OK, before some people start an E-war here. I am not saying fair skinned ladies are not beautiful. Jeez, I am 1 myself but being dark skinned does not make you ugly. Being beautiful has nothing to do with skin color and instead of bleaching, you should just take good care of your skin and you will get that glow. We all have our preferences.
