some time it look like you rush to post when u see some post here, when the fidelity H1 result released i posted here that fidelity was the cheapest bank based on the result,, you post immediately that you prefer FCMB because fidelity H1 still trails 63k eps from fcmb. even when fcmb never reported such eps.

same yesterday when u post access drop eps by 38% for 3 month july - sept. if you have calculated this yourself u will see that access actually up by 37% within this period. u post a reported eps which includes comprehensive income.

nobody get award here for being right. pple are learning from post. same way i learn every thing i know today from posts

all in all u day try

CP, you are correct on his statement about fidelity. But he later realized his mistake and then agreed with u that fidelity is cheapest.
onegentleguy:
Just took another quick review of FIDELITYs H1 result... and YES I agree that FIDELITY is now ahead of FCMB based on EARNINGS GROWTH and of course VALUATION !!
However, I shall still take out some time to peruse more on the result for a clearer and better inference.

Thanks all !!
Thats why I love this forum. No one knows it all, we make mistakes and correct our selves cos it can be dangerous if we allow the market correct us.

Thanks for the insight, just that I don't buy Transcorp unless the market is generally bullish. The stock has punished me previously.

Any info about the Teragro and the OPL 281 sections?

Has Teragro been spun off completely and is the OPL thing stagnant?
Them say that one fit start q2 2019.

This market self. smiley
Transcorpse, oh sorry, transcorp that was said to have released good result is being dumped at the moment.
Is it that some people are seeing what others are not? Or they read the report upside down? Or a strategy to crash the price so that smarter ones can hop in? huh
Anyway, we continue to observe..... tongue
So many better results out there than this transcorp q3.

Nice one for a stingy bank like Access. I hope they use their common sense to increase dividend this time.
Thats why they may not get to their fair value. Sentiment matters alot. Dividends contribute to positive sentiments. They need to improve. If they can pay dividend of as much as percentage of eps as zenith and gtb does, their price would have been higher than 15 even in this bearish season.

Access bank earning yield actually rise by 37% in EPS btw July to Sept 2018 compare to that of 2017 same period.

every bank have trading income not only access, WEMA have about 40% trading income in their latest report

grin
To me, access did not do badly. Its a fair result. Given the current price of the stock, its clearly cheaper than UBA, Gtbank, and Zenith.

Lafarge has been slaughtered by management greediness. Indeed, dz is a true case of the first shall be the last.
Only God knows the true state of rotiness in dz company. What we are reading is nothing but a tip of an iceberg.
CCNN just overtook dz company from the bottom of the pyramid.
I can't bet my money on dz company at sub N10. 00 until they put their fundamental challenges in order.
If I say I see Lafarge at N5 in a very short time, they will not believe me. But That it where its heading with all the quarterly losses.
