Open drainage really does makes dumping of refuse in them easy. If the drainages were closed who would have the time to start removing drainage covers just to dump refuse.

This is scamming on an industrial level

One of my regrets is supporting Buhari, Jonathan's looting and savage sharing of our common wealth made me dislike him and his cronies but when you look at Buhari and his unforgiven attitude; I am left to wonder what options would I have been left with in 2015.

i hope before Online Dunce and Piglets start blaming Buhari they should read the part that states FG only retains only 15% of VAT while State retains 85%...

Now common sense would clearly show that States cant pay salaries with the new minimum wage structures and without the VAT many state civil servants would no get paid or loose salaries .... This one of Buhari's gift to the States and its workers

Useless waste of space called unpatriotic Nigerians want to enjoy basic amenities like Ghanians, SouthAfricans, US, UK, they want free roads, free health care, everyone want government job, or blue collar office jobs but when you ask them to pay tax or contributing towards national development they wail like imbecilees,

and even if you take this freebies loving fools that wail in their own country to ghana , shoutafrica and countries with infrastructures, they still only want to leave off government benefits or constituite nuisance to the countries looking for free money

This is not a matter of how much other countries pay as against what we pay. Accountability is a major concern. The little you claim Nigerians pay compared to other countries, are they accounted for well enough? Someone that is not diligent in handling the little entrusted unto him, do further entrust more unto him?

You want to cover the deficit gap in government finance... the yeye people in government have refused to cut their own spending, yet want the citizen to pay more to fund the yeye government. No logic in that at all

So there's a so called transport institute, so why the clamour for a university of transportation again

Hmmmm, I don't have much to say but... when our ooni ascended the throne then, there was news of various agreement signed with various companies to advance agricultural concerns in the town. Years have gone by, to the best of my knowledge no fruits have been borne from the supposed agreements signed. But I see a resort home that was rushed, hurriedly completed. That though might have brought minimal development to Ile Ife, I feel or rather know that if an agricultural venture, processing facilities of sorts had been pursued, it would no doubt have brought about better development.
