Check YouTube for fun labor dance videos. They helped bring on labor for me. Don't overdo it though. Dance and take a break after a few minutes.

My edd is sunday, 3 days to go.
I went for antenatal today. Doctor says we will plan for induction if baby doesnt come by my next antenatal.

For the omugwo thing, my sisters say my mumsie doesn't do omugwo for night ooo. You will do ur own vigilante at night. My sis had to wake her up one day when the baby cry was too much.

The anxiety in the waiting period no be here. I am tempted to do another independent scan tommorow to know if edd is still same.

Awwww. Just hang in there. Baby will be here soon. Don't get tempted to dance in the toilet at the middle of the night like me though

Story of my life. Thank God my baby girl is a foodie, otherwise the engorgement pain would have been triple. I let her suck as many times as she wants, so my breast can reduce a bit. The funniest part is the way the milk sprays all over her face and neck whenever she takes her mouth off the nipple. Lol

If you have not gotten your voters card please go and get it. I got mine this morning. The officials just gave me preference as a pregnant woman . You jump queues when you are waddling be it in the banking hall, ATM , etc

Only in Lagos and some other places. Since I came to Warri, I've never been allowed to jump queue anywhere. Sometimes I can stand in a bank queue till my waist is sore. Nobody even sends me and my heavy tummy.

The only time I was given preferential treatment was when someone tried to get ahead of me and I was pissed that even a pregnant woman who is due is staying on the queue, so he should get in line. The bank official heard and asked me to come over to make my transaction. I can't wait to get back to Lagos biko

Vigilante has taken over my life completely. My baby does sleep until its 2 or 3am. I taya honestly. My mum sef who is ought to be doing Omugwo has started sleeping off at night, leaving me to fight my battles. Lol

Google labour dance videos. There was a particular one I watched and practiced. Very funny labor dance. I lost my mucous plug shortly after.
If you can chew just the core of the pineapple. It'll also help a great deal. Since you are not in the mood for sex, let hubby do nipple stimulation for you.
But pls don't be tempted to use castor oil. It isn't really advisable and a lot of reviews on it are negative.

Just incase any mama in Warri needs this review, I registered in Capitol Hill hospital because I wanted the best medical care after travelling back to Delta to give birth.

Pros
The staffs there are all very very nice. The midwives and doctors are also very nice. There was no case of anybody being rude as the norm is in many hospitals. The hospital is neat and you'll feel like giving birth immediately you enter the labor ward. Also well-equipped.


Cons
The gynaecologist doesn't take his time to listen and explain things during ANC visit. He is always in a hurry because he's the only gynae that handles everything. Sometimes he rushes from theatre to attend to ANC mothers and then dashes back. And he is not available 24/7 as they claim.
The hospital is only vbac tolerant and not vbac supportive. So if you are seriously planning on a vbac, don't expect them to support you all the way and give you a chance.
Don't bother doing their CTG test when you are asked to do so. Its just a means of chopping your money. Even when I was dilating and having contractions, the midwife relied on the CTG test result and told me I wasn't contracting. I did the test thrice and each was 2k. But my gynae touched my stomach and confirmed I was contracting. Waste of money.

Keep watching it. Its a sign your body is preparing for labor
