DictatorZAR:You don't speak no Malay? |
jln115:Inferiority would mean, I feel lesser or subordinate to a White person. I don't! |
jln115:I will agree. However what is usually implied when that statement is made is that the whole of South Africa was unoccupied land. I am looking at Xhosa culture more indepth to determine how early they migrated into the Eastern and Western Cape because there is strong evidence that they integrated and absorbed Khoi tribes much earlier than the arrival of the settler populations. |
DictatorZAR:Awwww, you trying to get back at me for kicking you outta that other thread huh ?Stop mean mugging and go smoke some Nyaope, cool your nerves down.
|
jln115:You didn't catch the sarcasm in that statement did you? |
jln115:How do White people "discover" an area where people already occupy ?.....let me guess tis the old "Christopher Columbus discovered America hogwash"Again Zulu expansions into What you term as SOUTH AFRICA do not negate the fact that there were people already resident in the areas around the entirety of Southern Africa, therefore Settlers discovered nothing, they merely settled in small spaces around where other people already lived. |
jln115:What is your definition of SA in this context, the cape colony or the entirety of what is known as South Africa today? Apparently you want us to believe the whole geography of what is known as South Africa was wide open country during the "settler" expansions years. No human in site from Cape town all the way to Mpumalanga! Stop playing around and retract that statement you made. You see the numbers staring you in the face! Bantu southern expansion .....[i]500 BC–0 Congo nucleus 10 = AD 0–1000 last phase"[i] |
DictatorZAR:OOOOH I am shaking in my boots....! Anyone in the mood for some bobotie? |
jln115:First explorers to cape Portugese 1497 Dutch cape colony founded 1652 Bantu expansion into Southern Africa = [i]500 BC–0 Congo nucleus 10 = AD 0–1000 last phase[i] The establishment of the Zulu Kingdom does not negate the fact that there were numerous other tribes and peoples scattered across the geography of what is considered South Africa today. a |
jln115:Read the dates below and juxtapose to the dates for the settlement of the Dutch east Indian company and the famous Jan van riebeeck 1 = 2000–1500 BC origin 2 = ca.1500 BC first migrations 2.a = Eastern Bantu, 2.b = Western Bantu 3 = 1000–500 BC Urewe nucleus of Eastern Bantu 4–7 = southward advance 9 = 500 BC–0 Congo nucleus 10 = AD 0–1000 last phase

DictatorZAR:Cape Malay madness on display. The descendant of a slave Indonesian mixed with part neandarthal, part Afrikaaner and part Hottentot has the effrontery to question what the great Morpheus is doin on a Nairaland thread. Too much DAGGA, I tell you. |
jln115:Retract that silly statement used by Afrikaans settler apologists. The Bantu that arrived South Africa were tribes moving from East Africa. The Bantu expansion that began in West Central Africa had already occupied most of Central- eastern- many parts of South Africa! |
MduZA:Dumela "Mma"! |
MduZA:I see all the usual suspects are bored and have gravitated to this thread, last beacon of hope to preoccupy their minds rather than setting up a thread somewhere else to make sure ZUMA returns that NKANDLA MONEY! I see you DictatorZA, RUDZA, MduZA! ![]() A HOllA! |
RudzSA:***********Thank you "MASTER" for acknowledging my brilliance********** in sarcastic DARTH VADER voice |
RudzSA:If you had any common sense you would understand that the two countries are quite similar in terms of the effects of a so called master race subjugating the so called inferior race and the psychological effects that follow. Therefore in the contect of the argument btw RUdZA and Morpheus about ZUMA and the subject matter being discussed here, quite relevant and definitely not out of context Shikena! |
DictatorZAR:You sound like the wimpy Oscar Pistorius everytime he was sniveling as he addressed the judge. |
DictatorZAR:Its Queens "English", my high yellow confused Cape Malayan |
NthabeM:Let me break your journey down piece by piece for you. 1.If you are traveling to lagos for the first time, you will need a guide or someone that knows the city well, this is paramount to you enjoying the city. 2. When you land you get off at immigration and the line for foreign passports is different from the one for Nigerians, make sure you are in the correct line. You shouldn't have too much hassle getting through immigration once your paper work is okay. 3. Once you are out of immigration, head to collect your luggage, this experience by be a little jarring and confusing but your bags will eventually come out and you can either rent a trolley or if not too heave roll them along. You will then pass customs who might stop you to ask to search your bags, its a hit or miss on this one, just stay assertive and you will have not issues. 4. When you are out of customs, you will need transportation. If you don't have someone picking you up then that's not good(this is why a guide is needed if this is your first time). There reputable transportation services in the airport, ask and they will direct you to them . Do not take a cab or respond to anyone soliciting you for their service. 