elettrodad:
But to be honest: Can you give me a reason why an educated black woman with University Degree or similar should choose Italy instead of her Country, France or England?
For various reasons. Reasons not so different from those that would make a person go to another country.

elettrodad:
@Missy B
In Italy she will not get the job she is leveled for because:
1. She is a woman.
2. She is a foreigner woman.
3. She is a black foreigner woman.
Sad to be said but true. Thank you Italy.
Speak only of the things you know. You just happen to roll with the kinda women you listed.
While it's true that most of them do not have 'reputable' jobs owing to the fact that most of them aren't qualified to, it just doesn't make sense to generalize.
For privacy reasons, I'll save the ''my mother works here, my mother's mother works there, my mother's mother's mother's mother works here'' information.
There are women, too many that I know of, with reputable jobs. Like I said, You'll get a job according to your level.
If she has a U.D. . . . Get to Italy, learn the language which is paramount, have your documents translated, it's advisable to do a short term course of diploma, and then apply for jobs.
You should get a 'clean' job afterwards.
The process will take time . . . The question is, can she afford it?

elettrodad:
@Mrs. Chima - Do I Professed to be the only white loving a black woman?
My english should be really bad then.
The picture in your profile is you? If not, it explain your attitude toward "White men professing on Nairaland" very well.
Kisses.
On the contrary, your English is great and quite impressive. Of course, that's if you're truly Italian.  grin

elettrodad:
I am Italian and in Italy you must speak italian to survive, since only few speaks english or french.
She is french speaker and of course she can learn italian but she will never get a proper job just learning italian.
I write here because Nairaland is a great forum where I can find smart and funny people, and because there is not the same forum in the country she leave. I am not mentioning the Country she live since I am sure that this will affect the answers because of some behaviours they have in that place.
By the way: how do I come to you like?
Gbahahahahahahah! You so sound Nigerian . . .So, mechionu!  grin
French speaker from benin ko . . . Portuguese speaker from Itsekiri ni. Albino Italian. grin grin

What do you mean she cannot get a job? There are jobs and she would get a job according to her level.

If they go back to Nigeria ever. . . they would know how to sleep around/hustle for 'contracts' too to keep alive. . . or join cults kpa kpa without being killed themselves.! kiss
Anything it takes to survive in that 'jungle hole' called Nigeria.
Not for academic merit(absolutely none). . . but for the most effective 'global' socialization skills.
No child sent to a Nigerian boarding school(well supervised of course) becomes easily manipulated by any around him or her.
They wise up fast too and become super independent adults. cool

No education is wasted. Amen.

Yup. . . my grandma raised me when my dad had to go abroad for a while. I learned a lot from her.
Grand parents are great sources of discipline and wisdom. cool
Loved/appreciated my parents even more.
Thank God for grand parents. We are blessed to have them. cool

Hopefully, they will not turn out to be the likes of "Tobechi" the Abia state 419 king pin wanted all over the world. Amen. cheesy

To think I had a crush on her when i was younger!
Likewise eh! I used to admire her a lot and think she puts the ''C'' in classy and 'S' in sexy.
It's either she lost the 'Wow' factor as she grew older or my opinion on what it means to be classy and sexy just changed as I grew older.  grin

Would love to hear her speak . . . I used to like her voice too.

Those that said Gene looks like a grandma must be having a laugh. If you knew even little about make-up, you'd also know that it's capable of producing different effects - make one appear more mature than one's age, younger than one's age, ugly, fine.
The hairstyle and the make-up made her appear slightly antiquated but it's acceptable because she looks gooooood, nonetheless. Even the model that paraded the dress at the Elite Model Look Nigeria Finale doesn't look anything less than antiquated herself. [Gene even rocked it berra]. So it's safe to say the dress and make-up produced the 'old' effect.  tongue

FoodRe: Drinking/sippin Garri. Is It Gud Or Bad? by MissyB3(mod): 2:59pm On Mar 01, 2011
Like everything else, too much intake of garri could have side effects.
Garri is made from cassava . . . Cassava is rich in carbohydrate and too much of carb. has side effects.

In this regard, if garri is made from cassava and cassava is a major source of carbohydrates and too much intake of carbohydrates makes you fat, why do people [in Nigeria, for example] that take garri often due to inability to afford better food get thiner instead of fatter? embarassed huh #Justthinking
