No one is praying for a bad event but In a scenario where the father or mother is late.. who do you think will take care of the Baby,Outsider?Ofcourse, the grandparents will do that... It's obvious the op doesn't like in-law,hence,the cynical attitude.. Would he had refused if it was his mother?

Abeg, I need some advice concerning this matter

Me and my wife just quarreled because her mother asked for our only daughter who is two and half to sleep at her place and I said NO because I was not too comfortable with the idea. My wife is an only daughter and the mother is single with no husband or boyfriend. We give her all the time she wants alone with our child but she just seems obsessed with having her alone for a sleepover and my body no catch dat one. Her reason is she wants to bond more and she was very close with her own garandma blah, blah, blah. But this woman has been very manipulative in me and her daughters relationship in the past because they're abnormally close. Although she has pipped down a bit, I just don't want to create an opening for her to start that with my own daughter cos why would she insist for an all-night? what is wrong with spending time during the day time? what's so special about night time? Is it just to be able to have total control?

Anyway, I go appreciate una feedback and advice well well if anyone here have experienced such before and I don't want to come out looking like I'm overreacting

P.S. By the way, my wife na oyinbo, so I just wanna gather a proper naija perspective on the matter. Thank you in advance!
You deserve hot slap for these hogwash of a story.. You're an unrepentant fool, selfish and egocentric being..She gave birth to your wife and raise her up well and that's why you married her;She wouldn't have ulterior motive towards her grandchild.. People are damn wicked!

I logged in with fake password (jabula) which isn't my password and the portal opened,I tried different wrong password and its bringing same page that i had 44 but am sure that result is not mine,am even confused ui page is rubbish,
who can try his too with wrong password, even I tried it with ( casino) and it opened.
I'm very sure my score is not mine, albeit having a pretty good score..I could only agree if Negative Marking was used..I tried what you said and it was true.. The score still looks like mirage to me.

What the HISTORIAN wrote is very correct. It perfectly aligns and at tandem to what most of my students and friends said. But, it will be good if I add this: "speed thrills but kills" they say but pertaining too UI's post UTME, the reverse is the case and I will say "speed saves".
Candidates are advised to be smart in their answering questions. They need to be time conscious because the 90 minutes will look like 15 minutes. Candidates doing Maths, Chemistry and Physics should be extra fast as the 90 minutes will seems like a "mirage" for them.
The English has an unbearably long passage, candidates are expected to ignore it for the mean time and start with the one they know best possibly Biology or any other subject that may suite a particular candidate better.
And lastly, there is no Negative marking. Tick/shade the ones you don't even know, good enough, you might get it.
Remember, "careful" speeding saves.
#Rursh, MBBS
There's enough time boss... UNIBEN gives only an hour.. Some questions are tricky and needs careful attention.. you've to be conscious but it should be one question at a time.. Every question is important. The only issue is if one fails to get the correct score for one calculation at once, he's expected to move to the next question before going back later.. Besides, there's enough time pending on how good and smart someone is.... Being too fast create unnecessary tension. Utilise your time to the fullest not finishing before 1 hour and getting below expectation.
TravelA Nairalander Escapes Fire Accident En Route Ibadan. by MrEgghead(op):
First and Foremost, I'd like to give God all the praises and thanks he deserves.Though,Nothing is enough praise with but I'm sure he knows how grateful I'm..I boarded a Sienna bus in Benin in a bid to attend a function in Ibadan. Just before getting to ORE in ondo state, smokes starting coming out of the car.. It seemed like a child's play but damn it, it was for real.. We shouted at the driver to stop and we managed to escape in a whisker...All attempts by sympathetizers to extinguish the fire proved futile..Albeit,the smokes I enhaled affected me for awhile but I thank God because we were not burnt to death.

I'm writing this because based on my careful observations, the incident could have been averted if there were fire Extinguishers in the bus.
It saddens my heart seeing a grown up man crying like a Baby.
He tried all he could to save it but no way.
He wept for Real.
For those reading this story, your safety should always be paramount to you.
Ensure you check and fix your car before embarking on a journey.
Have Fire Extinguishers in your car; It's important and most importantly pray before travelling.

I couldn't get the complete pics because soldiers were around and I didn't want to be victimised.

Why is it so difficult for Rursh to share the PQ he purchase . Why is he marketing Dunsin89 PQ, if he really like us that much why cant he share it.
Maybe,he's taking both DE and Utme since he's got a first degree.

shocked

What a ridiculous rescue mission by the Governor of Borno state!

Why is he spending millions of naira on a people that has never seen education to be a treasure map?

That 300 million naira would have bought sophisticated and crude farming implements for agricultural engagements.

OR

He could have set up a kwilikwili & kunu manufacturing small scale factories for each of them.

WAEC & NECO is not important in that terrain.

Stop wasting public funds!
