Can you blame other Africans 160 million plus vs smaller African populations is INTIMIDATING, although they won't admit it. 1 in every 5 African walking the planet is Nigerian. If you remove Egypt and some other North African populations it comes down to something like 1 in 3. Thats scary!!!! |
Na serious Beef!! |

PAGAN 9JA:There is no arguement on my part with the above |
GenBuhari:Now that would make it too easy on you and you wouldn't really learn would you? Start with the reason for his Divorce from Winnie and how her involvment in "torture" would prove detrimental to his "reconciliation" principles. Haven't you wondered why he was not heavily criticized about that move, with the South African's knowing fully well the contributions of Winnie through the years. Hmmm? |
GenBuhari:Goes to show how much you know about the man. You an outsider would question what millions of South Africans have come to understand. Please do more research |
You need to tell those "blacks" to come bck to their countries. |

God speed on your recovery. Africans wish you well!! |
Good Girl:Visually they seem to have south Asian ( indian) ancestory as opposed to Malagasy who are more Indo-malay asian. I will look into them though, never heard of them. |
igbo2011:We already have a common language. I think you mean common African language. That will only happen naturally as regions and peoples begin to merge once they begin to interact more closley with one another as they break down social barriers. As for Pan Africanism. This can only be a function of economic development which necessitates a trade with the "white man" for technology while maintaining a very closed society as in the case of China's technique. A test case for the importance of technology and skills development is Botswana, which educates it youth abroad but repartriates students and skilled workers. Mind you the incentive to come back is based on the potential of Botswana's economic growth potentials and political stability. Something West Africans are struggling with. |
more malagasy peoples

ababda:Appreciate the article. I am very interested in the anthropolgy of African peoples with a concentration on genealogical aspects of different African peoples on the continent, archaelogy is not far behind as it is also a part of the equation. Part of the impetus that led me to this passion has been the lack of research and understanding of African history (particularly in terms of genotypical and phenotypical biology)by Africans themselves leading to much interpretation and mis-interpretation by what I term as "outsiders" bringing adifferent perspectives to their observations. Hopefully more people will be interested in these subject matters as I am beginning to become aware of on nairaland. |
Yes that is what I meant. The similarities is very evident between the two but just looks alone, nothing else considered like DNA and ancestry link, but just from a glance, someone ignorant of their diversity might assume khosian as more asian influenced than malagasy.Though the similarities is every evident in both but one falls within the waterpool of asian while the other resemble a blend of both the waterpool of asians and africans. It is rather interesting imo.
African geno and phenotype is known to carry the most variants of any human population on earth which lends credence to the theory that human beings originate from the continent. The more diversity the greater the evidence of the source code for human beings |
The Khosian actually look more asian influenced than they do even though the Malagasy probably has more asian inflence than them. Interesting peeps they are though. I love the pictures
I actually considered the similarities. They share similar facial morphologies though the khoisan have much stronger features, pepper corn hair texture and deeper eyefolds. see comparison btw khoi and malagasy

Been continuing my studies on origins of African people and came across the inhabitants of Madagascar who are regarded as an equal DNA blend of Africn and Asian peoples( more recent arrivals). This just goes to show that if you strip social stratifications imposed by "some" people who seek to structure world populations in a way the see fit. it is a natural tendency for humans to merge BIOLOGICALLY, SOCIALLY and PHYSICALLy to form new variations without much infighting. see pics below. They almost are a perfect blend of Asian and African. FASCINATING !!!

cdoffx:@Cdoffx Have you ever wondered why every Western T.V program, Movie or commercial, you watch has a 95% WHITE cast when US population statistics represents a large makeup of many ethnic and racial groups. The only shows that are representative of minorities are ones where some sort of crime is involved. Hmmm ![]() You can never live in another man's land and expect to live as a 1st class citizen in the real sense no matter how much human equality the west tries to intergrate into their social structures. You either find a niche that you can dominate and exploit in his world or you build with what has been passed on to you by your fore fathers and is unequivocally yours by birth right and descent. The White man has beeen at this game for hundreds of years. You cannot beat him at his game. You will loose!! Solution: Play your own game and play it well Morpheus says "Knowledge is CUMULATIVE, therefore POWER is CUMULATIVE" |
cdoffx:You also need to advise some people on this forum that as a consequence of his new found patriotism to the African continent, he needs to denouce his foreign citizenship status as well cause technically speaking not Nigerian-born. |
cap28:Finally some progress Three cheers for our Comrade!!!! PS. Bring some wetabix back for us, Exclusive stores no get am for town. |
igbo2011:Not to go off topic but Who told you that? When did human's start? What constitutes an "original" person? If black people are original people are other people thus "unoriginal" What bearing does that have on anyting in particular? igbo2011:I am not even gonna touch this one igbo2011:The mere fact that there are human beings who exist to accumulate power, wealth and prowess at the expense of "other people" built around systems they create and manipulate, cannot be taken as a codemnation of one 'group' of people seperated from you on the basis of their skin tone or an affimation that these same tendences do not exist within these "righteous" people who proudly call out the injustices. Morphes says "BE careful what you stand for so it does not become the very thing you fall for" |
East Africa's COMESA and Southern Africa's SADc are better positioned to integrate their economies compared to a loosely knit ECOWAS. We have too many regional issues to even contemplate that idea in the next 8 years. It is quite ridiculous to consider that option. Intra African trade is below 10% with m sot of the regional trade going on in the east and the south. Most West African states are way behind in terms of democratic initiatives that will faciliate trade and as a bloc we virtually produce nothing to exchange with each other that is of significant value add from the primary/ raw material stage. |
Danka7777:As a matter of fact, some of us have Answer: We formulated our own religious beliefs Danka7777:My dear fellow the above is a lot of heresay. Can you point us to some convincing fact including the claim that black people were around 50,000 years ago or the ten commandments were extrapolations of Africna proverbs. Who are you getting that information from.? |
