December of which year? If the already commissioned Dangote Refinery was just to give Nigerians false hope and for Dangote Group to secure petroleum importanting license and till date no one can tell which year it will start operation, who can tell whether this one will start production in the next 2 or 3 years? News like this is just to tickle our feelings about the country and nothing more.

Advice to FG, build a Website to be given a name, let the public know that Website and in that Website, push every contracts awarded, the sum of money for the contract, the date it's awarded and the payment history, the name of the company to which they were awarded and when they are expected to be delivered. Do not leave out the names of the heads of the companies to which the contracts were awarded. Give a number to call when the contract failed to be completed at stipulated time for Nigerians to ask why.
Let me not forget to say God bless this committee members. You are doing a big job. You can decide to take bribe and not let this investigation rectify anything or you can decide to ensure the success for the reason you are constituted into this committee. If you take bribe, you get more money. If you ensured the right thing is done you get a country you and your prosterity will be proud of.
