Yes he is right that the US congress has to approve going to war, which they did and did not. Lets not forget Tx is in the military too, self-doubt on the field of battle is tantamount to commiting suicide, introspection is not exactly a virtue when you are being shot at. Besides I think he's stating that the US congress is also to blame for the war Iraq as well, despite their protestations to the contrary.

I think you are over-estimate her power, her party does not want to get thrown out of power, after 12 years in the wilderness. Yay, I started running. After spending my month's saving on running gear. Needless to say, it has been fun. Ok, I have only gone once. Ran, walked, jogged for about 45 mins the first day. Going to run again today. It is such a beautiful day. Nice weather. I might run for another 45 mins. I decided to take it really slow. Increase running time slowly.

Good to hear that, 30 mins/day 2-3 times a week is adequate if you keep it uptempo. Except you are prepping for a marathon, endurance becomes more important then. Those must be some expensive shoes if you spent that much.
