Go and check the data Base of Igbo owened banks and see if you will how many yoruba name you see or their companies.

Igbos should be conscious of these things. Our business men do not think about these things before they open bank account. But yorubas do because they would want igbo businesses to suffer.

This is just false. We attend our churches and banks because they have been here longer, and have a generational following. It will take time before new businesses can get significant marketshare. If a yoruba goes to the southeast, is he really going to compete with the long standing business that is already established with the people? No. You all think too deeply about things and I don't know why you always think people are attacking you. We let you live and work and all over our land and if you weren't successful you would'nt be staying, so don't act like igbo people don't get yoruba business. Why do igbo people consider yorubas their enemies? I've never understood this, with the way we live peacefully together we should be the closest of tribes. What exactly do you expect from yorubas that we aren't doing? You're flourishing in our lands like everyone else. That is more than enough.

I agree with him in the sense that not all LGAs should be active. But instead of leaving them running under the governors payroll of they aren't, they should be taken over by LGA that is self sustaining. Overall, the amount of LGAs need to come down drastically. But ultimately, regional government should be the end goal.

Awolowo was right all along, a confederation of states consisting of the different regions is the best solution. We should've went with this from the beginning.

They executed it beautifully, and now have significant influence in helping Igbo youths feel connected to having their voices heard by Nigeria through their politicians. Hopefully true federalism results from this.

That stance is not true.

First, in that same Igbo land, there are millions of non indigened settled across Igbo land (and foreigners too)so don't look at Igbo land as one down cast place
Even that talk of Igbo settling everywhere, other tribes in Nigeria are known to settle across the country, a visit to Jos, Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, Port Harcourt, even Soloto city/town and uyo show you that people from across the country settle in these places (Yoruba people in their millions are settled outside Yoruba land as well in Nigeria, and the same can be said of Aboki too)

Second, disintegration of this country into bits will make ALL regions worse off, because the economies of scale we enjoy as a unit will now turn to diseconomies of scale.

We all need each other, so nobody should feel that he is up there while others are beneath.

Why is it that some Igbos retaliate when someone responds to the IPODS, but don't say a single thing to the Igbos attacking Nigerians. You can't have it both ways. You too you need to step up.

There is a large difference between East African Asians who have been here for over a century(In the case of Mombasa, 4 centuries) and India Indians.

I'm not so sure. I have a close Tanzanian friend from university and we'd talk about Africa stuff. One day she told me that when she was younger an Indian asked her to be his girlfriend and she respectfully declined. He then stated how she should be grateful that he asked her out because she's a black African that nobody wants. For her to tell me this more than 10yrs later proves how this Indian scarred her probably for life. It's good you like diversity, but the African is different from other races in how they're viewed and treated. The more non africans you allow I'm positions of power, the more you're probably creating more enemies. Just be cautious.

You can continue to be naive about Indians if you want, but please, don't be dumb. They are the closest race to Africans in skin tone and want to be viewed as different from us as possible. Hence why they are so racist and still have a caste problem with black Indians. You can be sure that they'll smile to your face but will tell their children to never bring home an African.
