp?
Someone also suggested to me to re-create another EOI ,using a diffirent email address while this LAA is on and that most likely,i will receive another LAA with the next draw since my score is quite high.
Will be glad to hear from you experienced applicants. God bless |

This review is R10 basically the part that checks if you submitted complete documents. Do you have a follow up note from a case processing agent? |

swizzle: Yes I once had a visa refusal by the US which I made known to them.
Please find the screenshot of the case analyst recommendation below (from the 21st of October 2019).
After this recommendation by the case analyst shown below, the officer review stated that the file was reviewed and eligibility and criminality has been passed pending IMM5406 which was the additional request for information. They requested for this which I did immediately and reverted. Its receipt was acknowledged and assigned to an officer (06/11/2019).
Since then there has been grave silence apart from the time I contacted them (13/01/2020) and my profile was updated to say "Status inquiry received from PA via CSC. Confirmed that file is currently awaiting officer review". I have contacted them several times since then but this wasn't captured in the GCMS notes. I guess you just have to keep bugging them with webform, emails and don’t forget to pray (depending on your faith). Sorry about the delay, let’s see how the rest of the year pans out for outlanders. |

3months after your AOR, it is important to request for GCMS notes to see what’s going on with your application. Webform are generally vague with the exception of when they actually respond to your enquiry with details. As we have started this journey, the outcome will be positive for all. |

swizzle: Thank you very much. The review required comment was under 'notes', shortly after my submission (may 2019). Then I was requested to provide additional information (IMM5406) which I did and receipt was acknowledged and it was assigned to an officer. The most recent note (after I made contact to enquire about the delay) says 'confirmed that file is currently awaiting officer review'. I'm assuming that nothing has been done on the file since November 2019 when it was assigned to an officer.
Thank you for the link provided. Hi, the screenshot you have posted is the review done by a Program Assistant during R10 and I guess you have a visa refusal hence the stat questions. After the program assistant’s note there should be another one by a Case Processing Agent who then recommends either a pass or review required before Officer’s review. In your current notes (last one received) which do you have and what’s the comment? |

swizzle: I applied for PR since April 2019 (25 months ago). I have done biometric capture and was requested to provide addiotional information on my family in October 2019. Since then I have not made any progress and using webform does not give me any information since it seems they just copy and past their replies to me. GCMS notes do not give any information either and when I call, they blame the delay on COVID-19. My application is being processed in Ottawa.
Does anyone have any clue what could have gone wrong or have had similar experience?
Please help. Everyone is waiting. However, when you requested for GCMS notes did you confirm the following ? - Eligibility passed an officer? - Criminality - Security If these three have been conclusively passed with no issues then it is a waiting game. |
