dae:Oh boy West Africa and South Africa no be the same people. The SA's are just beginning to experience cultures from other Africans and need time to adjust to many things, besides their history is extremely different from most West or Cental Africans who share more similar commonalities in terms of culture and way of life. I advise you to stay within your own kind for the first couple of years until you know your surroundings. A majority of SA's are not bad people and seek to understand other cultures and peoples but there are a segment of them who are threatened by the competition other Africans pose and the events in may 08 only seek to strengthen this mind set so know your surroundings otherwise enjoy yourself. Ps If you can relocate to other parts of Sa apart from JBourg. |
IFELEKE:Oyinbo man wicked no be small. |
banom:You are right. Abstract thought processes can be diagnosed sometimes as the beginning of madness. |
Lagosboy:Maybe you should tell that to the black arabs who do not consider themselves black but arab. And you say we shouldn't call out brainwashed minds when we identify it. Down with the arabization of Africa! Down with the islamization of Africa! |
emiemi:Dear emiemi, READ! I already told you what I think. |
Pastor AIO:Shake my beliefs in indeed? Nonsensical! Its like asking if people who suffer from Alzheimers are going to heaven or if you pet Dog Snoopy is going to doggy heaven as well. People who suffer from schizophrenia have a medical condition which are beyond their control. Some patients are far gone than others depending on treatment or therapy. These are the ones society label as mad men. Only self righteous religious morons would ask such daft questions and instead of some of you steering them to the correct questioning which is "What is schrizophrenia, its effects and it symptoms", you are busy endulging them in your so called contemplation of abstract thoughts of the human mind. How's this for your analysis of abstract thought. I am contemplating that the poster is either very Stupid or extremly Childish, I wonder if they are going to heaven for being so ignorant? |
Nigerian Property Laws are ridiculous which is the reason why I can't risk my cash buying anything there unless I live there. especiallly Lagos. Talking from experience |
The person that open this thread is very STUPID! If the answer is Yes, what does that do for you? If the answer is no, How are you going to change that situation? |
ikeyman00:Hehehe! Bros you wicked oh! As for Somali communityin Naija, They must be blending in with northerners, Haven't seen them in the south at all. (Off topic; Somali are distinct peoples of African origin, with distinct phenotypes. Again they are of African origin. Their phenotypes and genotypes are distinct to adapatations of Arid African regions vs Tropical adaptations i.e elongated vs Robust features. However this is not true 100% of the time. |
IFELEKE:For their sake, let's hope it works out that way. I ain't holding my breath though. History does have a funny way of repeating itself. |
RSA:The hardest task for the black man is coming together in consensus to achieve a platform goal. SA's might have a chance judging from their history and past struggles. Unfortunately one of your big obstacles are the discerning voices of the opposition minority whites who undoubtedly recognize the power in your numbers and will seek to continue to try to splinter you into smaller groups to control your potential power. This is SA's reality FOR NOW |
Angelheart:Incredible how being "too advanced for Africa" is seen as a bad attribute. You should have said he was more of a capitalist thinker who believes in the trickle down effect of wealth versus broad socialist agendas that try to solve poverty by giving government "handouts" to citizens. Mbeki was actually a good president despite what a lot of people continue to say. The so called silence diplomacy you say was an extremely good strategy on his part and I gurantee you Mr. Zuma will continue it as far as Zimbabwe. The implications of a much harsher strategy in alignment with the West will breed long term problems. South Africa is traddling btw a first world/ third world dilemma all at the same time. Lets hope Mr Zuma is bright enough not to alienate the capitalist thinkers who offer the investment opportunities for the poor who offer nothing but one man one vote. |
IFELEKE:All we have is HOPE. African blood is thick no matter where we are. |
IFELEKE:I think he will face steep pressure seeing all the tribulations he has encountered on his road to the presidency. What I anticipate is a backlash by most of the trade unions when he undoubtedly will not meet up with most of their expectations. If he doesn't address the discontentment and fears of the lower/poor class citizens within his first two years in power then he will struggle in his presidency. He has cope to contend with and other parties watching his every move and ready to pounce on him if he makes a wrong move. He also needs to watch out for Zulu nationalist who will very much like to take advantage of his affiliation. The odds are against him. Lets see what happens |
garden court, sandton price about 650 rands per night, not bad for the area and easy access to midrand which is in the gauteng province |
Thats some trippy shit dog. I once knew a white guy in california who was the same way . Blew my mind |
heyo:There are many clubs in an around Sandton and Rosebank, just google it. I would recommend port Elizabeth or Cape town much more to see and more friendlier than Joburg. |
Get that Damn ministry out of SA. They don't need them there. Another money ploy at its best in the name of religion. Miracle my ass! |
@Heyo Travellling to SA is quite safe however be aware of the following: Never go anywhere alone. The thugs and hustlers can easily spot Tourists in Joburg. Sandton is a safer area and there are hotels around the area that are reasonably priced. I stayed at the Garden courts last time I was there. Like RSA says Capetown is a more tourist friendly city and is reminisant of travellers who have been to Miami or San diego in the US. If you are going into the townships, take a local with you. The township people are weary of who they deem so called "foreigners" As far as Nigeria/South Africa beef is concerned. It is live and well but like anywhere else in the world. There are good SA's and there are Bad SA's so treat everyone with respect and they will respond in likeness to you. |
Get that stupid thief Christ embassy man out of that country. I agree with the SA's on this one we have enough people in Nigeria for that so called church to save. Delivernace ko! abi Salvation ni! They are all Oloshi Churches! |
RSA:Aight! Aight! I have disturbed you enough. |
