When Oando issue came up and some were saying it's the end for it, I mentioned that time that Oando will still weather the storm, it has become 'fish bone' that hook NSE for throat. grin
We didn't hear about their case with NSE for a while now. Yok people are buying self. smiley
That stock will make pple rich. One has to monitor that case carefully because it is not one that will last for long. The cases are not based on a writ but on originating summons and enforcement if fundamental rights. The judgment can come any time. If one is not careful, he/she may get caught in something not bargained for.
Everything will depend on the outcome if that case.

Mpeace hope you have not sold aluminium before like me grin
Na your mouth I hear expert in carcass oh. I never sell aluminum before, but I hear say money dey de business.

Oando remains a very risky but resilient carcass. No company on NSE(except dangote trio) can pass through what oando has survived in the hands of the tinubu's, SEC, NSE and careless shareholers

Mpeace... What do u say about OANDO?

No hard feelings. If u have benefitted thrice then u are an expert in handling coys with going concerns issues. I am playing FO but I need a fourth eye to play OANDO.
Ayam not an expert in carcass. Let us just put it like this: "I have paid my fair share of the school fees"
Experience they say, is the best teacher. If you don't enter oando, you may never gain the "valuable experience" inherent in it.
So my brother, do the needful, raise ye that mattress and let the cash flow. But in all, endeavour to be watchful of the current court case, lest you are caught unaware.
Disclaimer: this is a buy, hold and a sell recommendation. You may pick one at your own risk

Following the recapitalization in the insurance sector,I don't think it's a bad idea to add 8 billion units to their outstanding shares. Some of the insurance stocks are like 20 billion Os and more.

Although I don't have the stock,I see the price reaching 1.20 very soon. For me,I like to sight the money and follow it,once I get the money,I quickly jaaaa......WETIN CONCERN YOU FOR LARGE OS SELF WHEN YOU CAN MAKE UR DOW?
Bros, its not 8billion units, its 16billion units. See excerpts:
"In a statement that outlines the EGM’s agenda, the company made known that “the share capital will be raised by the creation of 16 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, and the capital clause of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, will be altered accordingly.”

Announcement!!!
For Skye Bank shell holders who's tired of seeing it in his/her portfolio, you have to send a mail to your broker, instructing them to delete it, it wouldn't delete automatically.

Don't bother to thank me. sad
Why naa? But we still need it as a souvenir or receipt for school fees paid.

1st off, let me appreciate u for the show of understanding and humility with accepting my advise.
It shows u are a mature fellow !!
On this day, u have gained my respect. ...and I will gladly be ur pal with sharing common goals.

Now on UACN, I trust u read my several analysis on the stock(inherent value in view) and why I believe its an asset of high driven value potential. ...which the planned unbundling exercise has only aided to.
With what I already know of that stock(analytical commutations), I will gladly load so much more(as price drops) and sleep very well !!
But all the same, thanks for ur concern.

Cheers.
I love the UACN stuff. But my problem with it is that I cannot place a particular price to the unbundling of a thing. It's so hard to place a value, more so that there is no monetary consideration. Given the current state of the market wherein most stocks are hugely undervalued, more confusion is created as we cannot determine the rate at which the end product of the unbundling will be "undervalued" by the market. That is why I prefer not to do more than just watch and see.

As I no ve technician nko. Am not schooled in the art of timing the market, so lately I only pick fundamental stocks at my comfortable junction and not worry so much about highs and lows etc. I just de chop dividend de go.
One funny thing about the fundamental and non-fundamental stocks is that when bulls comes, e no know which be which. Bull touches all. I remember the last mega bull, it even caught the less fundamental stocks like Transcorp and diamond bank more that some fundamental stocks like UbA and Access

UBA stand a chance of recording a higher final year EPs than Access bank. Access came up to 1.90 diluted eps with help of q1 eps of 1.37 which did not include newly added outstanding share of former Diamond bank. In q1 Access recorded 1.37 EPs and q2 1.90 an increase of 53 kobo, while UBA has 82 kobo in q1 2019 and 1.62 in q2 an increase of 80 kobo.
Are u sure u know what you are saying?
EPS is PAT divided by total outstanding shares.
If you are saying that they made more profit in q1 than in q2 then that is manageable. Access bank q2 of last year was equally not as good as q1.

Abeg, make una leave the matter as e be. Once upon a time you guys were in peace. Can we return to that time? We no need to fight our selves. We fit put all our energy to fight our common enemy "Mr. Bear", so that the bull can survive.

We can bring back the bull by forcing Agba to bring out that mattress.

Let it remain like that for life! Over my dead body I want to know that witch..
I deleted that handle for some reason best known to me but the very minute she saw I deleted it, she rushed online started posting nonsense making OGG feel bad ! Making the man apologize for nothing ! I’ve got millions of units of transcorp! Just wanted OGG to shine small touch light on the stock. So how can I get angry over say he said ? We are both inside the bus !
Since the last nonsense exchange of words me and the girl had last year, I had sure never to mention or quote her again but the girl dey ALWAYS mention me for all her post !
Which kind badluck wey I come gam for internet like na..
This girl opened her account April 2017 immediately come dey attack me over something wey no concern her!

Truth is I came back because of you mcy56, you are the only one I have insulted here and will continue to insult since you don’t want to respect yourself..
One moment you want to be friendly and another moment you talking sh**t about me .. are you alright ? You irritate me !
So this is truly yayira? Abeg you guys should stop the whole thing. Its not what it.
Lets do stocks only.

Happens repeatedly. What do you say of UACN
Hmm. For some reasons too, I didn't understand the whole UACN deal on time. I would have safely moved all my Dangflour to that stock and made some cool cash. I don't know if it's not too late, but it hurts to remember that the stock was recently available at lower price but now unavailable at over 30% of the previous price.

If you see fbnh at #3 with 10 million offer, 1 thousand bid or on full offer at #3, would you still say that is your region.
Take : buying at a low price does not necessarily mean buying at bargain
You may see a stock on full offer today, at #3 , with no bids and the next day you see the same stock on full bid at #3.3 without any change to its fundamentals.
Markets works more on crowd mentality than anything.

FBNH has not been truthful with its shareholders. Access that just took over Diamond bank has recovered over 13b in bad debts. First has written off over 400b and yet to make any significant recoveries. You would have done well being in UBA or Access Bank sef.
I am fully in Access, having had my converted diamond bank shares credited to my account.
I just need to take some more calculated risk.
UBA is good but I somehow luv the size of FBNH prior to the whole NPL crisis, and I believe they can return to that size and even compete with the likes of Zenith bank in terms of profitability.
The elephant is sick, but there are signs of recovery lets just hope it doesn't experience a relapse and sudden death

So BARGAINS HUNTERS you can taking a look at current @N4:40K.

I have been buying this one, little by little since N5.
They are expected to return to single digit NPL ratio. That would definitely reduce Impairment losses and thus increase PAT and dividend payout.
I want to do this stock long term.

I invest on HOPE Analysis as always.
