If you must eat pepersoup, please get the spice at the market without uda seeds inside. Uda seeds is not good for pregnant woman, it can cause miscarriage. Me i love pepersoup so much i had to get the spice myself without uda seeds and blend.

I don't know about bitterleaf. I hate anysoup cook with bitterleaf, never been a fan of it and i dont use it to cook.

Sorry mama,I wish I can port to MAY ,the heaviness no be here o,at times I will just feel like crying when baby start kicking, but I still love the kicking sha,it gives me joy ,the way I check calendar everyday my mum will just be laughing at me.

Nne na when my lo begin pop up and down for belle i know say hunger don set na for me to eat again else na so e go disturb until i eat. After eating like 1hr come see movements... To walk na problem, stand too long my waist go dey pain me!!! Chai God is great ooooo na baby wey i see wey small they do backlift for my tommy do grow finish!!!! Father i thank you for this wonderful journey, its not by our power or might but by your Grace!!!!!

And finally the princess arrived on 20th of May, EDD is 24th of May. She weighed 3.3kg, labour was without complications but wasn't easy.

Breastmilk not coming but we are trying to make it come. The stitches still painful but all in all, I thank God for a successful delivery.

1) which EDD should I follow, my own calculation with my LMP or the first scan I did @9weeks?
2) what week is best to go for my maternity leave?
3) Am 33weeks today, for the past 5-6 days, my prince as been kicking down below my lower abdomen/pelvic region, hope its normal?
4) Been having severe chest pain, on and off. What could me the reason?

You should use your LMP or the firat scan. The difference is not much.

If you are strong you can start your leave after 37weeks so that you may give birth 2 weeks after that. I started mine at 37 weeks few days cos my colleagues planned coup and chased me home and i thank God for it cos me sef stubborn.
But this one wey lo done dey head butt you for there, beg Lo to relax you hear cos it is for his own good. My leave is 19weeks(16weeks maternity and 3 weeks annual leave) so i done start my own today.

Sorry for the chest pain. I hope its not underwire bra chest pain cos that thing is not funny. It dealt with me till i change my bra to maternity bra by force. And the pain is gone now. If it is not. Please see your doctor abeg.

@op if your family put finaces together at the end of every month and decides what is been spent in a month, then you have to let your wife know and vise versa.

But if you are a traditional Nigerian man that believes in providing for his family irrespective of what the wife earns, by all means you owe her no explanation as long as you carter for your family.
