In general, a student must complete 120 semester hours to receive a Bachelor's degree. Because of this requirement, 60 semester hours usually mean that the student is halfway through a degree program so 60 last credit is your last two final years for First degree (year 3 and 4) , and first 60 credit is year 1 and 2 or Community College credit .

So your last 60 credit can be used to calculate your Junior (year 3) /Senior (year 4) Average

I think i phrase my question wrongly, i mean what will it translate to on the Nigerian credit hour. I completed 186 credit hour for my undergraduate degree, that means half of it excluding internship will be my last 60 hours right

I plan on applying masters in Agricultural Engineering, my undergraduate course, i believe i have more chances for funding with it, as i worked with a lecturer on his Phd topic for my undergraduate project and I currently work in an agricultural related firm.
