Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has described the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senator Alli Modu Sheriff, as a mole in the party. The Governor alleged that Sheriff is planted in the party by the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to decimate and destroy the party ahead of the 2019 general elections. He described the loss by Makarfi at the Court of Appeal to Sheriff as a temporary setback. In Nyesom Wike's words: “As far as I am concerned, you may say it is complicated but I will rather say it is a temporary setback because I don’t like commenting on all these judgments but I know that this is not the final bus stop; the final bus stop is the Supreme Court. “Obviously, we reject the judgment. Sheriff is a mole in the party and so if it were a situation you know it is someone who has the interest of the party talking, then you begin to see how you can move from there. “Having identified that the mole has been working for APC, it will be difficult for any right-thinking politician to say oh, let us allow him, it will be very, very difficult. “We are going on appeal; we will take a major decision after the final appellate court that is, the Supreme Court has given its verdict, so I am not worried. “I know that in politics this is the way it goes, you don’t expect things to be smooth all the time. Sometimes it is rough; it will threaten you and sometimes it enables you to know that this is the type of human beings you are working with so you can know the kind of characters they are made of. “Luckily, it was not a unanimous judgment, it was a split decision of two to one; you can appreciate the fact that there is still hope as we go to the Supreme Court “There is nothing to reconcile because everybody has seen his actions so you don’t need anybody to tell you that he is a mole; even those who are parading him, you can see the characters, you can see how they romance with the ruling party. “He is not going to work for the party; rather he wants to see that the party is destroyed before 2019.” more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/02/ali-modu-sherrif-is-mole-planted-by-apc.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 dominique ijeybabe

A Ghanaian pastor from Domeabra in the Ga West Municipal Assembly, Vincent Kete, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison with hard labour for defiling a 13-year-old teen girl. According to reports, Pastor Kete pleaded guilty to defiling the daughter of his friend of 25 years. At a recent court hearing, prosecutor Kofi Atimbiri said the accused called the victim to his room on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 and forcibly had sexual intercourse with her. The accused and the victim’s father, were friends who lived in a single room in a mission house of their church. The pastor told an Accra Circuit Court presided over by Magistrate Abena Oppong Adjin-Doku that his action was the work of the devil and does not know what came over him. Federal Government has released N775m for Enumeration Area Demarcation exercise in preparation for the 2018 census programme. Chairman of the National Population Commission, Chief Eze Duruiheoma (SAN), spoke at a press briefing on Thursday in Abuja. Duruiheoma also announced that religion and ethnicity will be included in the census unlike 2006 census. The chairman of the National Population Commission, Chief Eze Duruiheoma (SAN), spoke at a press briefing on Thursday in Abuja. EAD involves the process of deploying high calibre technology to divide the country into small units that could be easily covered by a team of enumerators. The exercise is slated for between February 20 and March 10 2017. Duruiheoma said, “Now, on the question of some of the things missing in the last census; well, we are making a commitment about improving on what might have happened in the past. Some of these things are there. We intend to improve on them. “I am not saying that anything went terribly bad in the past because I wasn’t even here. So, I don’t know what happened. But we want to make sure that whatever product we produce after this census would be accepted by the majority of Nigerians and that should be the test. “Those things that ought to be there, something like religion, ethnicity and others; I know there is something controversial about them. Now, we want to engage Nigerians on some of those things. We want to let Nigerians to give us feedback on what they want or what they think because we don’t claim to know it all here. “And that is why we have never been tired of telling you what we are doing. We tell you all that so that you can criticise us and make input. If you think any particular step we are taking is wrong, tell us. It is our duty to accept corrections. “So, the assurance I give you is that most of those things you complained about will not be left out in the census we are contemplating. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/02/just-in-federal-government-releases.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3

A while ago i stumbled upon a rather disturbing footage making round on whatsapp and i wondered if this is the main reason 2Baba cancelled the nationwide strike which he spearheaded until the last minute. There has been may rumors anyway why he cancelled the protest, most people said he was threatened by the Department of State Security Services DSS, which he debunked and their are lots of other rumors had but no one could pinpoint for sure why he cancelled the protest. I don't know if this video is the reason but am asking; is it? I know nobody believed that trash he gave as a reason for canceling the protest. I mean, Nigerians are not gullible, are we? Anyway, see the video below and decide for yourself. It really spake volume. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/02/could-this-be-reason-2baba-cancelled.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3 dominique

I know Arsenal FC have a lot of "die hard" fans especially in Nigeria and Ghana. But am about to test how resolute you are about being the fan of Arsenal Football Club. Is not about saying it or being with them in the thick and thin. Lets see how definite you are about your club. - Let's say you are arrested and the judge gives you 2 options: Option 1: 10 years in jail, Option 2: Stay in jail until Arsenal win UEFA Champions League. What will you choose?! Be honest? more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/02/arsenal-fans-if-you-believe-in-arsenal.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3 dominique

Three days ago, being Tuesday, February 7th 2017, singer, African China shared a video of a policeman threatening to shoot him while leaving the set of Sound Sultan's music video in Ajegunle, Lagos, read full story here. On reaching out to him to explain what transpired between him and the police and what steps he has taken to resolve the issue. It was learned as follows: "I went for a video shoot in Ajegunle. While the video shoot was on, a group of area boys came to harass me for money and all that. I agreed that I was going to give them because if I don’t, they may damage my windscreen or something else in my car and you know now, everything has added money and I didn’t want them to damage anything. I wanted to leave with my car the way I came with it and it was actually help I came to render to my friend, Sound Sultan. They were about eighty area boys and they belonged to different groups and cartels and each cartel had their headman. So each of the group presented their boss to me; I asked them to appoint somebody amongst all of them whom I would give the money to. They had a little meeting and later presented a guy they wanted me to give the money to. I told them they should allow me to finish my shoot first. After the music video shoot, I called the attention of the guy and gave him the money. The money became a problem for them and they started fighting. So my boys smuggled me into the car and we were about driving off when from nowhere, a policeman with gun pointing at my car asked me to get down. I called the attention of one of the officers and said I’m African China and I speak for the public here and trust me, I need to get out of this place and if I don’t, you won’t be able to handle this". When asked him how much he paid the area boys he refused to disclose the amount, saying; "It is not necessary. The reason why I won't disclose the amount is because now, it is a public thing. When you say it, it attract other to start demanding for more money. This ones were too many that was why I gave that amount of money." When asked what was the demands of the police men who prevented him from moving; he said "What else, their own share na" When asked if the police men mention he should settle them: he said' "Yes, they did" Speaking on the steps he has taken to resolve the issue, African China said he was at the police two days ago and that the police men involved are currently in police custody "The Inspector General was interested in the case. As I speak with you, the two police men have been apprehended and are in police custody right now at Ajeromi Police Station, Ajegunle. They have been jailed and may be dismissed from the force too." more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/02/african-china-police-men-who-harassed.html cc dominique lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3
