thats because their plan backfired....yes the US gov indeed brought cocaine to the US and the crack epidemic is part of it....now its a different epidemic though (opioid, which affect whites mostly).

now think about it....where does opioid (heroin) comes from? Afghanistan....now, the US has been in Afghanistan for +15yrs and suddenly in the last decade, the country is ravaged by heroin addiction. do the math. sadly they never think ahead so unfortunately, Fentanyl (which is a cheap generic drug better/similar to Heroin) is now taking over thanks to the Chinese, so their plan is also backfiring there too.
