Northeastern: Because you bought FO shares and things didn.t turn out the way you expected does mean you can come online and malign his person. Silence is sometimes golden. Otedola's daughter to go to BBN house, you see how foolish you sound?
Mr know all, how did he make a loss? He paid one dollar for AP when he bought over from the BPE then, sold for close to a hundred billion and your are typing rubbish. This after raking in billions in dividends over the years.
Are you aware that he separated Geregu from FO before selling? Now go look at the financials of Geregu, if you're to list the power today, its capitalization would be coasting around $1 billion. Pls where can I get the financials for geregu. I need to have an idea of what these power companies make |

NB: Not a Wapco holder (Just loved the ride and wished it continued longer for the sake of the long suffering holders) What have we done to NSE that they will not allow this stock get to 20 make I do 100%. Wicked nse |

Godlylifeoneart: MY VIEW OF NIGERIA ECONOMY. AT THE PRESENT STALEMATE AND LACK OF EXPANSION IN OUR ECONOMY, I SEE THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS PLAYING OUT. MASSIVE SHARES RECONSTRUCTION IN QUOTED COMPANIES. E NAIRA DENOMINATION VS DEVALUATION VS HIGHER NOTE DENOMINATION MASSIVE AND MORE OUTFLOWS IN THE ABSCENSE OF THE LATTER. OVERALL, THE POTENTIAL WILL BE IMMEASURABLE FOR THOSE THAT CAN PERSEVERE, THE RECOVERY OF BITCOIN WILL BE A CHILD PLAY TO WHAT THE ECONOMY WILL RETURN TO PATIENCE PARTICIPANT'S. THE RECOVERY WILL BE INDEPENDENT OF WHATEVER PLAYS OUT IN THE NEXT GLOBAL MELTDOWN. STRICTLY MY FORECAST. What, in your opinion would inspire this recovery you write about? You and I know that bubu is never going to resign, and thats the only thing that can save the economy. |

Godlylifeoneart: Unfortunately, Nigeria etf is not a guarantee for beating the index. Our ETFs are still in the teething stage. More or being run like mutual funds. With high running cost and underperformance. NSE is just a unique bourse, most of the foreign based ETFs that tried to track NSE were badly burnt.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2019/05/28/nigeria-has-become-africas-money-losing-machine/#89191077ac36
Investors in Nigeria based ETFs have lost about 30%. In other words, no etf has reported profit nor beat the exchange in the past two years. Cherry picking, due diligence, prepared for the best and the opposite will see investors through. Hopefully the NIG economy will recover after the tenure of AL JUBRIL Momodu Buhari. For now, dividend paying stocks is the way to go. Accumulate all you could now. By 2028 as predicted by Fitch, Nigeria economy will bounce. The low you are buying now will be high by then. Same for the ETFs. Fitch was misquoted. According to them, it would take 10years for Nigerian economy to recover from Nextlevel. Open the link and see. By implication, 1years should start from 2023 - 2033. https://nairametrics.com/2019/06/21/fitch-claims-until-2028-before-nigeria-exits-damage-caused-by-buharinomics/ |

SEC need to regulate AGMs to make sure its not all about directirs and their hirelings. Or. They discovered that the new NAICOM recapitalization stuff would not be easily met without stringent efforts thus the need to retrieve the dividends from shareholder's pockets. |
