UAE may have a somewhat Islamic government with Islamic laws, but due to interactions with other rest of the world, has had to tone it down and modernize, to remain relevant and welcoming. So their version is watered down compared to say the Saudis.
Or Turkey, which technically has a secular government, but Muslim majority.

No wahala so why can't Northern Nigeria modernize too and reap dividends like UAE. Can we shoot Fast and Furious in Zamfara, Kano, Kaduna, Borno, Yobe or Katsina for example? You must think that FBI cases are cleared on radio and Nigerian press. Pls show is any link to where and when the case was cleared. The other dummy arguing with me is saying yes he's indicted but not extradition request. Both of you are clueless and ignorant.
Allen Oyenma did not clear his case, the case can only be dropped in front of a Federal judge is a US Federal court. The FBI can't even drop a case if they wish because an indictment is done by a grand jury in a court of law not by just one or two officers. Hence to clear any case, a judge has to be given a reason and honor she has to agree to drop such case.
Should the case be dead docket for any reason, this will be public information that anyone can find and report on.
Mumu, kindly point us to any link where and when the case was dropped or cleared.

There are BDCs that run their businesses properly with target goals. They are never affected as their daily business goes beyond collecting from CBN and selling. This is just a call for them to work harder.

It's kinda true. I'm a lawyer for a BDC that doesn't depend on what the CBN doles out considering the volume of transactions it does in a week. A customer did business worth 67000USD just on Monday. BDCs also transfer cash to countries their customers desire so it's not just strictly exchange.
