Northeastern: Me and my household have settled for Fidelity and Flourmill, that is where the value is for us.
Flourmill: it is trading around 50% of its 52 weeks high, the effect of its deleveraging - using about 75% of it 40bn naira rights issue proceeds to retire part of its debt, and high cost to low cost debt swap - about 70bn naira, is expected to have material impact on the bottom line this year.
Fidelity: TTM EPS of 1.1 naira vs FCMB's 0.61 naira, the lowest P/E in the banking sector, fairly liquid.
Investment horizon is 15+ months You say what? |

locodemy: If you are eyeing AIico, you should have gotten yours at 78/80kobo as others are doing right now.The outcome of the meeting tomorrow will decide the movement of the stock either up or down.if they okay the 1.20 right issue,mehn............it's going straight to 1.30 or 1.50.on the other side Aiico will package a decent result @q3 to gain investors for the right issue. Aiico that is planning to raise a total of 25billion? I wonder what their outstanding shares would be at the end of the day. This one of tomorrow is just the first tranche to raise 5billion by creating 4.4billiin new shares and raising OS to over 10billion. By the time they are done raising 25billion naira their OS go done reach 30billion. You can then imagine what the share price would be. |

swilo: Seems there is a magnet attracting insurance stocks to 20k.
Is there any news of mergers or acquisitions yet within the insurance sector?
What is the outcome of MBenefit's right issue over/under/not subscribed?
Where will Aiico fall after the sorting T1 or T2?
Cc: OGG and Mcy56 They whole recapitalization thing has been suspended na. https://nairametrics.com/fg-follows-court-order-suspends-insurance-firms-recapitalisation/I don't even know which direction Insurance sector is heading. I have always seen the 20kobo rule as one designed to enable easy/aggressive takeovers. Pple will buy off some insurance companies soon. They are now so cheap. |

Well, let it be as you wish for yourself. I think q3 results are closeby prices will certainly move up, no matter how small. I don't like zenith that much cos its not a penny stock. I love penny stocks cos they can do 100% easily. |

Yayira: Oga the same way you bought and kept quiet go and sell that way.. if say e no move we for no know say you too trap inside this market for one month..
Anyway I like your style I did not buy and keep quiet. I made it very clear here. The other day I wanted to jump out at 1.31 I also made it clear but could not do so as prices fell immediately. Everyone has his own way of investing. Whenever I buy, I make it know here so that the house will criticize. It helps me gather as much info on the company. When I started buying fidelity I said it here. I also told loco thereafter that I would add more of fidelity and then wait for uniondac at. 25 rather than enter aiico or prestige. My sister, I always talk. If u no want hear, na for ur own pocket. Meanwhile I am loading Oando. |

locodemy: hmm fx.its just 1.75. Too much comment on it sounds like MHing...... lol. You can't compare fidelity with aiico. Fidelity is one of the best so far in the market. Aiico has lots of question marks. Sentiment is very important in nse. Fidelity get sentiment come carry baba result join. Fidelity fair value will surprise you. Not Mhing not a buy recommendation. |

Whether the bulls like it or not, it must react sooner than later, and when it does it would be great. Disclaimer: Buyer beware, don't blame me if it fails to show. Yayira: Japaul ? Una no dey hear word for this blog.. Skye never teach una enough lesson.. The spirit of gambling need to be seriously prayed against on this blog My sister, gamble is good oh. But you gamble wisely. A company that makes loss yearly in billions but has over 40billion in debt at huge interest yet operates in a highly competitive business environment that guarantees little revenue and profit. Them go just dey use their profit to service debt. If japaul was a bank, cbn would have polarised it since before skye. Infact it would have been in BankPHB, Spring bank set. |
