Well,when i break up,i'm not prone to second choices so this is not a "talking from xperience" kind of thing but i think this happens because;
1. Some break up a r/s with the thought of "let me see how far he/she can go without me" and so when they see you can really go far,they begin to retrace their steps!
2. Some break up and then start a r/s but then they begin to miss the things they enjoyed in the ex that the present he/she doesn't and can't offer and then,they want to go back!
Just my thought but then,there are loads of reasons for this.

Don't get me wrong,i'm not against you changing your number,all i'm saying is that;you are a man and a man's NO should be interpreted as a NO in all languages! I think you should firmly and confidently tell her NO! Maybe if she hears more NO's without yes or i'll think about it behind them,she'll solve the puzzle and get a life! Changing your number is like running away from a problem! What if she gets the new number?What do you do? Change it again?

I always saw writing love letters as long proceedures,i mean; the sitting down and putting down what you think you feel kinda sucked 4 me,i alwayz preferred the "i love you talk your own" kind of proceedure.And incidentally text messaging provides that kind of straight to the point service so i prefer text messages.

Lovers cheat for different reasons so yes,this might be ONE of the reasons why people cheat.At least it's your friend's reason.

I'll give her a second chance, and even a 3rd chance b4 i conclude and then maybe at the 4th,i'll let her know.

I think the age gap is ok for a relationship,it will only depend on her level of maturity.

i mean, have you figured out what was wrong with you that made her break up?Have you fixed it? Cos even if u apologise and she agrees believe me,if you repeat it she will break up with you again and most likely for the last time.
