Did that in 2017. A girl worked her way into my heart, had me fall helplessly in love with her,not knowing she was already planning marriage with another guy. This is a girl I never offended to the best of my knowledge.

When I finally got winds of what she was up to, I was completely devastated. I cried, knelt and begged for offences I never committed, but she had it all planned out to punish me for no just cause.

I finally let go, but I placed a curse on her and that curse is taking effect right now in her marriage. Yes, I cursed her because I didn't wrong her in any way and what she did was deliberate. Despite all the love I and my family showed to her and her family, she treated me like though I was her sworn enemy.

With that experience, my heart is now hardened and I'm very sure I'll never stoop that low to any lady ever again in my life.

I want to thank you all for your advice and recommendations . It won't be a a gathering of Nigerians without the use of colourful languages but all in all it has been helpful . I will be moving to Abuja this weekend to prepare things against next month when i will be starting work . the apartment i got is in Kubwa . I have a vehicle. No place in Nigeria is safe, I'm believing in God for protection .

The summary i got from this thread is :
Get a job or have a business b4 moving to Abuja (done)
Have a vehicle for transportation (done skrt skrt)
Buy food from the local market instead of eating out (noted)
Live within your means (noted)
Abuja residents are not social. (this is a trend in most cities i've lived. tokyo, london, kl. so im not shocked)
buy land and build instead of renting (with which money?)
it cost nothing to live in Aso Rock (Ok)

It was one manufacturing company in Lagos o, I got employed with good salary in the company to head the internal control unit in August 2016, I got my full salary in first two months until the third month and they tell me the company want to reduce cost and my salary will be cut by 30% I thought it was a joke until the salary was paid and tru Tru 30% was out of it, I find it difficult to go back to my former company then I decided to continuing manage the salary like that. When it was December that year, the Chairman and MD called a meeting and in the meeting they concluded that all Management staffs except the Accountant will be working inside the factory as supervisors for 4months because company wants to reduce number of staff, so the junior staff in the factory would be sacked and the factory supervisors will be demoted to factory boys while we management staff will become supervisors... the Chairman now said if any of us don't like the decision, we should not come to office again until they reverse the decision. I didn't say anything in the meeting then I picked my car key and drive home straight, I didn't show up again throughout that month, when month ended I didn't see Salary,I called HR and The Accountant,they said Chairman didn't approve my Salary because I didn't come to work, I said no problem..you people are just helping me to save my money, following Month I didn't go, I demanded for my salary again, the same was said.
Then I wrote my resignation letter and i take it to the company, meanwhile my agreement with the company was that I must give a month notice whenever I want to Resign so in my letter I gave them another one month notice. The I enveloped it with acknowledgement copy. I gave it to the HR, she signed the acknowledgment copy and I left.

In the evening the HR called me to come to the office the following day, when I got there, she brought out Termination letter for me and asks me to sign the acknowledgment, I was just laughing , so you received my resignation letter yesterday and brought sack letter today? Ok, Meanwhile it was part of the agreement that whenever I got sacked by the company, one month salary must be paid to me. Company owes me two months salary bfre then plus additional one month salary, making 3months. So I tell her is either you people pay me my last two months salary and allow me to spend another one month notice with you and still pay me or you pay me 3months salary and I accept the sack letter. You people should accept one. Then the HR called attention of the Chairman to this the chairman invited me to his office and I let him realize that there was agreement and nowhere in my appointment letter shows that my salary will be deducted,my dept will be changed so our agreements were well stated. When the man see say my own madness pass his own he has to invite company consultants to talk to me ,they have to just beg me to collect two months salary with the condition that they will accept my resignation letter.

Let's be realistic, don't put your mind in that lady. But don't end the relationship. Just start looking for another girl. As far as another guy is in the picture, the favour is not on your side. This won't favour you cuz she will leave you for that guy she was with before she met you as long as the guy has been asking her for a return.

If I were you, I won't talk about the guy with her or question her about the said guy. I will stay in the relationship and start looking for another lady along the line. You shouldn't be the one to break up the affair. Allow her to do that her self. If she does, then she truly wanted to go back but if she still stay, then you got her.

As it stands now, do not make the mistake of investing in her as long as another guy is still in the picture. So that if she end up going back to the other guy, you have nothing much to lose. But I am very sure she will go back to that guy. 100% sure.
