Enjoying Lagos depends on the parts of Lagos u lived, and your level of income then.
Maybe ur economic situation was not that nice and u lived in outskirts or forgotten parts of Lagos with little amenities.
Lagos as a centre of excellence is the economic and business centre of Nigeria, ur country.
That makes it the best city in the country.
