Lets be factual, it is not as if land mark building was destroyed. The beach front was destroyed to create way for a government project that will ease travelling for everyone and those living in the axis.

You still dont get. There's an existing road there that won't affect Landmark. This was what they used in buying and designing their business, not what is currently happening.

The existing road is a state road, if use for the project, it will cause lot of traffic in that end. dont forget a train line and a interstate coastal highway will be located in that axis all sponsored by the federal government
