Not minding the rubbish he stated up there, there's no way this will not additional financial burden on the state, what's the merit or advantage of creating more LGs now?
He also said the LGs will be running parliamentary system of govt, is osun state now a separate nation on its own that it can decide what system of govt to run despite the constitution saying otherwise?
Are there no provisions in the constitution on how chairmen of local governments should emerge?

@topic,i cant agree more with the op. Yeah,he was called to bar...yes,he deserves to be compensated and more because his father was a colleague to the mighty but why aint they talking about the driver and the orderly who died with them? Has any one in political class come out to mourn with their families? What is in for their kids? I believe their families needs as much support/favor from the FG as the minister's if not more. In this case,i see favoritism and nepotism.

The choice is yours to make. My wife is also aggressive, I used to tolerate her excesses until the day I could not hold it anymore and we ended up damaging many things in the house. I had to leave the house for her and we separated for some period. She abuses me at every turn with unpalatable words and some times in front of my family and friends, I had to learn to retaliate with harsh words too out of frustration, not very pleasant but I needed to get my sanity too.
In my case she covered up those violent aggressive traits from me with her usual apologies any time she flares up until we were fully married and since then my house is like cat and mouse and she hardly takes directives from me. I tried to seek for divorce but family and church intervened and I had to bear the situation and keep hoping that she will change.

The reality is that her violent and aggressive behaviour strains me a lot and causes me stress that I almost developed HBP and I feel freer whenever I am away from home on assignment and to worsen matter she will even harasses me on the phone even when I am hundreds of miles away but at that point I have the liberty of switching off my phone or not picking her calls.

Just like I know you are passing through now, I spend many valuable hours in the day thinking about the situation with her at home and this affects my output at work, spirituality, emotion etc.

You still have a chance of doing what you think is needful. Nobody can advise you to dump her or not, that decision is in your hands.

Speechless.... I think you should divorce her o. @op a word is enough for the wise.

Why on earth will anyone commit suicide over stuff like this? Not everyone will go to school. Not every degree holders will be successful.
Yoruba people will say"omo ti ko ku o feeli"{pikin wey no die no dey fail}. Parents needs to teach their wards that failing academically is not the end of the world. Many degree holders are out there wasting away and you think the way out is to kill yourself. The guy must have been so frustrated....what if Jamb has added 40 marks to the original one?

thanks for the advice so far. I have moved on with my life long ago, no regret whatsoever up till date. Just that when she invited me she pleaded that i should try and come if i really wish her well and have noting against her. So i was thinking of what to get for her if i make up my mind to go.

But i think i will stay back from the wedding as some of you have advised.

Don't mind them o. Went with my cousin to his ex's wedding last year but he didnt stay long. He just presented the gift and had a little chit chat with the babe and that was it. He has a fiancee and they r walking down the aisle soon. Just package something nice for her...could be a nice painting and present to her.
