Some parents of this generation have myopic thinking. In the early 80s or 90s once a guy impregnates a girl. No cause for alarm just come marry the girl and take her to your house. She will live with the choice she made. They have done their own part.

Amaka's parents must not go unpunished. They should be persecuted for the death of the poor girl. This is really useless. What's wrong is dating and marrying a yoruba man. Well, money is. Important but its not the most important criteria for me when I got married to my husband. How much was he earning, 60k and mine was 80k but within a year he changed his job and was earning 250k then I changed my job was my salsry increased to 120k. He had nothing then. Just a bed, TV that's all and was staying with his brother.

I have a principle, I don't depend on a man's money. I have my own money and can do whatever I want with it. I married cos I love him and he's different. I am so happy with my choice cos if I had missed him, whala for dey ooooo. He doesn't joke with me at all and I him too.

Please ladies money is not everything. If you know your man has potential please stay with him. The constant thing in life is CHANGE. He will not remain same forever ooooo. Shine your eyes ooooo. Money can never buy happiness!!!!

I boil the egg first and remove the egg yolk. I add little water to dissolve it, then I add her milk and then the pap.

Only milk made my baby poo hard with all the water we drank and pureed fruits still hard. Can't wait to start giving her orange very little

You must not start with cereals. And even if you want to start with cereals, then buy one at a time. E.g, buy cereals and wait for her to finish it, and if she seemed to like it you can buy it again, and if she didn't, you can try a different one. Don't start off with three different brands at once unless you like to eat baby food

You can also just ignore cereals and start with purees and semisolids, blended bananas, Irish potato purees, boiled and blended apple. There's an nl thread for baby food, search 'baby foods thread nairaland' on Google and click on the first result.

I started with gerber rice cereal. She love it. And I introduced oat cereal we are still eating it. I made Guinea corn and millet pap. That's what she takes mostly. Since she was 4months her milk consumption reduced. I had to give her pap with milk. She lives the mixed fruit puree, banana puree. I just introduced the egg custard pudding. I bought a pack of 6. If she no like am eh I either. Give it out or keep it and try again

We'll possibly start one food for a 4days or a week then I will see how she respond to them... Though she seems to be eager already... Always looking at me or anyone while eating lol

Whenever she looks at me while eating I give her to taste. If it's rice I will mash it and give her to taste so that when I start feeding her the taste will not be new.

A'm good ooo. We will be 6months Dec 1. I started giving her rice and oat gerber cereal at 4months but stopped and continued with pap. She will take oat cereal at 6months continuously. I give her fruit puree and I introduce small egg yolk yesterday to her. At 6momths I will mix the egg yolk with her pap. I also her pudding. Egg custard pudding, cream porridge (she no like this one) blend rice and banana and add milk and give her. Blend egg yolk and Avacado and give her.

The aptamil that has more blue design is what I give my baby and she didn't vomit. But the other one with white design mothers complained that it made their babies to be ill. Like vomiting and stooping. Maybe your baby is lactose intolerance. Mother give their babies LACTOGEN. they say it's good.

Allow your body to heal ooooo. For me I wait for three months to avoid stories that touch. Make. The stitch no open. Please heal ooooo. I didn't count the days but I took more than a month and I saw my period 4 months later