5. You will pay for the cab service at the airport and tell them your destination. You want to stay in Victoria Island/Lekki on your first visit to Lagos, no exceptions. Hotel bon voyage n Victoria Island is good and I highly recommend it, There are also some good hotels within Lekki phase 1 as well, Do not opt for cheaper hotels though. If you have the money to spend, Four points for the first few nights is not bad then you can switch later on to a cheaper hotel. 6. All the nice spots are on the island, night life is abundant so pic your poison. 7.You will need transportation to get around, this is why a guide is very important on your trip, local transport for a first timer is a no no! 8. Enjoy your stay, Nigerians are very friendly people. |
DictatorZAR:SPeaker tha English! |
RudzSA:Point 1.. Be more original the bleached skin thing and sounds of generator has been hijacked from the Ghana/Naija e feud. Be more Original please Point 2. Using ZUma's statements simply proves the innate Daftness of the President and the self hate imposed by Apatheid. His statements are tantamount to an African American woman claiming she wants to have kids with a White man because it is difficult to comb BLack girls hair cause its kinky. I leave you with a more better quote.... "ST.UP.ID IS AS ST.UP.ID DOES!".....Forest Gump |
14:The following artists you mention also travel to the UK, THE US, Morrocco, Australia, Malaysia, Canada, Brazil etc ![]() ![]() ![]() Zero arguement 14:THe response to this one is not hard at all. The reason "BLACK" South Africans with a strong emphasis on the word "BLACK" here, don't travel because 1. Your townships have been your safe haven since Apatheid and you seldom want to leave cause the new world is a little scary for you to deal with. 2. You just got the country back barely 20 years ago so why would you want to leave so quickly, most of you haven't been out of your provinces your whole lives. There is lots to see in other provinces. Besides that you are terribly frightened that if you do leave the "FORIEGNERS" will take over and you will be left stateless. 3. Economically speaking an average township Zulu man would prefer to spend his hard earned RAND drinking at the shebeen and at a CHi sa Nyama than save up money to travel to say Australia or the UK on holiday. 4. When you have kept animals in cages for a long period of time, psychologically speaking they can't cope quite well in "foreign" environments. 5. Your English is terrible and most of you speak your native tongues, how will you communicate with people if you travel out Shikena! |
14:****YAWN**** The points made in the previous post simply skipped over your head, all you did was digress, change the subject matter to Nigerian tribalism, pull a straw man argument to confuse the weak minded into believing you actually answered when in fact you pretty much didn't. Save your weak responses for people on your intellectual level. |
DictatorZAR:*******YAWN******* One word... WEAK! |
14:Again Dummy! Just because I am in a good mood I will repeat it one more time Dummy! Point 1, Not every light skinned black person is mixed. The reference about Nigerian light skinned Igbo should clue anyone in to that fact! Point 2, Not every coloured person is light skinned, that is obvious since a coloured is nothing more than someone with mixed ancestry who usually speaks Afrikaans. Therefore two dark skinned coloureds can produce a variety of shades of human beings. Point 3, if one takes into account the history of South Africa and the fact that numerous racial groups intermingled for a good amount of time, it would be simple deductive reasoning that would leave one to be suspect when determining if anyone who is light skinned in south Africa has some small amount of mixed ancestry including Khoi, San, Malay, Indian and European If I were dating the below Zulu speaking lady what would I describe her as ![]()

jamaicanoshu:How does Africanizing either of those books do anything to change your mindset. Their practice and language are heavily influenced from the cultures they were derived from. You might as well revert back to Ogun and IFA spirituality. duh! |
RudzSA:Typical South African effrontery, My obsessions are my own business, who are you to tell me what it should or shouldn't be. Take your sensitive Nyaope smoking SAffer azz to the nearest Shebeen and drown yourself in Ogogoro, trying to rigamarole around and pass your strawman argument responses as intellectual brilliance over the GREAT MORPHEUS! The audacity I tell you! |
MduZA:Your responses have been few and far between nowadays. Did your government checks stop coming in or maybe you have been busy fixing the roof in one of those RDP houses you rent out to Zimbabweans for cash. ***Shaking my head**** |
niceguy7:make una carry una over zealous religious-ness comot for hear. Wetin consine you with person wey wear swim suit for another country. |
