Men choosing not to get married is due to the fact that modern day marriage is of no benefit,the number of happily married men today is extremely low compared to their counterparts decades ago.

1. Not actually feminism on it's own. Modern feminism was an instrument for sexual revolution to happen, which I believe led to a lot of sexual debauchery the modern world experiences. Women are the custodians of sex and men are the buyers of sex. So don't only blame women or feminism alone for the rise of sexual promiscuity. Is it not men that solicit prostitutes, go to strip clubs, watch porn, subscribe to Onlyfans, become sugar daddies? Aren't magazines like Playboy and Penthouse not targeted at men? So as there a lots of women who are willing to prostitute themselves there are much more men willing to pay for it.

2. The male and female nature both have their positive and negative sides but society today have only examined the positives and negatives of the masculine nature, but have neglected the negative sides of the female or tend not to talk about it. I feel the reason is because women are seen as the only "victims" according modern day feminism. And to garner public sympathy and support to the victim, only their positive side is shown while their negative tendencies are pushed to the corner. This strategy is also practiced by radical anti-racism movements like BLM whereby the blacks are seen as innocent victims to the white oppressors while crimes committed by blacks against black people and other races are ignored.
This is not enough excuse for men to start forming a victim mentality.

3. A man choosing not to get married should be influenced by his own belief and not a biased red pilled narrative. Life is suffering, the single man and the married man both have different forms of suffering. Choose your own suffering. Marriage is not guaranteed to give you happiness, so you must carry your cross on whatever path you take. As there are unhappy men in marriage, there are equally unhappy women in marriage. Just be very careful when choosing a spouse.

What I would say could be cringeworthy to many, but let me talk:
I've come to believe that marriages are important in the society. In fact marriages could even be the oldest form of human association ever known. Almost every human civilization, country, religion, and culture despite their differences and levels of development recognise the institution of the union between a man and a woman/women. They say families are the foundations of society but marriages are the root. Couples produce offsprings who become members of the society.
Marriage has brought about advancement in human civilization because without it our ancestors would have been risking the possibilities of incest. Imagine two siblings, a brother and a sister in a society where there is no marriage. They possibly don't know their father as it's mostly the mother who will bear the burden of child raising. The siblings become of age and their sexual capabilities begin to reveal, the male who may not be motivated to go outside and find a mate could use his sister to satisfy his sexual urge. Without a marriage which eventually bring forth children, it would be difficult for the older generation to pass on useful knowledge and skills to coming generation. If a man could easily satisfy his sexual need on any female he finds it becomes hard for him to build because he has nothing to loose and no children to father. Civilization would remain stagnant that way.
Even society itself is a form of union between two opposite forces: the government and the people.
So if we as men begin to condemn marriage as a trap, we might laying foundations for a society built on sexual promiscuity and eventually chaos.

Same thing with men. Most of us see women as sex objects.
We only take women seriously for their sexual appeal and ignore other feminine virtues like kindness and being a good homemaker. We've turned sex and beauty into a god. Many men loose sanity when they see a beautiful woman. Women have taken advantage of this by billing men for sexual favours like hos.
If you cannot control your sexual urge women would always have the upper hand against you.

I have noticed that it is rare for an ordinary black man in Africa and outside Africa to date or talk less of marrying a white woman or a non black woman. Black men have the lowest sexual market value when it comes to race.
We may create fantasies of hitting up with beautiful blonde and blue eyed Russian women or raven haired Arab women or petite and cute Korean women but truth be told, it's difficult hard for a black man to find love, date and marry outside his race unless he's rich. And some black men marry white women as a sign of status.
There is a stereotype out there that we all have giant equipments, that's the only thing the white women find interesting about outside our money. Black men are highly sexualized and objectified outside. Same goes for black women too.

To answer the question...
I've reached a point in my life where I'm throwing away my "marry a white woman fantasy" . I'd rather rather go for a black/African woman first whether I'm rich or poor. I'm not racist and I support interracial marriages but I love self respect too.

Doctors migrating from this country in large numbers is not a new thing. This this trend people suddenly call "japa" predates Buhari's government. Even if every doctor is paid six figures each with handsome work benefits and better working conditions many of them will still leave regardless. Many Nigerian professionals would choose a life of uncertainty in the West over a comfortable upper middle-class life in Nigeria.

The irony is that the Nigerians criticising the show would still be the ones to watch it from beginning to end. Make una no dey fool una selves.

Things they don't tell you at orientation camp (and you should probably know)
1. You're cheap labour. Yes.
2. Learn to negotiate with your PPA. If you don't like certain work conditions speak out.
3. Nigeria no longer respects corpers. Don't rely on preferential treatment for being a government child.
4. If you're lazy or love to flex, private owned PPAs are not for you. Rather go for public sector PPAs, especially ministries.
5. Not all public institutions are for lazy people though. Some like NAFDAC, Bank of Industry, FIRS etc work corpers like horses. But most ministries are good places for corpers who dont like stress. Their staffs are lazy and underpaid, if worse, owed salary. So don't expect to be paid.
6. Be very careful with private schools, in most states they're notorious for overworking corpers. Most of the private schools that hire corpers are schools that are growing or lack staff. They can give you four subjects to teach six classes. If you're faced with such, please negotiate. Majority of these tiny private schools are desperate for corpers so use it to your advantage.
7. If you don't like to teach, DON'T teach.
8. In some scenarios, the higher the pay, the harder the work. You can't be receiving 30k from your PPA and expect to be sleeping at work all day.
9. Environment matters. The environment we live in affects our psyche one way or another. If you're are a person with a big mind and high ambition, or loves tech, a rural area might not be ideal for you.
10. Don't expect to find love during NYSC.
11. Carry your head up high. Do not reduce your value or degrade yourself. Uphold yourself with dignity. You're a graduate. Act like one outside.
12. Don't sleep with the female students or local girls. E get why.
13. Attend CDS despite how boring it is. When voting a CDS president, don't select the overzealous candidate.
14. Just because your friends are ditching their PPAs and travelling up and down doesn't mean you should do the same. Everyone's grace is different
15. If possible, learn a skill, build connections, improve your knowledge. Search for opportunities if you can. And if because of the nature of your job you couldn't do all these, don't get hard on yourself. It is not easy to be a Corper.
16. Save money no matter how hard things are. Even if it is 1k from your monthly allowee, It is something. Don't live like a sultan on 33k. Be very prudent.
17. No matter how sh1tty your job might be at the end still put in some level diligence. And be respectful.
18. The best PPAs are not the ones that pay handsomely. The best PPAs are the ones that give meaning and purpose to your one year of service. Because you're still young and you have a lot to learn from this life. Get something you love to do and work on it. It would keep you sane in darkest hours.

Be very CAREFUL with private schools. If possible, avoid them.
