The professors in Japan are not responding...
I have tried and others too.

All the successful threads has a devoted guardian...

I figured out that maybe the professors snubs Nigerians and I believe that if someone in Japan can contact them with Japan mobile number, it will be a different case.

Nobody is obligated to help another but at least other threads has devoted guardians, I wish we will have one here too on issues of students admission...

Prof back in the day, i would have to make an appointment. I think what guys need to do is to contact

the admissions office of the prospective school and take it from there.

The Japanese visa is one of the hardest Visa`s to get right now as a Nigerian

because of what our brothers have done in the past. Nigeria has a very bad rep here.

I posted some news about some Nigerian destroying gravestones and temples in Osaka.

Tell me, when that news gets passed on to MoFA, its game over.

What i meant by "Complete papers" is an individual coming into the country as clean as possible

and then engaging in activities that are not connected to the Visa received. For example, we have alot of people

who go into countries with Visiting Visa, expecting to work? Like what? Then you wonder why Embassies are strict

at giving out visas.

Hustling?? Now i know that you are high. If your papers arent complete in SK, straight deportation.

If you arent straight in Japan, Prison and then deportation.

Heck if your doing a job outside of your visa category and you get caught, straight deportation.

Recently, a Canadian was deported. Why? because that individual was supposedly on a student Visa

but was caught working in Bar and was no longer in school. Go figure!!!

When you send out those emails, you have to state your research topic, how you intend to go about it and all that. Then ask them if they would be interested in taking you under their tutorship?

Nigerians have messed up its name in many areas. The fact that you state that you live and are from Nigeria would have raise a red flag. Just saying. How about your relative??

First things first, what universities are you applying to?? Second, what is your research about? Third, what sort of email are you sending to these universities??

Also take into the consideration that there are two admission intakes in a year. April and September. You have missed both. Also take into consideration that depending on the course or the University rules, they may have restrictions like how many foreigners will be accepted in a year and all that.

I will give you a lit advise. remove Kobe from your list. Not because i dont think you arent qualified, but they are very picky when it comes
to selecting candidates.

Plus before anything, you would have to drop something before any thing happens. The only way you get to avoid all that bullshit is if you by some miracle get the Mext scholarship. Which as you know, is a mountain on its own from Nigeria .

That lives you with language school. The language school will require that you drop half of the tuition before they send you admission letter. Which leaves you with the mountain of convincing the embassy that you will return after your Japanese language studies or if your unlucky, you will be asked to convince the embassy, why japan or the Japanese language. Are you seeing the picture?
